Inbenta permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer significativement le syst\u00e8me en substituant \u00e0 ces pages statiques une base de connaissances et un moteur de recherche s\u00e9mantique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>l\u2019aide en ligne aux clients largement perfectible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les moyens actuels pour aider les internautes sont nombreux mais pas toujours satisfaisants : le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone oblige \u00e0 sortir du m\u00e9dium, il est asynchrone et la r\u00e9ponse arrive rarement avant 48 heures, le chat, de plus en plus r\u00e9pandu comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9crit sur ce blog, est plus appropri\u00e9, mais l&rsquo;internaute qui d\u00e9sire rester discret et \u00e9viter la pression commerciale pr\u00e9f\u00e9rera un autre moyen comme, par exemple, une recherche dans un moteur de recherche, qui n&rsquo;offrira cependant pas de r\u00e9ponse structur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019Inbenta intervient en int\u00e9grant le moteur de recherche et en offrant \u00ab une r\u00e9ponse instantan\u00e9e et si possible pertinente \u00bb ajoute Monsieur Truntzler, ceci sans sortir du site Web de d\u00e9part. Si l\u2019internaute se tourne vers une F.A.Q. statique, il sera alors vite bloqu\u00e9 car il ne peut pas y poser de questions, mais juste cliquer de lien en lien ; \u00ab et le client se voit souvent limit\u00e9 par cette F. A. Q. qui est soit trop courte, soit trop grande \u00bb ajoute M. Truntzler, et qui va donc g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une frustration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>la limite des moteurs de recherche actuels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les moteurs de recherche quant \u00e0 eux \u00ab sont la plupart du temps des technologies traditionnelles, qui font un \u2018matching\u2019 par mots-cl\u00e9s \u00bb explique Luc Truntzler, d\u2019autant plus que les mots-cl\u00e9s choisis par les responsables \u00e9ditoriaux du site ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment les m\u00eames que ceux utilis\u00e9s par l&rsquo;internaute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inbenta : un moteur s\u00e9mantique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La jeune pousse catalane r\u00e9pond \u00e0 cette pr\u00e9occupation en substituant moteurs traditionnels et interpr\u00e9teurs s\u00e9mantique, capables de fonctionner en plusieurs langues (langues latines, Anglais et Allemand).<\/p>\n<p>Le moteur d\u2019Inbenta essaie de comprendre la requ\u00eate de l&rsquo;internaute et pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 celui-ci les r\u00e9ponses qui correspondent au sens de cette requ\u00eate. Inbenta pour cela a travaill\u00e9 avec des linguistes et propose \u00e9galement, outre sa technologie, la phase de cadrage des diff\u00e9rents sujets. Sur la base des retours sur la satisfaction de l&rsquo;internaute, la start-up espagnole \u00ab fera des recommandations \u00e0 son client pour qu&rsquo;il puisse r\u00e9diger de nouvelles F. A. Q, ou adapter ses foires aux questions existantes \u00e0 la demande des internautes \u00bb. Car, insiste monsieur Truntzler, plus que la solution technologique, c&rsquo;est \u00ab la base de connaissances qui est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment clef \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>l&rsquo;exemple Butagaz : 40 % mail en moins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inbenta a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une F.A.Q. pour son client \u00ab historique \u00bb Butagaz ; ils ont \u00ab\u00a0branch\u00e9 leur solution sur leur formulaire de contact pour permettre aux clients voulant envoyer un mail d&rsquo;avoir une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leurs questions avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir envoy\u00e9 une message \u00bb pr\u00e9cise M. Truntzler. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour Butagaz est spectaculaire \u00ab avec 40 % de mails en moins en volume \u00bb, l&rsquo;avantage client est quant \u00e0 lui, assez logiquement, la satisfaction d&rsquo;obtenir une r\u00e9ponse rapide et plus pertinente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des taux de satisfactions qui peuvent atteindre 70 % et plus !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour mesurer la satisfaction client, Inbenta a \u00ab truff\u00e9 sa solution d\u2019indicateurs \u00bb, indique le patron de la jeune pousse espagnole, afin de savoir si :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la solution apporte une r\u00e9ponse aux clients ou non<\/li>\n<li>le client a ouvert ou non la r\u00e9ponse<\/li>\n<li>le feed-back du client est \u00ab content \u00bb ou \u00ab pas content \u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ceci permet \u00e0 l\u2019outil d&rsquo;afficher ensuite des taux de bonnes r\u00e9ponses et de satisfaction qui sont suivis chaque mois par les clients : \u00ab on voit que nos efforts paient quand les indicateurs augmentent de mois en mois \u00bb ajoute Luc Truntzler. Les taux de r\u00e9ponse peuvent atteindre 70 \u00e0 80 % de bonnes et le taux de satisfaction plus de 70 % !\u00bb ajoute-t-il. Le secteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de la partie France de la start-up est cependant celui de la bancassurance, o\u00f9 le portefeuille clients est le plus important du fait de l\u2019importance du CRM dans ce secteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, \u00ab un moyen d&rsquo;\u00e9change limit\u00e9 pour le CRM \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas de Facebook, Inbenta propose de s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans un onglet o\u00f9 il reprend exactement ce qu&rsquo;ils font dans un site Web. Quant \u00e0 Twitter, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole propose aux community managers de puiser dans la base de r\u00e9ponses lorsqu&rsquo;ils ont des questions dont ils ne connaissent pas automatiquement les tenants et les aboutissants.<\/p>\n<p>Monsieur Truntzler estime que les m\u00e9dias sociaux restent accessoires compar\u00e9s aux sites Web, du fait de la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, et aussi de la limite des r\u00e9ponses en taille ou en nombre de caract\u00e8res. Une remarque qui pour en \u00eatre pertinente sur le d\u00e9tail est cependant certainement d\u00e9mentie par les faits tels que je peux les observer sur le terrain \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00e0 la conqu\u00eate de la Silicon Valley et du reste du monde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luc Truntzler cite comme concurrents d\u2019Inbenta, outre Synomia qui offre aussi un moteur de recherche s\u00e9mantique (transparence : je suis client de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9), Virtuoz qui propose une autre fa\u00e7on de remplir cette fonction, au travers d&rsquo;agents virtuels (voir notre article sur Virtuoz ici). L&rsquo;opposition frontale sur ce domaine de la F.A.Q. dynamique est donc faible, m\u00eame si de nombreuses alternatives existent.
