Puis il m&rsquo;a expliqu\u00e9 de quoi il retournait et j&rsquo;ai appris quelque chose. Madrigal<\/a> dans le cadre de son activit\u00e9 pour le journal The Atlantic. Le dark social est constitu\u00e9 des recommandations de contenus internet qui ne sont pas effectu\u00e9es publiquement sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Quelque part, c&rsquo;est m\u00eame le fondement du (bon) <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/06\/content-marketing-2020\/\">content marketing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_71182\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-71182\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71182 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/jumpstory-download20220829-185707.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/jumpstory-download20220829-185707.jpg 640w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/jumpstory-download20220829-185707-444x300.jpg 444w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-71182\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un concept qui n&rsquo;est pas anodin selon Elliot Boucher<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Optimiser son contenu uniquement pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du lead vous fait passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Dark Social et de son \u00e9norme impact<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, selon Elliot :<\/p>\n<p>Il faut transformer ses mesures et arr\u00eater d&rsquo;optimiser son contenu pour des \u00ab\u00a0vanity metrics\u00a0\u00bb [NDLR: des chiffres destin\u00e9s \u00e0 faire plaisir \u00e0 celui qui les lit]<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Une strat\u00e9gie de contenu ne doit pas chercher un impact imm\u00e9diat et direct sur les ventes<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il faut \u00e9galement faire attention, nous dit Elliot, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du contenu non pas pour obtenir absolument l\u2019email de la personne, <strong>mais cr\u00e9er du bon contenu afin d&rsquo;avoir un gros impact sur le dark social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, ce \u00ab\u00a0dark social\u00a0\u00bb, on pourrait croire que c&rsquo;est juste le bon vieux bouche-\u00e0-oreille, mais Elliot m&rsquo;a d\u00e9tromp\u00e9 sur ce point.<\/p>\n<h3>Trop de mesures tue la mesure<\/h3>\n<p>On ne peut pas mesurer directement le dark social nous explique Elliot. On ne peut pas faire une pub sur le WhatsApp de la personne, ou mesurer la conversation entre deux personnes, par exemple.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Par contre, lorsque la personne vient vers nous, on pourra lui demander comment elle a entendu parler de nous<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 qui aurait plu \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2010\/11\/andy-sernovitz\/\">Andy Sernovitz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutons \u00e0 cela qu&rsquo;Elliot nous met en garde contre la fameuse <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/04\/affiliation-bataille-du-dernier-clic\/\">attribution au dernier clic<\/a> qui a fait les choux gras de Google.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut se m\u00e9fier de la phrase c\u00e9l\u00e8bre : \u00ab\u00a0Je vous ai vu sur Google\u00a0\u00bb nous avertit Elliot car \u00ab\u00a0en fait il y a eu 50 \u00e9tapes avant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Un conseil avis\u00e9 qui plairait \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/04\/affiliation-bataille-du-dernier-clic\/\">Fran\u00e7ois Deltour<\/a>\u00a0qui s&rsquo;est battu contre ce dernier clic.<\/p>\n<p>Car les sources d&rsquo;information sont nombreuses explique le start-upper :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Il y a la newsletter, le podcast. En marketing, il faut cinq ou sept points de contact en moyenne pour que la personne convertisse. Il faut passer d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;attribution au dernier clic ou au premier clic, pour voir ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 au milieu, parce que c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a se passe<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Le Dark Social n\u2019est pas le Dark Web<\/h3>\n<p>Ici, on ne parle pas de dark web, ce n&rsquo;est pas quelque chose de sombre, de mauvais. C&rsquo;est juste quelque chose qu&rsquo;on ne voit pas. On pourrait l&rsquo;appeler \u00ab\u00a0invisible social\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e7a reviendrait au m\u00eame explique Elliot.<\/p>\n<h3>Le dark social n&rsquo;est pas du bouche \u00e0 oreille<\/h3>\n<p>Le bouche \u00e0 oreille porte sur les gens que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet, explique-t-il, alors que le dark social peut se pratique avec des inconnus.<\/p>\n<p>On peut interagir sur un post de quelqu&rsquo;un qui n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9chang\u00e9 directement avec nous.
