Le REX de Heinz<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10503 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/get-well-soup.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans un article de <a href=\"http:\/\/econsultancy.com\/fr\/blog\/10375-facebook-storefronts-don-t-work-according-to-nokia-and-heinz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-consultancy<\/a>, la marque Heinz partage son retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience car en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9seaux sociaux, rien de tel qu\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter avant de parler \u2026<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9l\u00e8bre marque de Ketchup a en effet vendu via Facebook dans les configurations suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2011\/10\/26\/business\/media\/ketchup-moves-upmarket-with-a-balsamic-tinge.html?_r=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lancement d\u2019un Ketchup au vinaigre balsamique<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wearesocial.com\/uk\/blog\/2011\/10\/heinz-soup-facebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Personnalisation de conserves au nom de son choix (\u00e0 offrir \u00e0 un ami par exemple) pour promouvoir la Tomato Soup \u2018Get Well\u2019<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si l\u2019engouement pour ces op\u00e9rations \u00e9tait au rendez-vous, des critiques ont n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises\u00a0sur le process d\u2019achat\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La confirmation de commande n\u2019\u00e9tait pas adress\u00e9e directement sur l\u2019email personnel du consommateur<\/li>\n<li>Facebook n\u2019inspire pas la confiance quand \u00e0 la s\u00e9curisation des donn\u00e9es bancaires lors d\u2019un achat\u00a0: pour pallier \u00e0 ce frein, la marque a ainsi eu recours \u00e0 Paypal lors de la seconde op\u00e9ration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une marque ne peut donc pas avoir recours \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau social \u2013 en l\u2019occurrence Facebook \u2013 comme r\u00e9seau de distribution sans tenir compte de toute la e-logistique qui va avec, au risque de nuire \u00e0 son image\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00e9curisation des donn\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Email de confirmation de commande voire m\u00eame suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la livraison en temps r\u00e9el<\/li>\n<li>Interface des donn\u00e9es\u00a0: stock, bdd consommateurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous l\u2019aurez-compris, Facebook n\u2019est pas un r\u00e9seau de distribution comme un autre. S\u2019il permet de gagner en visibilit\u00e9, l\u2019utiliser en permanence comme canal de vente n\u2019est pas une solution.
