Conseil n\u00b01 : se focaliser sur le business model<\/h3>\n<p>Une id\u00e9e fausse qui a cours dans le monde des start-ups \u2014 et des cr\u00e9ations d\u2019entreprise en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u2014 veut qu\u2019il faille, pour bien d\u00e9marrer dans le business, se doter d\u2019un solide Business Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci est sans doute un passage oblig\u00e9 et si on vous demande de fournir des courbes, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence exponentielles cela va sans dire, il vous faudra d\u00e9gainer votre tableur \u00e0 la vitesse grand V.<\/p>\n<h4>Le business model est plus important que le business plan<\/h4>\n<p>Pourtant cela ne suffit pas. Il vous faudra, avant toute chose, un solide\u00a0business model, notez bien la nuance dans le vocabulaire. Et les start-ups n&rsquo;ont pas les moyens de se payer quatre directeurs commerciaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut faire donc des choix, et y aller progressivement.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment devenir une licorne : Conseil n\u00b03, l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie commerciale<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le commerce est affaire de talent, mais aussi de structuration de la d\u00e9marche commerciale<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Scaler \u00bb veut dire reproduire des succ\u00e8s presque \u00e0 l&rsquo;infini<\/strong>. Pour y arriver, on ne peut se reposer uniquement sur le recrutement de talents. L&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie commerciale permet de piloter et planifier ses futurs r\u00e9sultats, puisqu&rsquo;on saura dire par exemple qu&rsquo;avec 10 affaires dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tape num\u00e9ro 2 de notre cycle de vente, on en gagnera 4 dans 3 mois.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse du portefeuille, qu&rsquo;on appelle le \u00ab\u00a0pipe\u00a0\u00bb, rendra possibles les pr\u00e9dictions avec une extr\u00eame fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le commerce c&rsquo;est de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il existe un paradoxe dans la vente.
