Et m\u00eame une simple discipline s\u00e9rieuse. Il n&rsquo;en fut rien. Ma\u00eetrisant la moyenne pond\u00e9r\u00e9e et les \u00e9carts types, je me suis aper\u00e7u que ce maigre savoir d\u00e9passait celui de la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de mes contemporains (tous pays confondus).<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 me faire traiter de \u00ab foutu m\u00e9thodologue \u00bb un jour. J\u2019en ai d\u00e9duit que \u2013 sauf exception \u2013 personne n&rsquo;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre le dessous des cartes\u2026 Ce qui continue de me choquer personnellement et intellectuellement ; il n&rsquo;y a rien de scientifique dans cette indignation, la curiosit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9sir de comprendre n&rsquo;est pas l\u2019apanage des seuls scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le marketing des TIC est pourtant une discipline \u00ab s\u00e9rieuse \u00bb (j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un document \u00e0 la demande de <a href=\"http:\/\/volle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michel Volle en 2004<\/a> pour l&rsquo;expliquer (voir ci-dessous) ; mais s\u00e9rieux ne veut pas dire scientifique :<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/marketingdesntic2004-finalfinal.pdf<\/p>\n<h3>Les nouveaux grigris des marketeurs<\/h3>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/03\/marketing-rim-2018\/\">Technologie<\/a> et \u201cbig data\u201d \u2013 les \u201cbuzzwords\u201d du moment, brandis \u00e0 chaque instant par les marketeurs comme des grigris \u2013 ce ne sont pas des sciences mais des outils. Dans le cas du \u201cbig data\u201d, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un rhabillage s\u00e9mantique d&rsquo;un croisement entre l&rsquo;antique datamining et le business intelligence en temps r\u00e9el. Je ne vois pas ce qu&rsquo;il y a de \u00ab scientifique \u00bb l\u00e0-dedans ; ni o\u00f9 est la nouveaut\u00e9 non plus.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, le marketing essaie de se parer des atouts de la science, mais les praticiens feraient mieux d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 aiguiser leur sens critique et le s\u00e9rieux de leurs m\u00e9thodologies ; ceci vaut \u00e9galement pour le point soulev\u00e9 dans une des parties pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, sur les biais de questionnement induits dans les \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>suite de mes r\u00e9ponses sur l\u2019avenir du marketing, avec la deuxi\u00e8me question.
