T,out d&rsquo;un coup, on ne peut plus se plus se r\u00e9unir dans un lieu. Les entreprises, qui doivent continuer \u00e0 trouver des solutions pour discuter avec leur audience, se pr\u00e9cipitent sur quelque chose qui existait d\u00e9j\u00e0 : le webinaire.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>100\u00a0% des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en 2020 se font en ligne.\u00a0Les audiences sont bombard\u00e9es d&rsquo;invitations, un peu de fatigue s&rsquo;installe<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ces webinaires sont tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;interaction, donc finalement assez peu satisfaisants pour les deux parties.<\/p>\n<p>2021 voit un retour du pr\u00e9sentiel partiel avec des jauges d\u00e9finies, r\u00e9ajust\u00e9es en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la crise sanitaire. En ligne, c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame plus compliqu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On sent que les gens ont envie de revenir, mais on remarque aussi que pour une certaine partie des audiences, un petit confort s&rsquo;est install\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Fran\u00e7ois.<\/p>\n<p>Une partie des gens vont moins se d\u00e9placer, plus difficilement, ou \u00eatre plus exigeants, et finalement d\u00e9cider d&rsquo;assister en ligne, ou de regarder le Replay.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La fr\u00e9quentation des salons a baiss\u00e9 de 40-50% \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la crise<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette baisse de fr\u00e9quentation pose de vraies difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;organisation. On peut diffuser \u00e0 Lyon par exemple une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement de Paris, ou l&rsquo;inverse.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le hub and spoke combine les avantages du pr\u00e9sentiel et du digital en provoquant un \u00e9v\u00e9nement en \u00e9toile autour de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pr\u00e9sentiel principal<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les audiences sont donc en pr\u00e9sentiel\u00a0en m\u00eame temps. Elles assistent \u00e0 une d\u00e9clinaison locale de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, et sont toutes ensembles autour d&rsquo;un grand \u00e9cran pour assister \u00e0 une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement en ligne. Elles peuvent ainsi interagir.<\/p>\n<p>On peut aussi imaginer des d\u00e9clinaisons au niveau mondial.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Ce format, qui n\u00e9cessite pas mal de ressources pour la mise en oeuvre, est\u00a0tr\u00e8s prometteur<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les 40 ou 50\u00a0% de personnes qui ne viendraient pas. On fait grossir l&rsquo;audience, mais \u00e0 plusieurs endroits.<\/p>\n<p>Il permet aussi de proposer une exp\u00e9rience plus int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 des audiences qui ne feraient pas le d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n<p>Des aspects \u00e9cologiques entrent en ligne de compte en\u00a0limitant les d\u00e9placements et l&#8217;empreinte carbone.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La personnalisation des \u00e9v\u00e8nements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le concept de personnalisation est que l&rsquo;organisateur me conna\u00eet, parce que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 certains de ses \u00e9v\u00e9nements, ou parce que je suis membre d&rsquo;une de ses communaut\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai accept\u00e9 de partager des donn\u00e9es me concernant avec cet organisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Il sait quels sont mes centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, les sujets qui me captivent. Lorsque j&rsquo;arrive sur cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, que ce soit en pr\u00e9sentiel ou en ligne, je suis reconnu, et il va me pr\u00e9senter des choses pertinentes par rapport \u00e0 mes attentes.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept de la personnalisation est possible parce que l&rsquo;organisateur demande \u00e0 son audience de partager ses donn\u00e9es. Elle va le faire parce qu&rsquo;elle a confiance en lui, elle sait qu&rsquo;il ne va pas utiliser les data pour les revendre, mais pour proposer une exp\u00e9rience, des rencontres, du contenu pertinent.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La gamification<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les Nordiques utilisent beaucoup la gamification lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.
