Un th\u00e8me qu&rsquo;il aborde d\u00e9sormais\u00a0de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente par rapport au d\u00e9but de la crise du Covid.<\/p>\n<p>Au tout d\u00e9but, il avait con\u00e7u sa start-up pour offrir des services aux lieux physiques et \u00e0 la transformation du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Son objectif \u00e9tait de proposer des solutions de mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;espaces alternatifs de travail qui ne soient pas le domicile ou le bureau standard, mais des espaces de coworking et des tiers-lieux.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la situation a beaucoup chang\u00e9 depuis, la question du renouveau du travail ne se pose plus du tout de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La question aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;est plus de savoir si on va faire du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en partie ou tout le temps, mais de savoir comment s&rsquo;organiser<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le travail hybride s&rsquo;est donc impos\u00e9 en tr\u00e8s peu de temps \u00e0 la faveur de cette crise, et le monde professionnel n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e8s de revenir \u00e0 son ancien mode de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my\u00a0s&rsquo;est ainsi tr\u00e8s vite rendu compte que la question n&rsquo;\u00e9tait plus de savoir si les employ\u00e9s allaient ou non faire du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n<p>LEs employeurs s&rsquo;interrogent en effet d&rsquo;abord sur comment organiser le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, combien de jours par semaine, comment passer l&rsquo;information d&rsquo;un collaborateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, d&rsquo;un manager \u00e0 son collaborateur, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Travail hybride et travail flexible<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le <strong>travail hybride<\/strong> am\u00e8ne diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;organisation<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On peut parler de temps collaboratif et de temps individuel, avec des lieux pour chaque temps\u00a0\u00bb souligne Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps individuel se passe \u00e0 la maison, en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, et quand a besoin de collaborer, on vient au bureau.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le <strong>travail flexible<\/strong> cr\u00e9e de la mobilit\u00e9 au sein des entreprises<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Un collaborateur va par exemple changer d&rsquo;\u00e9tage, changer de direction, et travaillera ainsi avec d&rsquo;autres collaborateurs, avec lesquels normalement il n&rsquo;aurait pas eu d&rsquo;interactions.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;apparition du 4\/5e n\u00e9cessite une organisation adapt\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Les personnes qui sont aux 4\/5e collaborent avec des coll\u00e8gues qui sont parfois en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si les employ\u00e9s sont les premiers concern\u00e9s, les managers le sont \u00e9galement. Ainsi que les d\u00e9partements RH qui organisent la vie de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Sans oublier les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise, dont la volont\u00e9 est de maintenir la culture d&rsquo;entreprise. Car celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien secou\u00e9e pendant la crise.<\/p>\n<h3>Le manager doit apprendre \u00e0 manager dans un nouveau contexte<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le m\u00e9tier du manager est en train de changer. Il s&rsquo;est m\u00eame d\u00e9j\u00e0 transform\u00e9, car il doit r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 manager dans un contexte o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment ses collaborateurs sous la main\u00a0\u00bb explique Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>Or \u00e9viter de faire du micro-management passe par la confiance. Et pour qu&rsquo;il y ait de la confiance, il faut qu&rsquo;il y ait transfert d&rsquo;informations. Que le manager sache que quand un de ses collaborateurs est chez lui, il travaille r\u00e9ellement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La confiance n&rsquo;exclut pas un bon contr\u00f4le<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour lever les barri\u00e8res et amener la confiance, l&rsquo;information doit circuler. Cela passe par qui est l\u00e0, qui fait quoi, \u00e0 quel moment, et quels sont les sujets sur lesquels les collaborateurs sont en train d&rsquo;avancer\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les outils collaboratifs sont au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;organisation du travail hybride<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les outils collaboratifs doivent donc \u00eatre tr\u00e8s simples \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Ils doivent \u00e9galement s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des outils d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place dans les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft et Google sont tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sents. Slack se rencontre beaucoup chez les startups et les scaleups.<\/p>\n<p>Les SIRH, outils de gestion RH, sont concern\u00e9s \u00e9galement car les jours t\u00e9l\u00e9travaill\u00e9s sont souvent soumis \u00e0 des avantages. Il faut pouvoir restituer l&rsquo;information et beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises s&rsquo;appuient sur ces outils.<\/p>\n<h3>Dans 20 ans, l&rsquo;entreprise poss\u00e9dera de moins en moins ses bureaux<\/h3>\n<p>La tendance est de r\u00e9duire la superficie des bureaux. Il s&rsquo;agit de transformer le r\u00f4le du bureau en un espace d&rsquo;accueil, en un espace totem.
