En d&rsquo;autres termes, il s&rsquo;agit de r\u00e9aliser des tableaux de bord pour des d\u00e9cideurs m\u00e9tier qui ont besoin de repr\u00e9sentations graphiques afin de prendre de bonnes d\u00e9cisions.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon les probl\u00e9matiques, les consultants charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir ces tableaux de bord vont donc\u00a0s&rsquo;adapter aux besoins des clients pour concevoir des indicateurs (KPIs) efficaces et utiles pour piloter leurs BU.<\/p>\n<p>Le terme de data journalisme d&rsquo;entreprise semble donc recouvrir la notion de Business Intelligence ou Informatique d\u00e9cisionnelle, remise au go\u00fbt du jour avec des outils plus modernes. Il n&rsquo;en reste pas moins que le nom est \u00e9vocateur et qu&rsquo;il m&rsquo;a sembl\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien choisi.<\/p>\n<h3>Aider les directeurs m\u00e9tier \u00e0 aller chercher des donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 les repr\u00e9senter<\/h3>\n<p>Il convient de partir de l&rsquo;architecture de la base de donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;entreprise, explique Maxime.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le flux de donn\u00e9es disponible, on peut se retrouver face \u00e0 des centaines de millions, voire des milliards de lignes. Tout d\u00e9pend de la taille de l&rsquo;entreprise. Si celle-ci dispose d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes qui ont la charge de la base de donn\u00e9es, il ne va pas de soi cependant qu&rsquo;ils disposent des comp\u00e9tences suffisantes pour en tirer de bons tableaux de bord. Il se peut aussi que l&rsquo;entreprise ne dispose pas du tout d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le des consultants de ce domaine est donc de les aider \u00e0 se connecter aux donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, les traiter et en tirer des tableaux de bord visuels pour les assister dans le pilotage de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>On a beau r\u00e9p\u00e9ter depuis des ann\u00e9es que les <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/06\/data-marketing-b2b\/\">marketeurs doivent se familiariser avec les donn\u00e9es<\/a>, il reste cependant de grands progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire dans ce domaine. Heureusement, la nature et l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie ayant horreur du vide, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de conseil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es comme Mydral existent pour pallier ce manque.<\/p>\n<h3>Les marketeurs ont encore besoin de se familiariser avec le data marketing<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises veulent mettre en place des strat\u00e9gies de data marketing, pour mieux piloter leurs prospects ainsi que les aspects internes \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0\u00bb, constate Maxime.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 2 ou 3 ans, peu de marketeurs utilisaient la data pour mettre en avant l&rsquo;entreprise. Maintenant, cela se fait de plus en plus, et encore davantage depuis le coronavirus, et cela va aller crescendo dans les ann\u00e9es qui vont venir\u00a0\u00bb, souligne-t-il.<\/p>\n<h3>Astuces pour \u00e9tablir un bon tableau de bord en data journalisme d&rsquo;entreprise<\/h3>\n<p>Pour \u00e9tablir un bon tableau de bord, il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 disposer d&rsquo;une charte graphique coh\u00e9rente avec son entreprise explique Maxime. Puis il faut choisir des modes de visualisation (data viz) percutants : des graphes de Pareto pour montrer du 80\/20, des graphes en camemberts, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il est tr\u00e8s important de travailler sur le design, que les couleurs ressortent bien, et de pr\u00e9senter une vision large pour aller vers le plus pr\u00e9cis quand on descend au niveau de l&rsquo;information\u00a0\u00bb, explique le jeune \u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre pour arriver \u00e0 un bon r\u00e9sultat, selon Maxime, sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de comprendre la probl\u00e9matique client ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, il faut mettre en place quelques indicateurs (KPIs). Il n&rsquo;en faut pas trop : 5 ou 6 bons KPIs auront beaucoup plus d&rsquo;impact qu&rsquo;une quinzaine qui sera noy\u00e9e dans la masse explique avec justesse Maxime Boisseau ;<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, il faudra mettre en place le storytelling qui habillera les donn\u00e9es. Par exemple avec <a href=\"https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/views\/MigrationintheU_SAhellofadropfrom2009to2018\/RefugeeflowsintheUS?:language=en-GB&amp;:display_count=n&amp;:origin=viz_share_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cet exemple o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on d\u00e9crit l&rsquo;immigration aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Les \u00e9cueils \u00e0 \u00e9viter dans un projet de data journalisme d&rsquo;entreprise<\/h3>\n<p>Maxime conseille d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de surcharger ses tableaux de bord et de mettre trop de texte, ce qui risquerait de rendre le r\u00e9sultat indigeste.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de remplacer les textes, \u00e0 des endroits o\u00f9 ce n&rsquo;est pas important, par des graphes qui auront un meilleur impact\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<h3>Des tableaux de bord automatiquement mis \u00e0 jour<\/h3>\n<p>La mise en place de tableaux de bord efficaces n\u00e9cessite enfin un\u00a0accompagnement client pour chercher les bons indicateurs dans un volume de donn\u00e9es souvent riche de centaines de millions de lignes. Cela n\u00e9cessite de r\u00e9aliser un gros travail en amont.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en place compl\u00e8te peut parfois n\u00e9cessiter plusieurs mois de travail, pour aboutir \u00e0 des tableaux de bord directement connect\u00e9s aux bases de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ces tableaux de bord automatis\u00e9s r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent les donn\u00e9es directement sur les bases de donn\u00e9es des clients, permettant d&rsquo;envoyer chaque semaine, le lundi matin par exemple, un rapport totalement interactif dans les bo\u00eetes mail des membres du personnel concern\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Maxime.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Automatiser ses tableaux de bord permet de faire gagner un temps consid\u00e9rable\u00a0\u00bb, conclut Maxime.
