Tel en effet est le nouveau titre du 3e opus de nos amis et confr\u00e8res <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fayon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">David Fayon<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/michaeltartar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Micha\u00ebl Tartar<\/a>. Les ordinateurs sont bien dans les chiffres d\u00e9sormais. M\u00eame si les valorisations boursi\u00e8res ne sont pas des chiffres d&rsquo;affaires, il n&rsquo;est plus question de nier la pr\u00e9sence des technologies de l&rsquo;information.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"46\">De la relativisation de l&rsquo;importance des \u00ab\u00a0avanc\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"56\">On peut encore, cependant, relativiser leur importance, et c&rsquo;est ce que fait Vaclav Smil.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"78\">\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"57\">Aussi utiles et transformatrices que soient les avanc\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s 1950, elles ne constituent pas les fondements mat\u00e9riels indispensables de la civilisation moderne. Bien qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas possible d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un ordre incontestable de nos besoins mat\u00e9riels en fonction de leur importance, je peux proposer un classement d\u00e9fendable qui tient compte de leur caract\u00e8re indispensable, de leur ubiquit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;ampleur de la demande. Quatre mat\u00e9riaux sont les mieux class\u00e9s sur cette \u00e9chelle combin\u00e9e, et ils forment ce que j&rsquo;ai appel\u00e9 les quatre piliers de la civilisation moderne : le ciment, l&rsquo;acier, les plastiques et l&rsquo;ammoniac.<span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #424242; font-size: 16px;\">Smil, Vaclav. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle, dans le livre, on d\u00e9crit, au travers des six leviers et 115 indicateurs de maturit\u00e9\u00a0qui sont \u00e0 disposition des dirigeants, tout ce qui caract\u00e9rise l&rsquo;entreprise digitale. Nous les avons con\u00e7us apr\u00e8s avoir analys\u00e9 les \u00e9tudes, les r\u00e9sultats issus de notre propre exp\u00e9rience et les publications du secteur. Nous avons identifi\u00e9 tous les points qui caract\u00e9risent ce qui fait que l&rsquo;entreprise est moderne et digitale. Et donc oui, on va aller vers plus \u2014 et surtout mieux \u2014 de digital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"64\"><strong class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"5\">David : <\/strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le num\u00e9rique repr\u00e9sente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/meteo\/climat\/environnement-la-pollution-numerique-en-chiffres_4922901.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 4\u00a0% des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/a>. \u00c7a a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 depuis huit ans les \u00e9missions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie a\u00e9ronautique. L\u00e0, les sujets \u00e0 la mode du moment, \u00e7a va \u00eatre le m\u00e9tavers, par exemple, la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/06\/web3\/\">blockchain<\/a> ou ce genre de choses. Mais ce qui est plus important que \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit que les usages percolent en fin de compte dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Et on commence \u00e0 avoir, par exemple son primeur avec une toute petite boutique, peut d\u00e8s aujourd&rsquo;hui faire de la vente en ligne ce qui \u00e9tait tout \u00e0 fait inenvisageable, ne serait-ce qu&rsquo;il y a dix ans de \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"66\"><strong class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"7\">David : <\/strong>En 2022, il y a encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire pour am\u00e9liorer sa maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique. Alors, certes, on a eu une opportunit\u00e9 en 2020, il y a eu la crise de la Covid et \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/05\/acceleration-digitale-preuve\/\">un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur fantastique<\/a> de la transformation digitale. Toute organisation qui ne progresse pas plus que ses concurrents, que ses fournisseurs, que ses clients, recule. C&rsquo;est comme en Formule un. On a beau am\u00e9liorer le moteur, le ch\u00e2ssis, si on a d&rsquo;autres \u00e9curies concurrentes qui sont plus agiles, qui avancent plus vite que vous, on recule en relatif.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"67\">Aux deux extr\u00eames du spectre : un retard pour les TPE et PME et \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, des grosses organisations qui sont, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exemple de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat, incapable de se r\u00e9former. M\u00eame si on observe du saupoudrage num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"68\"><strong class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"8\">Micha\u00ebl : <\/strong>Il y a encore \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de retard. On pense par exemple en particulier aux PME. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement largement \u00e9voqu\u00e9, notamment par les rapports de l&rsquo;OCDE en 2021. On le cite\u00a0 dans le livre. Cela fait plus de 30 ans maintenant que le digital existe, mais la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des usages, on en est encore loin. La d\u00e9claration de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sur le revenu est devenue quelque chose d&rsquo;assez courant. Il y a certes cette partie-l\u00e0, mais il y a tout un tas d&rsquo;autres usages. Le secteur public, en particulier, est tr\u00e8s en retard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"69\"><strong class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"9\">David : <\/strong>Avec le m\u00e9tavers, on est tout \u00e0 fait dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/05\/disruption\/\">hype cycle<\/a> pour l&rsquo;instant, avec une survalorisation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"js-evernote-checked\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-evernote-id=\"70\"><strong class=\"js-evernote-checked\" data-evernote-id=\"10\">Micha\u00ebl : <\/strong>Le m\u00e9tavers est \u00e0 mon sens une ignominie. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien de faire de l&rsquo;interaction \u00e0 distance. On l&rsquo;a vu se <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/04\/zoom-webconference-virus\/\">d\u00e9velopper consid\u00e9rablement<\/a>, suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet justement de la crise sanitaire.
