A l&rsquo;issue du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/11\/a-quoi-ressemblera-le-commercial-du-futur-en-btob\/\">BtoB Summit<\/a>\u00a0qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le 18 novembre dernier, je me suis install\u00e9 dans la tribune officielle du PSG avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mohamedkhodja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mohamed Khodja<\/a>, Directeur de <a href=\"https:\/\/btob-leaders.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BtoB Leaders<\/a> et organisateur du salon, afin de balayer avec lui les tendances du marketing et de la vente en BtoB pour 2022. Un exercice de style particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant alors que l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement de la semaine derni\u00e8re nous a tous permis de nous retrouver, parmi les 1 400 professionnels pr\u00e9sents au Parc des Princes.<\/p>\n<h2>Les 4 grandes tendances vente et marketing BtoB pour 2022<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65794\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65794\" style=\"width: 519px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65794 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/tendances-marketing-vente-btob-2022-e1637646595712.jpeg\" alt=\"tendances marketing vente BtoB 2022\" width=\"519\" height=\"340\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65794\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mohamed Khodja nous a confi\u00e9 sa vision des tendances du marketing et de la vente en B2B lors d&rsquo;une interview depuis la Tribune officielle du Parc des Princes. Une vue que Mauricio ne pourra contempler tr\u00e8s longtemps, h\u00e9las pour lui.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mohamed m&rsquo;a confi\u00e9 sa vision des tendances du marketing et des ventes en BtoB 2022 grillant ainsi sur le poteau tous les blogueurs qui trempaient leur plume dans l&rsquo;encrier dans l&rsquo;attente du 1er janvier. Elles sont au nombre de 4 selon lui, et il basait bien entendu son point de vue sur les nombreux \u00e9changes qui ont eu lieu lors des conf\u00e9rences et entre les professionnels pr\u00e9sents au BtoB summit au Parc des Princes. Voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de mon entrevue avec Mohamed, que vous retrouverez dans les podcasts de Visionary Marketing.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;utilisation des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> : ce n\u2019est plus une tendance c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable confirmation,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le sales enablement<\/strong> est en train de s&rsquo;installer en France,<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;alignement vente-marketing<\/strong> est toujours au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 et on commence v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 en prendre conscience ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/08\/cx-experience-client\/\">exp\u00e9rience client<\/a> dans une logique de A \u00e0 Z<\/strong>, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir un alignement marketing-vente parfait.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Sur l&rsquo;alignement marketing-vente, tendance majeure du BtoB<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/cpa-barometre-du-lead-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le barom\u00e8tre annuel du lead Companeo<\/a> montre une forte progression en ce sens. Il interroge les directions marketing et vente, les CIO\u00a0pour savoir s&rsquo;ils consid\u00e8rent que leurs \u00e9quipes sont suffisamment align\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres, qui \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s faibles il y a 4 ou 5 ans, sont mont\u00e9s au fil des ann\u00e9es autour de 30, 35, puis 40 %.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le barom\u00e8tre du lead Companeo 2021 montre une forte progression dans l&rsquo;alignement vente-marketing<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cela se stabilise. Si une entreprise sur deux consid\u00e8re que c&rsquo;est important, en prend conscience, une partie du chemin est d\u00e9j\u00e0 faite pour un grand nombre d&rsquo;entreprises, et les autres vont suivre.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelle est la martingale pour pouvoir faire parler les commerciaux et les marketeurs ensemble ?<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65799\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65799\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65799 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/img-0932.jpg\" alt=\"tendances BTOB 2022\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/img-0932.jpg 640w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/img-0932-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65799\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le panel des experts au BtoB Summit 2022 qui ont d\u00e9battu de l&rsquo;alignement vente marketing, une des grandes tendances BtoB de cette ann\u00e9e qui vient<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pour faire parler les commerciaux et les marketeurs ensemble, il doit y avoir une v\u00e9ritable prise de conscience de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, qui doit \u00eatre capable de mettre autour de la m\u00eame table les directions marketing et les directions commerciales, et regarder quels sont les plans d&rsquo;action mis en place pour faire collaborer ces deux entit\u00e9s ensemble.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Dans de nombreuses structures, on a plus qu&rsquo;une seule entit\u00e9, avec un directeur commercial et marketing qui chapeaute le tout<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le cas dans des structures \u00e0 taille un peu plus r\u00e9duites, mais pas encore dans les grands groupes, m\u00eame si cela commence \u00e0 faire son chemin.<\/p>\n<h3>Il faut que le marketing s&rsquo;approprie les sujets des commerciaux &#8230; et vice versa<\/h3>\n<p>Pour faire parler les deux, un point qui me para\u00eet indispensable est que le marketing s&rsquo;approprie les sujets des commerciaux et que, inversement, les commerciaux s&rsquo;approprient les sujets du marketing. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs une tendance dont je n&rsquo;ai pas parl\u00e9 tout \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure, mais qui fait partie du sales enablement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>L&rsquo;appropriation par les \u00e9quipes commerciales des contenus des supports digitaux est indispensable<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Pourtant, 35 % seulement des contenus cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les marketeurs sont lus par les commerciaux*<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est effrayant. Cela montre l&rsquo;ampleur du travail qui reste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Tout le monde doit se remettre en question, aussi bien les commerciaux que le marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Il me para\u00eet indispensable que la direction marketing, quand elle produit du contenu, le distribue aux commerciaux, et mesure les retomb\u00e9es du contenu qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit. Cela ne sert \u00e0 rien de produire constamment du contenu, il vaut mieux produire moins et mesurer les KPI, et faire en sorte que ces contenus soient adapt\u00e9s aux clients finals.<\/p>\n<p>Pour savoir s&rsquo;ils sont adapt\u00e9s aux clients finaux, les commerciaux sont v\u00e9ritablement le bon point d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la bonne porte.<\/p>\n<p><em>*chiffre cit\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une des conf\u00e9rences au BtoB Summit par le repr\u00e9sentant d&rsquo;IBM (conf\u00e9rence sur l&rsquo;ABM)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Si ces contenus ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s, est-ce le fait des marketeurs qui ne savent pas \u00e9crire ou des commerciaux qui ne savent pas lire ?<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Si le contenu n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;information n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ensuite, ce contenu est-il adapt\u00e9 au client final ? L\u00e0 encore, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles les commerciaux et les marketeurs doivent se mettre autour d&rsquo;une table pour savoir ce qui int\u00e9resse le client final.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes qu&rsquo;on r\u00e9alise peuvent nous donner des orientations, mais les commerciaux sont sur le terrain, ils ont les clients en face \u00e0 face, et savent r\u00e9ellement ce qui les int\u00e9resse.<\/p>\n<h3>Il faut que les marketeurs aillent sur le terrain<\/h3>\n<p>De plus en plus de marketeurs veulent aller sur le terrain, et de plus en plus de commerciaux veulent se retrouver au marketing. Il faudrait cela effectivement. Cela fait partie des objectifs d&rsquo;alignement vente marketing.
