Attention ! Je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9crit \u00a0r\u00e9volution, tant le mot est galvaud\u00e9 \u00e0 force d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les sauces. Je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9crit non plus \u00ab\u00a0disrupt\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, non car il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un barbarisme, mais du fait que ce mot est \u00e9galement \u00e9cul\u00e9. Et pourtant, le marketing (et la vente car les deux sont intimement li\u00e9s) en B2B ne seront pas \u00e9pargn\u00e9s par les changements dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Bien au contraire. Au moment o<\/span><span lang=\"IT\">\u00f9 <\/span>j<span lang=\"FR\">\u2019\u00e9cris ces lignes, l\u2019horizon est plus que brumeux. Pourtant le petit monde du digital poursuit son ascension inexorable, justement dop\u00e9 par cette crise.<!--more--> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Pour cette pr\u00e9vision 2022, alors que le B2C n\u2019a d\u2019yeux que pour TikTok, tout en en gardant un quand m\u00eame sur le \u00ab\u00a0metaverse\u00a0\u00bb (on ne sait jamais, restons prudents, au cas o\u00f9 ce vieux concept arrive enfin \u00e0 \u00eatre recycl\u00e9 au bout de la milli\u00e8me tentative et vienne m\u00eame sauver Mr.\u00a0Zuck d\u2019une retraite anticip\u00e9e), j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e de prendre un peu de recul et de me focaliser sur mon sujet de pr\u00e9dilection, le B2B. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Loin des bruits m\u00e9diatiques et des supputations hasardeuses, le digital et les m\u00e9dias sociaux en particulier se sont immisc\u00e9s dans un bouleversement des ventes et du marketing en business to business. Nous n\u2019en sommes qu\u2019au d\u00e9but et nous n\u2019avons encore rien vu. La crise sanitaire va se charger de finir de mener cette transition au pas de charge.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><span lang=\"FR\">Ceci n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9volution digitale<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">On a tellement recouru au vocable de r\u00e9volution dans le monde de la Tech que son utilisation finit par devenir suspecte. Pourtant, dans le cas de la vente en B2B, un mouvement radical est d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment bien en marche. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Un signe ne trompe pas. Avec une r\u00e9currence \u00e9tonnante, je vois depuis une ou deux ann\u00e9es une nouvelle population se presser dans les cours du digital o\u00f9 je suis intervenant : les commerciaux business to business. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Voil\u00e0 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, m\u00eame si mon \u00e9chantillon statistique est un peu faible j\u2019en conviens, que je rangerais dans la cat\u00e9gorie de ces signaux faibles qui trahissent l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un changement profond. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><span lang=\"FR\">5 tendances de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du marketing et de la vente en B2B du fait de l&rsquo;impact du digital et des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Constat no.1 : la vente de masse en B2B sera digitale ou ne sera plus<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Certes, Forrester nous avait pr\u00e9venus d\u00e8s 2017<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">, la vente de masse en business to business est sur la pente digitale. Le Covid va finir par mettre un clou dans ce cercueil-l\u00e0. Nous avons eu droit \u00e0 cinq ann\u00e9es de r\u00e9pit en France, mais la purge a commenc\u00e9 il y a longtemps aux \u00c9tats-Unis et Forrester pr\u00e9voit d\u00e9sormais un million de d\u00e9parts suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">. Pr\u00e9parez-vous donc \u00e0 voir le ecommerce en B2B prendre de l\u2019ampleur. Car comme le dit Gitomer, les clients adorent acheter, mais d\u00e9testent les vendeurs. Enfin, pour ce qui est de ce premier constat, les m\u00e9dias sociaux vont aussi monter en fl\u00e8che pour ce type de produits et de services standardis\u00e9s<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Constat no.2 : LinkedIn incontournable et h\u00e9g\u00e9monique bien que d\u2019autres solutions existent<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0Pour ce qui concerne les m\u00e9dias sociaux en B2B, le choix commence \u00e0 \u00eatre restreint. Xing stagne \u00e0 16 millions de comptes actifs et uniquement sur la r\u00e9gion DACH, Viadeo est une sorte de zombie digital et LinkedIn r\u00e8gne en ma\u00eetre sur la plan\u00e8te B2B, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 en devenir h\u00e9g\u00e9monique et dicter des r\u00e8gles : sondages obligatoires en 2021, et (probablement) le Live Streaming et les profils de cr\u00e9ateurs