En fait, paradoxalement, c\u2019est le fait de savoir que ce risque existe, qui fait que l\u2019entreprise peut se \u201cd\u00e9stresser\u201d car \u201crien n\u2019interdit \u00e0 personne de v\u00e9rifier le taux de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9\u201d des transports. Une le\u00e7on de management fondamentale, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse des croyances et des mythes de l\u2019innovation.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9 par Amaury de Buchet (UlyssCo\/ESCP), avec la participation de : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Finiti-Broisin (Somfy)<\/li>\n<li>Philippe Galland (Alfersco \u2013 soci\u00e9t\u00e9 100% open source)<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e9phane Andrieux (EDF R&amp;D)<\/li>\n<li>Fran\u00e7oise Tournassoud (SNCF Transilien)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>EDF : les plans des centrales nucl\u00e9aires en open data ?!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la R&amp;D d\u2019EDF c\u2019est environ 2000 personnes et le but de ce service est d\u2019\u00e9laborer des outils de simulation (ex: le logiciel de simulation de r\u00e9sistance aux s\u00e9ismes de Fessenheim). EDF a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre ces logiciels en open source avec leur documentation, sous la supervision des autorit\u00e9s de s\u00fbret\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Le premier but \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une communaut\u00e9 pour fiabiliser les logiciels et d\u00e9montrer les outils, ainsi que de permettre d\u2019aller en direction des universit\u00e9s afin de cr\u00e9er un pool de gens familiers des principes d\u2019EDF<\/li>\n<li>6 grands logiciels sont en open source. Le logiciel\u00a0\u201cCode_Aster\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.code-aster.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.code-aster.org <\/a>:\u00a01.6m lignes de codes) est le plus gros et a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une cinquantaine de millions d\u2019euros d\u2019investissement.<\/li>\n<li>les r\u00e9ticences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vite surmont\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 a ajout\u00e9 monsieur Andrieux car \u201cquand on a une communaut\u00e9 bienveillante, il n\u2019y a pas de probl\u00e8me\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transilien ouvre enti\u00e8rement le kimono<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/image7.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/image_thumb7.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"644\" height=\"364\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><em><span style=\"color: #4f81bd;\">[Mme Tournassoud de la SNCF Transilien]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9marche d\u2019open data et open innovation lanc\u00e9e par la direction de \u201cmani\u00e8re volontariste\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Pourquoi ? et pourquoi si rapide ? (d\u00e9cision 2011, mise en \u0153uvre d\u00e8s d\u00e9but 2012) : 3 m de d\u00e9placements dans les trains et les RER de la SNCF chaque jour et il y a un grand ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, c\u2019est la saturation des lignes (augmentation du trafic de 30% depuis 20 ans).<\/li>\n<li>La grande priorit\u00e9 de la direction c\u2019est qu\u2019on trouve rapidement des leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de service au quotidien. Cela a sembl\u00e9 \u00eatre une d\u00e9marche tr\u00e8s forte et les objectifs sont :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u2019inscrire dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00eele de France avec une vraie capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9ployer plus de services dans cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>une vraie transformation de l\u2019entreprise en allant plus vite et en mettant en place un changement culturel : \u201con n\u2019a pas une exclusivit\u00e9 de l\u2019id\u00e9e francilienne\u201d<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9veloppement de 4 pans : 1) aller chercher les id\u00e9es des clients en f\u00e9licitant les gagnants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par leurs pairs et non par l\u2019entreprise (voil\u00e0 qui est courageux) 2) l\u2019ouverture des donn\u00e9es 3) aider les d\u00e9veloppeurs pour qu\u2019ils puissent faire na\u00eetre les applications ; cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u201chackathon\u201d en juin 4) interne : porter aussi l\u2019innovation \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du transilien ; lancement d\u2019un \u201chackday\u201d pour initier les id\u00e9es de produits en support des clients.<\/li>\n<li>ex : un participant a propos\u00e9 une application qui conseille le client pour optimiser son trajet en fonction de la charge et de l\u2019encombrement<\/li>\n<li>\u201cla structure ferm\u00e9e de nos entreprises est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e\u201d a avanc\u00e9 Mme Tournassoud, mais il faut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s courageux et avoir \u201cbeaucoup d\u2019audace\u201d. \u201cCe qui a fait basculer la d\u00e9cision, c\u2019est le fait que cette d\u00e9marche \u00e9tait enti\u00e8rement orient\u00e9e client\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, la d\u00e9marche ne s\u2019impose pas \u00e0 tous de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, t\u00e9moin cet article sur la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lepoint.fr\/chroniqueurs-du-point\/guerric-poncet\/la-ratp-ouvre-un-peu-ses-donnees-08-08-2012-1494227_506.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ratp et ses revirements sur l\u2019ouverture de ses donn\u00e9es de trafic et d\u2019horaires<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Somfy\u00a0 : une ouverture progressive<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Somfy est un des leaders de l\u2019automatisme domotique ; c\u2019est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 jeune d\u2019\u00e0 peine 40 ans<\/li>\n<li>1\u00e8re d\u00e9marche : cr\u00e9er un consortium industriel dans le secteur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une technologie (e-home control) cr\u00e9\u00e9e en partenariat avec Velux qui a un m\u00e9tier proche. Le but est d\u2019avoir une technologie radio native et compatible. Cette technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e et mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019autres industriels qui deviennent partenaires des deux cr\u00e9ateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--EndFragment--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u00e8me d\u00e9marche : permettre l\u2019\u00e9change des donn\u00e9es (2007)<\/li>\n<li>faire \u00e9voluer la technologie vers l\u2019Internet et permettre les automatismes d\u2019\u00e9voluer vers les \u00e9quipements de la maison.<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019id\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 de fonder une spin-off avec un dirigeant cr\u00e9ateur et actionnaire. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 gard\u00e9e s\u00e9par\u00e9ment<\/li>\n<li>3\u00e8me \u00e9tape : pour mi ann\u00e9e 2013, Somfy pr\u00e9voit d\u2019ouvrir son SDK (Software Development Kit) en open source afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus d\u2019innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AlFresco : \u00e9diteur de logiciel open source et entreprise open source<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e par le fondateur de Documentum John Newton, et est \u201cune soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel d\u2019entreprise\u201d, donn\u00e9es souvent les moins bien g\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 terrain c\u2019est que tous les jours on est loin des concepts qui sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les conf\u00e9rences et le besoin est en fait beaucoup plus simple, c\u2019est surtout un enjeu de classement et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des donn\u00e9es. \u201cLa r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est souvent beaucoup plus simple\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Mais l\u2019\u00e9diteur ne fait pas que r\u00e9aliser des logiciels open source, c\u2019est aussi une entreprise open source, qui accepter d\u2019\u00e9craser ses marges, de mettre tous les plans de d\u00e9veloppement sur Internet \u201cd\u00e8s le premier jour\u201d. C\u2019est ce qui est le plus important a dit M. Galland, c\u2019est de cr\u00e9er l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019Alfresco, 4m de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et le logiciel
