Avec cette approche technologique, Odaptos est capable de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de ces tests de mani\u00e8re drastique. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 permettre de diviser les co\u00fbts par 30, ce n&rsquo;est pas rien.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Les tests d&rsquo;utilisabilit\u00e9, pour lisser le parcours client<\/h3>\n<p>Les tests d&rsquo;utilisabilit\u00e9 ont pour but de mesurer le parcours client afin de lisser les probl\u00e9matiques qui pourraient s&rsquo;y glisser. Ils portent sur l&rsquo;ergonomie, l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire contrastes et tailles de texte, et sur l&rsquo;identification de l&rsquo;information.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re classique sont lents et lourds \u00e0 mener. Elle va r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le texte, la vid\u00e9o et le parcours de l&rsquo;utilisateur au travers d&rsquo;une capture d&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/p>\n<p>Ces trois composantes vont permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA de tracer une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.odaptos.com\/fr\/blog\/qu-est-ce-que-le-design-d-emotions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">courbe des \u00e9motions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La voix va \u00eatre analys\u00e9e pour d\u00e9celer les sentiments positifs et n\u00e9gatifs. La reconnaissance faciale d\u00e9c\u00e8lera les \u00e9motions de l&rsquo;utilisateur,\u00a0comme la joie, la peur, le d\u00e9go\u00fbt, la surprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permettra de r\u00e9aliser un trac\u00e9 par question avec une courbe des sentiments et les \u00e9motions de l&rsquo;utilisateur durant le parcours produit.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le taux de reconnaissance des \u00e9motions et des sentiments n&rsquo;est pas parfait, mais atteint 80\u00a0% de r\u00e9ussite, ce qui est un bon score pour r\u00e9aliser un compte-rendu permettant de cat\u00e9goriser facilement les points cl\u00e9s de l&rsquo;interview<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les \u00e9motions et les sentiments ressentis vont conduire l&rsquo;utilisateur \u00e0 revenir sur le site, \u00e0 en parler, \u00e0 diffuser le message de l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est de &lsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interaction-design.org\/literature\/topics\/emotional-design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>l&#8217;emotional design<\/strong><\/a>&lsquo;, un principe de conception UX bas\u00e9 sur les \u00e9motions, souligne Maximilien. La d\u00e9tection des \u00e9motions va permettre de vivre une exp\u00e9rience agr\u00e9able et de renvoyer un message positif \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur.<\/p>\n<h3>Des bases de donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires et publiques<\/h3>\n<p>Odaptos travaille avec le Laboratoire des Mines d&rsquo;Al\u00e8s, avec des chercheurs cognitifs et sensoriels pour les diff\u00e9rentes parties, et cr\u00e9e ses propres bases de donn\u00e9es. Le syst\u00e8me ne fonctionne pas par autoapprentissage.<\/p>\n<h3>Tests de sites Web, d&rsquo;applications mobiles, via un \u00e9mulateur<\/h3>\n<p>Sortie pendant la Vivatech en juin 2021, l&rsquo;application finale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.odaptos.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d&rsquo;Odaptos<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en janvier 2022. Beaucoup de tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur ordinateur et les tests sont simul\u00e9s sur un \u00e9mulateur sur ordinateur.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s prochainement, une application mobile permettra de faire les tests sur portable et \u00e9galement de tester des produits physiques \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shipbob.com\/blog\/unboxing-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;unboxing<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les tests sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par visioconf\u00e9rence<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>UX design: des tests moins longs et moins chers<\/h3>\n<p>Les tests sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les tests classiques, en une heure, car c&rsquo;est le temps incompressible pour poser les questions \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Puis le compte-rendu va \u00eatre automatis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toutes les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es avec l&rsquo;IA, et sera livr\u00e9 une heure apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entretien.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats par questions pos\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur et les \u00e9motions relev\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque endroit de l&rsquo;interview vont permettre aux \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;UX design et de recherche de revenir directement sur les points cl\u00e9s de l&rsquo;interview. Cela permet de gagner beaucoup de temps.<\/p>\n<h3>Une r\u00e9duction drastique des co\u00fbts d&rsquo;UX design<\/h3>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt est de\u00a050\u00a0euros pour 30 minutes d&rsquo;interview, 100\u00a0euros pour une heure. 10 tests co\u00fbteront 1 000\u00a0euros, ce qui r\u00e9duit drastiquement les co\u00fbts. Reste \u00e0 ajouter le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;UX designer, qui va donner des conseils.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure o\u00f9 celui-ci passera moins de temps sur les transcriptions, il pourra \u00e9galement r\u00e9aliser plus de tests, et transmettre ensuite son rendu \u00e0 distance par visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;UX design par l&rsquo;IA pour qui ?<\/h3>\n<p>Odaptos a pour objectif avec ce service de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser l&rsquo;UX design pour les start-ups et les scale-ups, mais aussi pour les grandes entreprises et les agences digitales qui ont de gros portefeuilles clients.<\/p>\n<p>Une agence digitale y trouvera son compte aussi parce qu&rsquo;elle pourra passer un peu plus de temps sur le conseil.
