On voit aussi que Paris a encore un peu d&rsquo;efforts \u00e0 faire pour \u00eatre \u00e9lue ville la plus cyclable de France &#8211; source Jenji<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Grandes tendances issues des notes de frais des entreprises<\/h3>\n<p>On peut d\u00e9duire quelques grandes tendances de ce 3e index des notes de frais professionnelles :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Un changement de vision quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cologie et aux approches dites \u00ab\u00a0durables\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. On observe un v\u00e9ritable changement dans les notes de frais, et notamment autour du v\u00e9lo. Le forfait mobilit\u00e9s durables a notamment un fort impact en France, mais n&rsquo;existe pas en Allemagne ;<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>digitalisation accrue des processus<\/strong> de notes de frais ;<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>stabilisation des remboursements des outils digitaux<\/strong> et forfaits Internet observ\u00e9s lors du 2e index (impact du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/03\/teletravail-confinement\/\">d\u00e9veloppement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/a>), qui sont d\u00e9sormais rentr\u00e9s dans la normalit\u00e9. Les outils phares de la digitalisation sont les outils de Webconf\u00e9rence ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stabilisation sur une tendance haute pour les d\u00e9placements en train<\/strong>, dans un esprit de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises, <strong>m\u00eame si l&rsquo;avion fait de la r\u00e9sistance en Europe\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, le travail hybride a fait <strong>reculer les d\u00e9penses de livraison de repas en France, mais pas en Allemagne.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><\/div>\n<h3>Forte \u00e9volution du nombre de collaborateurs utilisant une solution digitale<\/h3>\n<p>Sur le premier semestre 2022, Jenji a constat\u00e9 une <strong>augmentation de 101\u00a0% de son nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs<\/strong>\u00a0par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Il est \u00e0 noter que Visionary Marketing utilise Jenji depuis 2022 et fait partie des nouveaux utilisateurs recens\u00e9s par l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>En seulement 3 mois en 2022, Jenji a comptabilis\u00e9 un nombre de notes de frais \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 6 mois de 2021<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la digitalisation de leurs processus de notes de frais, <strong>les entreprises ont transform\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9penses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Stabilisation du digital dans les notes de frais des entreprises<\/h3>\n<p>Ainsi certains\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9placements en train ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par des d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es \u00e0 des outils digitaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les notes de frais \u00e9taient pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment tr\u00e8s li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9placements, aux voyages d&rsquo;affaires, elles vont d\u00e9sormais au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9dition num\u00e9ro deux du Barom\u00e8tre faisait ressortir un vrai boom sur les remboursements de forfaits Internet, de mobilier de bureau, de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie.<\/p>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9penses sont maintenant stabilis\u00e9es, car elles sont rentr\u00e9es dans les m\u0153urs des entreprises.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><span lang=\"FR\">L&rsquo;avion fait de la r\u00e9sistance dans les notes de frais des entreprises<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dans la 1re \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre, 80\u00a0% des entreprises n&rsquo;avaient pas r\u00e9serv\u00e9 de vols depuis plus d&rsquo;un an et demi.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_70146\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-70146\" style=\"width: 533px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-70146 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/screenshot-2022-06-30-at-055548.png\" alt=\"notes de frais\" width=\"533\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/screenshot-2022-06-30-at-055548.png 533w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/screenshot-2022-06-30-at-055548-500x269.png 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-70146\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022 a connu un fort rebond par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en mati\u00e8re de voyages d&rsquo;affaires. Et les avions ont \u00e0 nouveau quitt\u00e9 les pistes. &#8211; source Jenji<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le nombre de d\u00e9penses li\u00e9 aux vols a augment\u00e9 de 60\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>90\u00a0% de ces vols sont europ\u00e9ens<\/strong>. Il y a encore une petite fragilit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;international et sur les longs courriers. Mais l&rsquo;a\u00e9rien repart de mani\u00e8re plut\u00f4t dynamique.<\/p>\n<h3>Le train domine encore&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Le train avait atteint il y a six mois des pics de d\u00e9penses entre 100 et 150\u00a0%, parfois m\u00eame 200\u00a0%. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la situation se stabilise. <strong>Le premier semestre 2022 compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente montre une augmentation de 51\u00a0%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix du train n&rsquo;est pas fait uniquement pour des raisons tarifaires, mais aussi pour des <strong>raisons de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Une augmentation spectaculaire des notes de frais pour les outils digitaux<\/h3>\n<p>Les outils li\u00e9s aux <strong>r\u00e9unions et aux webinaires<\/strong> arrivent en t\u00eate : Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Livestorm ou Webikeo.<\/p>\n<p>On trouve \u00e9galement Slack, et les outils qui tournent autour de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, de l&rsquo;Internet et du confort que l&rsquo;entreprise souhaite apporter \u00e0 ses collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les outils digitaux sont d\u00e9sormais totalement inclus dans les strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;achats des entreprises<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>La livraison de nourriture en baisse<\/h3>\n<p>Avec le d\u00e9veloppement du <a href=\"https:\/\/news.zevillage.net\/p\/le-travail-hybride-libere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travail hybride<\/a> dans les entreprises, <strong>les livraisons de repas ont tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9serter les notes de frais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Jenji observe \u00e9galement une <strong>baisse des r\u00e9unions d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en physique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On constate des diff\u00e9rences assez fortes selon les pays. En France, on observe une diminution l\u00e9g\u00e8re, mais certaine de la livraison, mais pas en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<h3>En France, un vrai boom du forfait mobilit\u00e9s durables<\/h3>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecologie.gouv.fr\/faq-forfait-mobilites-durables-fmd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">forfait mobilit\u00e9s durables<\/a>, mis en place fin 2019, permet aux employeurs de rembourser des forfaits de trottinettes, de v\u00e9lo ou m\u00eame de scooter \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s. Il s&rsquo;applique \u00e9galement au covoiturage, aux transports en commun et \u00e0 l&rsquo;autopartage.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_70151\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-70151\" strat\u00e9gie RSE, et aussi, car leurs collaborateurs sont tr\u00e8s demandeurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises n&rsquo;en sont qu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but de leur transformation digitale<\/h3>\n<p>Lucie de Antoni nous a \u00e9galement livr\u00e9 ses r\u00e9flexions sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/06\/paradoxe-transformation-digitale\/\">transformation digitale des entreprises<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a un vrai besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, d&rsquo;explication et d&rsquo;accompagnement.<\/p>\n<p>On parle de transition et de transformation digitale parce qu&rsquo;il y a eu la crise Covid, que certaines entreprises disent qu&rsquo;elles ont fait un boom de cinq ou sept ans.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Mais pour beaucoup d&rsquo;organisations, cette transition digitale n&rsquo;en est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Des sujets tr\u00e8s prospectifs tels que le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/03\/metaverse\/\">m\u00e9tavers<\/a> leur font peur, non pas parce qu&rsquo;elles ne veulent pas en entendre parler, mais parce qu&rsquo;elles en sont juste au d\u00e9but de cette transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc prendre en compte le
