Un livre a fait pas mal de bruit il y a quelques ann\u00e9es : \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Employees-First-Customers-Second-Conventional\/dp\/1422139069\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Employees first, Customers Second<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb (2010, Vineet Nayar), dans lequel l&rsquo;auteur avance que si les employ\u00e9s sont heureux, les clients le seront sans doute et que l&rsquo;inverse est vrai aussi. J&rsquo;ai assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation \u2014 au salon eMarketing 2022 \u2014 de\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/christophe-amouroux-15063b5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christophe Amouroux<\/a>, fondateur et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twelve-consulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twelve Consulting<\/a>. Son cabinet, bas\u00e9 sur ce principe, est expert de la relation client, et aussi de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience collaborateur. La sym\u00e9trie des attentions montre qu\u2019il existe un lien \u00e9troit entre la satisfaction client et la satisfaction salari\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skeepers.io\/fr\/blog\/symetrie-attentions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Source Skeepers<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Sym\u00e9trie des attention et Employees First<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vineet_Nayar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vineet Nayar<\/a>, CEO de la grande entreprise indienne HCLT explique comment, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 voyait sa croissance d\u00e9cro\u00eetre fortement :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Derri\u00e8re [des] chiffres apparemment satisfaisants se cachait une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 difficile. HCLT \u00e9tait comme mon ami d&rsquo;enfance qui semblait avoir soudainement pris un coup de vieux. Il explique sa d\u00e9marche ainsi :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Nous avons constat\u00e9 que la plupart des personnes au sein de l&rsquo;organisation savent tr\u00e8s bien ce qui va mal dans une entreprise, parfois m\u00eame avant que la direction ne le sache ou, du moins, avant que la direction ne soit pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&rsquo;admettre. Lorsque vous d\u00e9voilez ces informations au grand jour et rendez les d\u00e9fis publics, les employ\u00e9s se sentent inclus. Ils commencent \u00e0 voir que les probl\u00e8mes de l&rsquo;entreprise sont aussi leurs probl\u00e8mes, et pas seulement ceux de la direction [&#8230;]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si les collaborateurs sont heureux, vraisemblablement les clients le seront.\u00a0Ce sujet touche donc l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/05\/conseils-experience-clients\/\">exp\u00e9rience client<\/a> et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>La pens\u00e9e est r\u00e9volutionnaire, du moins en surface.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit en fait d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.symetriedesattentions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">concept ancien<\/a>, nomm\u00e9 sym\u00e9trie des attentions.<\/p>\n<p>Car la th\u00e9orie, qui pour une fois a pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 la pratique, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e 10 ans auparavant, par deux auteurs fran\u00e7ais. \u00ab\u00a0La sym\u00e9trie des attentions est un concept apparu \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 2000 sous la plume de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/charlesditandy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charles Ditandy<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/benoit-meyronin-managementparlecare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beno\u00eet Meyronin<\/a>, co-auteurs de <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.fr\/books\/about\/Du_management_au_marketing_des_services.html?id=X5bqCgAAQBAJ&amp;redir_esc=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Du management au marketing des services<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb nous explique le blog de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skeepers.io\/fr\/blog\/symetrie-attentions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur Skeepers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Quoiqu&rsquo;il en soit et quel que soit son \u00e2ge, ce concept est, comme l&rsquo;indique Skeepers dans son billet, intuitif et s\u00e9duisant intellectuellement, mais la v\u00e9ritable difficult\u00e9 est bien de le mettre en \u0153uvre dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet de transformation culturelle.<\/p>\n<p>Or, dans le monde du travail actuel qui nous semble changer \u00e0 grande vitesse m\u00eame si la visibilit\u00e9 reste tr\u00e8s faible, les certitudes sont rares.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le sujet que j&rsquo;ai abord\u00e9 avec Christophe Amouroux qui nous fait part de ses r\u00e9flexions dans ce podcast.<\/p>\n<h3>Sym\u00e9trie des attentions : l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9s dans un monde du travail en plein changement<\/h3>\n<p>Le bonheur au travail ne repose pas que sur un babyfoot et des ap\u00e9ros. Et il n&rsquo;y a pas que les jeunes qui veulent une bonne ambiance dans les entreprises. Savoir ce qu&rsquo;on a \u00e0 faire, pourquoi on le fait, comprendre l&rsquo;environnement, le sens de l&rsquo;entreprise, et donc savoir quelle est la contribution de son travail au collectif.<\/p>\n<h4>Retour sur les fondamentaux<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Bien ex\u00e9cuter son travail, dans de bonnes conditions de collaboration avec ses coll\u00e8gues, ses partenaires, et ses clients<\/li>\n<li>Avoir un retour et mesurer l&rsquo;impact de son travail : avoir un client et un manager satisfaits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cela repose \u00e9norm\u00e9ment sur la relation de confiance avec son entreprise, son patron, ses clients.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment continuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er cette coh\u00e9sion \u00e0 distance avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les \u00e9quipes dispers\u00e9es ?<\/h3>\n<p>La question de fond par rapport au travail \u00e0 distance c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;impact de la relation se trouve est largement diminu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes expliquent qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendamment de ce qu&rsquo;on va dire, \u00e0 travers un \u00e9cran l\u2019impact sera de 40, et sans \u00e9cran de 20. Nous avons d\u00e9couvert de nouveaux usages, et <strong>si nous les g\u00e9rons bien, c&rsquo;est un plus pour tout le monde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Risque-t-on une disparition de cette coh\u00e9sion sociale \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>L&rsquo;entreprise doit cr\u00e9er les conditions pour que le collectif cr\u00e9e plus de valeur que la somme des individus<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le sens de l&rsquo;entreprise et de son mod\u00e8le, de son management. La question n\u2019est pas\u00a0: est-on chez soi\u00a0? est-on au bureau\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;homme est un animal social. Pour \u00eatre heureux, il a besoin de voir les autres. La relation entre les hommes contribue \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie, au bonheur.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise, si elle veut cr\u00e9er plus de valeur que la somme de ses individus, doit justement cr\u00e9er ce collectif et cette dynamique. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 elle de d\u00e9velopper le mod\u00e8le et l&rsquo;hybridation qui va faire que cela va fonctionner.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne crois pas qu&rsquo;on puisse durablement s&rsquo;inscrire dans un collectif si on ne voit pas les gens. Maintenant, la question est\u00a0: avec quelle fr\u00e9quence, comment et o\u00f9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le collectif est indispensable, mais pas forc\u00e9ment au bureau<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le est donc \u00e0 r\u00e9inventer. Se voir est indispensable, cela r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin humain. Mais la fr\u00e9quence de ces \u00e9changes physiques d\u00e9pendra des sujets.