de contenus en 2022 (histoire de finir de d\u00e9courager les blogueurs les plus vell\u00e9itaires). Mais \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, les survivants des blogs qui ont b\u00e2ti leur communaut\u00e9, voire se sont mu\u00e9s en m\u00e9dias<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">, s\u2019en frottent les mains. Les malins du B2B quant \u00e0 eux, cr\u00e9ent des forums et f\u00e9d\u00e8rent les groupes d\u2019enthousiastes au travers de plateformes d\u2019\u00e9changes<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Constat no.3 : les commerciaux et les marketeurs qui ne sont pas de vrais social sellers iront \u00e0 la p\u00eache<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Cons\u00e9quence de la purge du secteur commercial en B2B, les commerciaux en perdition tentent de survivre sur le r\u00e9seau LinkedIn, en \u00ab\u00a0bourrinant<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0\u00bb sans succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de robots propuls\u00e9s par la b\u00eatise artificielle. Ceux-l\u00e0, une fois fatigu\u00e9s de se prendre des r\u00e2teaux, jetteront l\u2019\u00e9ponge<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">. Les autres, notamment en vente complexe, seront les survivants. Mieux encore, cette forme de vente va se d\u00e9velopper. Notamment chez les start-ups. Pour ceux-l\u00e0 c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable mont\u00e9e en gamme qu\u2019il va falloir op\u00e9rer. Le social selling sera un des ingr\u00e9dients de cet essor du commerce B2B de haut niveau. Mais seuls ceux qui sauront le combiner avec la chasse intelligente, le networking et le contenu digital \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e seront capables de tirer les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du social selling. Nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un cours sur ce th\u00e8me avec Yves Blandiaux<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">, \u00ab\u00a0renverser la logique de la vente B2B\u00a0\u00bb qui sera bient\u00f4t disponible en ligne sur la Cloud Business school<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">de Jean Fran\u00e7ois Messier. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Constat no.4 : la vente par \u00e9cran interpos\u00e9 va devenir la norme<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Jusqu\u2019ici la vente \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 travers un \u00e9cran<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0\u00bb, pour reprendre le concept de mon ami Jean Philippe Cunniet, \u00e9tait un passage fortement recommand\u00e9. Depuis deux ans cette forme de commerce s\u2019est diffus\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 de la sph\u00e8re des geeks et professionnels du digital. Le monde entier vend d\u00e9sormais avec le digital au travers d\u2019un \u00e9cran. \u00c0 tel point que je pense que cela deviendra la norme et que vendre en \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9sentiel\u00a0\u00bb demeurera, une fois la crise pass\u00e9e, une exception. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Constat no.5 : le contenu digital va prendre encore plus d\u2019importance<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0Cons\u00e9quence \u00e0 nouveau de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de : isolement + vente \u00e0 distance + social selling + renversement de la logique de la vente = plus de contenus digitaux. Le secteur du B2B est tr\u00e8s m\u00fbr pour la production de contenu comparativement au grand public<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"applewebdata:\/\/745879AC-8A2B-43A5-B386-9E404E48E958#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">. Mais il rentrera dans une nouvelle phase : celle o\u00f9 produire du contenu ne suffit plus et o\u00f9 il faut imp\u00e9rativement concevoir des strat\u00e9gies \u00ab\u00a0diff\u00e9renciantes\u00a0\u00bb de contenu. Tout ceci n\u2019est pas nouveau, je pratique ce m\u00e9tier depuis 27 ans ! Mais la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de cette approche est en bonne voie, notamment au travers de la cr\u00e9ation de \u00ab\u00a0content factories\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9j\u00e0 banales outre-Atlantique. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Body\"><span lang=\"FR\">Voici pour mes cinq tendances de 2022 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du marketing et de la vente en B2B. En fin de compte me direz-vous, pourquoi nous casser les pieds avec le B2B ? Il est vrai qu\u2019aux yeux du grand public et m\u00eame des \u00e9coles de commerce, le secteur des biens et services interm\u00e9diaires ne p\u00e8se pas grand-chose. Et pour cause, ces \u00e9changes ne rentrent pas dans le calcul du PIB. On estime pourtant, sans pouvoir le prouver formellement, que le B2B repr\u00e9senterait environ les deux tiers de l\u2019\u00e9conomie.
