Elle ne peut pas se d\u00e9cr\u00e9ter ni se revendiquer. Elle doit se gagner pas \u00e0 pas au travers de chaque exp\u00e9rience propos\u00e9e au consommateur.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La confiance du consommateur peut se perdre d&rsquo;un claquement de doigts<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Elle peut aussi se perdre aussi rapidement qu&rsquo;un claquement de doigts. Tout l&rsquo;enjeu pour les entreprises et les marques est de maintenir cette confiance.<\/p>\n<h3>Quels sont les crit\u00e8res de la confiance ?<\/h3>\n<p>Un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments constituants de cette confiance est li\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 une utilisation responsable de la donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Il est indispensable que les marques soient compl\u00e8tement transparentes dans l&rsquo;utilisation des donn\u00e9es<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le consommateur attend qu&rsquo;une marque soit transparente. Il attend qu&rsquo;une marque lui demande la <strong>permission d&rsquo;utiliser ses donn\u00e9es<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 garder le <strong>contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;utilisation de cette donn\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la marque, il est tr\u00e8s important de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ses donn\u00e9es parce que \u00e7a fait partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments extr\u00eamement fondateurs de la relation dans le num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les marques gagnent la confiance en tenant les promesses faites \u00e0 leurs clients<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tout au long de la relation, une marque doit r\u00e9pondre aux promesses et s&rsquo;assurer qu\u2019elles soient tenues.
