Beaucoup de ces d\u00e9fis \u00e9taient pr\u00e9existants, et n&rsquo;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 qu&rsquo;accentu\u00e9s par la crise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Les d\u00e9fis des entreprises et des vendeurs de demain<\/h3>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9fis sont nombreux : <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/05\/chat-service-client\/\">digitalisation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/a>, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les leads, \u00e0 faire exister la marque B2B (souvent trop discr\u00e8te ou trop pointue) et de la faire ressortir sur son march\u00e9, \u00e0 int\u00e9resser clients et prospects (en racontant des histoires qui s&rsquo;\u00e9cartent du sacro-saint produit), etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine des \u00e9volutions des m\u00e9tiers de la vente, tels que les ont d\u00e9crites les pan\u00e9listes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation, probablement la qualit\u00e9 requise la plus cit\u00e9e par tous les pan\u00e9listes<\/li>\n<li>la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe (quand le travail s&rsquo;est \u00e9clat\u00e9 et est devenu hybride, selon l&rsquo;expression consacr\u00e9e),<\/li>\n<li>Et surtout la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec le marketing \u00e0 une heure o\u00f9 les leads sont une pr\u00e9occupation de tous les instants,<\/li>\n<li>la ma\u00eetrise des outils, car selon les pan\u00e9listes, le commercial du futur doit devenir expert des outils technologiques,<\/li>\n<li>Obtenir plus de visibilit\u00e9, car le commercial du futur ne doit pas seulement chasser, il doit \u00e9galement apprendre \u00e0 devenir \u00a0d\u00e9sirable et se faire chasser aussi,<\/li>\n<li>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 int\u00e9resser, en devenant un conseiller de confiance de ses clients.<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mais avant tout, St\u00e9phane Renger nous a rappel\u00e9 que le premier d\u00e9fi du commercial du futur, est d &lsquo; \u00abaimer ce m\u00e9tier\u00bb, une chose qui n\u2019a pas l\u2019air d\u2019aller toujours de soi. Le commercial du futur en BtoB, ce n\u2019est clairement pas lui.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Or c\u2019est pr\u00e9ciment l\u00e0 qu\u2019il y a du travail, car la profession de commercial a \u00e9t\u00e9 souvent caricatur\u00e9e \u00e0 la Jean-Claude Convenant.<\/p>\n<h3>Commercial du futur : dissocier sales et account mangers<\/h3>\n<p>Regarder le commercial du futur de mani\u00e8re uniforme n&rsquo;aurait pas beaucoup de sens, cependant : \u00ab\u00a0 le sales manager restera le sales manager \u00bb a expliqu\u00e9 avec \u00e0 propos Cyril Kovarsky.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo; AM, tout sera diff\u00e9rent. Et bien nous n\u2019allons pas le trouver dans les \u00e9coles.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u00ab Cela fait bien longtemps qu&rsquo;on ne forme plus de commerciaux dans les \u00e9coles ! \u00bb<br \/>\nCyril Kovarsky<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nous ne le contredirons pas, car nous avons suffisamment \u00e9crit \u00e0 ce sujet, en pestant sur le fait que les \u00e9coles de commerce n&rsquo;enseignent plus cette mati\u00e8re, et depuis bien longtemps, voire se renomment \u00ab \u00e9coles de management \u00bb et je ne manque pas de rappeler aux jeunes des \u00e9coles \u00e0 quel point la vente, est centrale dans le business. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, pas de vente, pas de chocolat et pas de marketing non plus !<\/p>\n<h3>Les entreprises vont devoir former le commercial du futur<\/h3>\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les \u00e9coles ne forment pas de talents propres \u00e0 devenir les commerciaux BtoB du futur, Capgemini (et les autres entreprises) devront donc pallier ce manque. Le nouveau DG de Capgemini Aiman Ezzat a d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 clair sur ce sujet en d\u00e9cidant que \u00ab plus personne ne g\u00e8rerait de PNL s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pass\u00e9 par la vente\u00a0\u00bb. Une d\u00e9cision radicale mais qui nous para\u00eet aller dans le bon sens.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ne noircissons pas le tableau de la formation.<\/h3>\n<p>La vente est affaire de terrain, et les entreprises ont un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans cet apprentissage, c\u2019est bien naturel. Et si les \u00e9coles ne forment plus h\u00e9las \u00e0 ces disciplines, il ne faut pas d\u00e9sesp\u00e9rer pour autant : \u00ab Nous avons tous des aptitudes\u00a0\u00bb a insist\u00e9 Cyril Kovarsky, \u00ab\u00a0mais il faut une grande culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, avoir de l\u2019\u00e9coute, \u00eatre expert et s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser aux probl\u00e8mes des m\u00e9tiers du client en profondeur\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est ainsi que chez Cap, l\u2019account manager doit se former \u00e0 la vente, car \u00ab\u00a0vendre c\u2019est comprendre le m\u00e9tier du client car c\u2019est le m\u00e9tier qui d\u00e9finit le besoin\u00a0\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Les qualit\u00e9s principales du commercial du futur en BtoB<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences que le commercial du futur devra avoir ? Selon Katia Thomas, sans trop de surprise, la premi\u00e8re des qualit\u00e9s est l\u2019\u00e9coute (cela ne plaira pas beaucoup \u00e0 JC), puis la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse. Ensuite, le commercial du futur devra savoir se diff\u00e9rencier par la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et montrer beaucoup de calme, surtout quand les affaires sont importantes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le monde change, et Katia pense que le temps de la pression \u00e0 mettre sur le commercial est r\u00e9volu. Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 casser les codes en r\u00e9union de vente, nous a-t-elle racont\u00e9, en passant de la musique et en parlant de tout autre chose. Cela permet de se d\u00e9stresser et d\u2019\u00eatre plus d\u00e9tendu, ce dont nous avons tous besoin apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode bizarre due au Covid.<\/p>\n<p>Fabien souligne que 70% des commerciaux, quand on les interroge, citent la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comme \u00e9tant la motivation principale. Mais il souligne surtout que c\u2019est \u00ab quelque chose qui peut f\u00e2cher quand elle est mal construite \u00bb. Or, on en demande beaucoup au commercial du futur, ajoute-t-il, et plus vous allez \u00eatre exigeant sur les comp\u00e9tences, \u00ab plus il faudra augmenter les fixes \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>De l\u2019audace, de l\u2019audace, de l\u2019audace<\/h3>\n<p>Pour Cyril, la seule qualit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire est l\u2019audace, et il est vrai qu\u2019il va en falloir de l\u2019audace pour sortir du lot. Un des plus gros \u00a0 d\u00e9fis du commercial BtoB du futur.
