Ces donn\u00e9es sont des vid\u00e9os, des photos, des t\u00e9moignages, des verbatim, etc. La probl\u00e9matique du Big Quali est de traiter une grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es non structur\u00e9es sans \u00eatre noy\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui la bonne volont\u00e9 des consommateurs \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes devient un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;auto administr\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Une technique consiste \u00e0 faire travailler le consommateur. Celui-ci a toujours travaill\u00e9 en participant b\u00e9n\u00e9volement ou avec indemnisation \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions ou des interviews, mais aujourd&rsquo;hui cela va beaucoup plus loin. Il fait de la self-ethnologie, en se filmant lui-m\u00eame pendant plusieurs jours en train de faire des choses, ou en tapant directement le texte de ses t\u00e9moignages, ou en le communiquant en audio pour que la retranscription se fasse ensuite automatiquement.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouveaux cabinets ou cabinets existants digitalis\u00e9s ?<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les cabinets traditionnels ont mut\u00e9 vers le quali on-line, ils n&rsquo;ont pas le choix, et c&rsquo;est compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De nouvelles soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont apparues comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.episto.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Episto<\/a>\u00a0ou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.potloc.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Potloc<\/a>,\u00a0qui font des \u00e9tudes quantitatives online, et des \u00ab\u00a0mini-\u00e9tudes\u00a0\u00bb qualitatives online, explique Daniel.<\/p>\n<p>Leur particularit\u00e9 est l&rsquo;automatisation, elles disposent des tableaux de bord, un acc\u00e8s tr\u00e8s syst\u00e9matique \u00e0 4 milliards de consommateurs, et un parti pris qui est de ne pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les consommateurs. Elles ne font pas appel \u00e0 des panels de volontaires, mais recrutent les interview\u00e9s directement dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_66533\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66533\" style=\"width: 850px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.potloc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66533 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/screenshot-2022-01-23-at-164436-e1642952738621.png\" alt=\"Big Quali\" width=\"850\" height=\"325\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-66533\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.potloc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Potloc promet d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de vous casser les pieds<\/a> avec des rapports d&rsquo;\u00e9tude ennuyeux<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L\u2019avantage est d\u2019avoir ainsi une large palette, mais sans contrepartie financi\u00e8re elles ne peuvent demander \u00e0 leurs interview\u00e9s de passer une demi-heure par jour \u00e0 faire des contenus, des vid\u00e9os et des t\u00e9moignages.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des interview\u00e9s\u00a0versus indemnit\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Ne pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les interview\u00e9s entra\u00eene un biais dans les r\u00e9sultats avec des t\u00e9moignages relativement superficiels.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut une indemnit\u00e9 symbolique, souligne Daniel B\u00f4, mais il ne faut pas que \u00e7a devienne une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Il ne faut pas que la motivation du consommateur soit de faire un job. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces interrogations doit \u00eatre int\u00e9ressante pour lui.<\/p>\n<p>Les cabinets d\u2019\u00e9tudes ont travail d&rsquo;\u00e9ditorialisation et d&rsquo;animation de la communaut\u00e9 pour que ce soit agr\u00e9able, int\u00e9ressant et stimulant. En \u00e9change, les interview\u00e9s doivent recevoir une contribution symbolique, que Daniel estime autour de 8 \u00e0 10 euros de l&rsquo;heure, \u00e0 part pour certaines cibles difficiles \u00e0 atteindre, comme les consommateurs de luxe, o\u00f9 le B2B, qui n\u00e9cessitent parfois un tarif de 100 euros de l&rsquo;heure.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Monter \u00e0 20 euros l&rsquo;heure comme le font certains confr\u00e8res est excessif car on bascule alors du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la professionnalisation \u00bb, souligne Daniel.<\/p>\n<h3>Le quantitatif, plus trompeur que le qualitatif<\/h3>\n<p>Daniel B\u00f4 nous parle d\u2019un exemple d&rsquo;\u00e9tude o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9tude qualitative a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats totalement diff\u00e9rents de l\u2019\u00e9tude quantitative.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agissait d&rsquo;un produit informatique au d\u00e9but d&rsquo;Internet, tactile, qui donnait des recettes. 30% des gens interrog\u00e9s en quantitatif \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par le produit. Mais il s\u2019agissait de n\u00e9ophytes qui n&rsquo;y connaissaient rien et qui, dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, auraient demand\u00e9 l&rsquo;avis de personnes plus concern\u00e9es et n&rsquo;auraient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Les interview\u00e9s en qualitatif connaissaient le sujet et tr\u00e8s vite se sont rendues compte que \u00e7a ne pouvait pas marcher.<\/p>\n<h3>Un livre \u00e9crit de mani\u00e8re collaborative<\/h3>\n<p>Pour \u00e9crire ce livre, Daniel a entrepris une approche de \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9ta lecture\u00a0\u00bb. Il a soumis son livre au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l\u2019\u00e9criture \u00e0 des b\u00e9ta-lecteurs, qui lui remontaient des commentaires, remarques, questions, suggestions, qui l\u2019obligeaient \u00e0 aller chercher de nouvelles informations et compl\u00e9ter son propos.
