J&rsquo;avais il y a quelques mois, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altaide.com\/blog\/guerilla-marketing-pour-trouver-un-emploi-le-livre-est-sorti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dans le livre de Jacques Froissant<\/a>, confirm\u00e9 mon sentiment &#8211; d\u00e9j\u00e0 pressenti en 2004 lors de son d\u00e9marrage &#8211; \u00a0que <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2012\/05\/10\/guerilla-marketing-de-jacques-froissant-la-toute-puissance-des-reseaux-sociaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIN \u00e9tait devenu la banque de CV haut de gamme du 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle<\/a>, Olivier nous apporte un angle diff\u00e9rent et in\u00e9dit avec Google comme nouvel \u00e9pouvantail des acteurs du march\u00e9 du recrutement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/49812940867-745d5e16cc-c.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/49812940867-745d5e16cc-c.jpg\" alt=\"Job Boards\" width=\"520\" height=\"340\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Google principal jobboard et source de recrutement<\/h3>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des acteurs traditionnels du publishing (les job boards) semble avoir une certaine maturit\u00e9 : de grands g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes qui bataillent pour le leadership (Aden, Apec, Monster, R\u00e9gionsjob, et quelques agr\u00e9gateurs) des sp\u00e9cialistes et des acteurs de niche.<\/p>\n<p>(Cf les derniers r\u00e9sultats d\u2019audience de m\u00e9diam\u00e9trie\/netratings)<\/p>\n<p>La vitalit\u00e9 de ce march\u00e9 s\u2019exprime, en premi\u00e8re lecture, par le foisonnement de nouvelles offres cherchant chacune un avantage comp\u00e9titif sp\u00e9cifique leur permettant d\u2019\u00e9merger : pr\u00e9cision accrue de la nomenclature pour les m\u00e9tiers techniques, g\u00e9olocalisation, promesse de match-making profil\/poste ou plus modestement de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection, adaptation au mobile\/tablette, business mod\u00e8le innovant (au r\u00e9sultat mais maintenant aux ench\u00e8res !), bref, les id\u00e9es fusent\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les acteurs install\u00e9s, eux, poursuivent leur d\u00e9veloppement, en restant globalement fid\u00e8les \u00e0 leur positionnement initial et en s\u2019effor\u00e7ant d\u2019en approfondir l\u2019ancrage, globalement par l\u2019accroissement de la qualit\u00e9 de service rendue : ergonomie, design, donn\u00e9es plus pr\u00e9cises et actualis\u00e9es, outils de requ\u00e8te affin\u00e9s etc, mais chacun reste assez prudent sur ses positions. Normal.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, la menace de grignotage est forte : d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (Linkedin r\u00e9alise plus de 50% de ses revenus sur les solutions de recrutement, et ces offres sont les plus dynamiques de leur gamme, cf r\u00e9sultats trimestriels), de l\u2019autre par un low cost qui envahit massivement le march\u00e9, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019une lame de fond silencieuse. Leboncoin\/vivastreet en sont une illustration parfaite.<br \/>\nCertes, mais on touche l\u00e0 des segments de march\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents. Tout le monde conviendra d\u2019une compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 d\u2019offres, voire d\u2019un recouvrement restant partiel\u2026 admettons.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant l\u2019irruption la plus spectaculaire vient d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me front : Google. La rupture est radicale : d\u00e9sinterm\u00e9diation, business mod\u00e8le au CPC faisant chuter les co\u00fbts de recueil de CV de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire. Certes, cela n\u2019est pas nouveau. Le SEM ne date pas d\u2019hier.<\/p>\n<p>Mais lorsqu\u2019\u00e0 ceci s\u2019ajoutent des solutions de publication automatique d\u2019une offre sur adwords, avec analyse s\u00e9mantique, achat des mots cl\u00e9 et publication au cas par cas, le paysage change\u2026<br \/>\nEn d\u2019autres termes, on arrive \u00e0 un mariage tr\u00e8s polygame avec simultan\u00e9ment : la production en tr\u00e8s grande s\u00e9rie, le sur mesure, l\u2019absence d\u2019engagement de volume, le prix unitaire modique et d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance, une r\u00e9elle affinit\u00e9, la couverture des march\u00e9s massifs du staffing et comme les recherches plus pr\u00e9cises. Magie des mots cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Alors on pourra objecter qu\u2019adwords ne couvre pas la totalit\u00e9 des besoins, que les retours sont parfois approximatifs, que des profils \u00e9chappent \u00e0 cette m\u00e9canique, qu\u2019une approche multi canal reste indispensable. Tout cela est vrai.<br \/>\nDe leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les jobboards n\u2019ont pas dit leur dernier mot : des offres plus \u00e9labor\u00e9es commencent \u00e0 \u00e9clore et les marketeurs turbinent.<\/p>\n<p>Attention cependant : en mati\u00e8re de sourcing (comme dans beaucoup d\u2019autres domaines), l\u2019important n\u2019est pas de taper fort, mais de taper juste !<\/p>\n<p>La tectonique des plaques poursuit son mouvement.
