(cf. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paris.fr\/pages\/un-nouveau-plan-velo-pour-une-ville-100-cyclable-19554\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paris.fr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><em>[NDLR Ces\u00a0am\u00e9nagements vont co\u00fbter 80 millions d&rsquo;euros au total. (cf.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecologie.gouv.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ecologie.gouv.fr<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019intermodalit\u00e9, si elle est bien pens\u00e9e, permet aux collectivit\u00e9s d\u2019optimiser leur offre de transport collectif et d\u2019attirer les voyageurs en leur proposant des solutions de mobilit\u00e9 plus vertes, mais aussi potentiellement plus rapides et \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse des comportements de mobilit\u00e9 met en \u00e9vidence un effet de seuil tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9 autour de 100kms, entre les mobilit\u00e9s locales (dont celles du quotidien) et les autres mobilit\u00e9s (cf. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autorite-transports.fr\/actualites\/lautorite-de-regulation-des-transports-publie-son-premier-rapport-multimodal-intitule-le-transport-de-voyageurs-en-france-etat-des-lieux-des-mobilites-a-longue-distance-et-quotidienn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">autorit\u00e9-transports.fr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Entre 2017 ET 2019, le march\u00e9 des transports collectifs de plus de 100 kms a cru de 12\u00a0% en termes de voyageurs et de 13,7\u00a0% en voyageurs\/km<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Limiter l\u2019usage de la voiture dans les agglom\u00e9rations<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9talement urbain est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui se renforce depuis maintenant 50 ans, avec la centralisation des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques en ville et l\u2019implantation des lieux de r\u00e9sidence en zone p\u00e9riurbaine.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ces zones p\u00e9riurbaines, <a href=\"http:\/\/geoconfluences.ens-lyon.fr\/glossaire\/periurbain\">40\u00a0% des r\u00e9sidents <\/a>doivent aller en ville pour travailler, mais aussi pour acc\u00e9der aux commerces ou lieux de loisirs. Souvent, ils s\u2019y rendent en voiture.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat : les agglom\u00e9rations doivent faire face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes majeurs d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.turbo.fr\/actualite-automobile\/savez-vous-combien-de-temps-vous-passez-dans-les-bouchons-chaque-annee-120913\">engorgement<\/a>, de stationnement et de pollution.<\/p>\n<p>Les voitures personnelles sont notamment l\u2019un des principaux facteurs de pollution au niveau urbain, puisqu\u2019elles repr\u00e9sentent 60,7\u00a0% des \u00e9missions totales de CO2 dues au transport routier en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/fr\/headlines\/society\/20190313STO31218\/emissions-de-co2-des-voitures-faits-et-chiffres-infographie\">Europe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_67266\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-67266\" style=\"width: 950px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-67266 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/49184021896-b10287a18e-k-e1647073176504.jpg\" alt=\"L'intermodalit\u00e9\u00a0est-elle l'avenir du transport \u00e0 horizon 2050 ?\" width=\"950\" height=\"633\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-67266\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pourquoi pas le v\u00e9lo en effet ? La photo iconique de 200 personnes transport\u00e9es selon les modes de transports prise \u00e0 Seattle &#8211; source <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeauckland.org.nz\/efficiency-on-quay-st\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this is what efficiency looks like<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Proposer une offre de transports collectifs performante<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019intermodalit\u00e9 doit pouvoir apporter une r\u00e9ponse rapide et satisfaisante aux besoins en mobilit\u00e9 de la population.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour cela, il importe que l\u2019environnement urbain et interurbain soit adapt\u00e9, les infrastructures de qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019offre en transports collectifs suffisamment diversifi\u00e9e, compl\u00e9mentaire et performante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 ces conditions que les autorit\u00e9s organisatrices de mobilit\u00e9 pourront garantir la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du transport public par rapport au temps de parcours de l\u2019automobile et permettre une mobilit\u00e9 sans voiture, tout au long du trajet depuis les couronnes les plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es jusqu\u2019au centre-ville.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimiser les P\u00f4les d&rsquo;\u00c9changes Multimodaux (PEM)<\/h3>\n<p>Qu\u2019ils soient interurbains, suburbains ou urbains, les PEM doivent faciliter le transfert des voyageurs et non pas les ralentir.<\/p>\n<p>Leur r\u00f4le est crucial dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Si celui-ci juge que la combinaison des modes ne se fait pas de mani\u00e8re fluide et rapide, il aura tendance \u00e0 renoncer aux trajets multimodaux, car les temps d\u2019attente sont <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210413062856\/https:\/\/6-t.co\/ressenti-ponctualite-voyageurs-transports-en-commun\/\">per\u00e7us tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gativement par les passagers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9nagement optimal de ces p\u00f4les d\u2019\u00e9changes, qui structurent aussi l\u2019espace urbain, est donc primordial.
