On \u00e9vitera ici d&rsquo;utiliser le terme galvaud\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9volution\u00a0\u00bb, et pourtant, celui-ci aurait peut-\u00eatre \u00e9t\u00e9 justifi\u00e9 dans ce contexte exceptionnel. Ces bouleversements sont le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une alchimie complexe, d&rsquo;un assemblage entre des tendances de fond que nous voyons s&rsquo;installer\u00a0sur le march\u00e9 depuis des ann\u00e9es, voire des d\u00e9cennies, des changements dus \u00e0 la situation actuelle, et un effet d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du fait de la modification des comportements et des besoins impos\u00e9s par de nouvelles conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>Vous avez dit Modern Selling\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Ce nouveau mode de vente, que nous nommons ici Modern Selling, est une approche renouvel\u00e9e des pratiques commerciales qui s\u2019est autant impos\u00e9e sous l&rsquo;impulsion des outils que des changements de m\u00e9thodes, de comportements et de contexte, car tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments se nourrissent.<\/p>\n<p>La discipline de l\u2019adoption des technologies et de son \u00e9volution reste sous-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, et on peut le regretter au vu de l\u2019importance que celles-ci ont prise dans nos vies professionnelles. Ce qui est certain par contre, c\u2019est que le temps de digestion des technologies<a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/F6E2648B-A46C-496E-A8B7-45A845E6D2EF#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a> est plus long et plus \u00e9volu\u00e9 que la simple relation comportement\/outil.<\/p>\n<h3>Les crit\u00e8res de l\u2019adoption des technologies<\/h3>\n<p>Il faut donc tenir compte du fait que la technologie change nos comportements. Ceux-ci \u00e9voluent dans le temps et selon plusieurs crit\u00e8res\u00a0: l\u2019acceptation, la satisfaction par rapport aux diff\u00e9rentes fonctions (comme l\u2019a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 Kathy Sierra avec sa courbe de la \u00ab\u00a0maladie des fonctionnalit\u00e9s<a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/F6E2648B-A46C-496E-A8B7-45A845E6D2EF#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb), avec des \u00e9volutions constantes et m\u00eame des retours en arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-64811\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/00-00-3-fonctionnalites.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"7638\" height=\"4995\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>De la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de l\u2019acceptation des technologies dans le domaine commercial<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le domaine commercial, les choses sont encore plus complexes, si j\u2019en crois ma propre exp\u00e9rience du sujet, car d&rsquo;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments entrent en ligne de compte\u00a0: l&rsquo;organisation commerciale, le niveau d&rsquo;autonomie des vendeurs, le plan de commissionnement et enfin le r\u00f4le des outils \u2014 et leur poids \u2014\u00a0sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des commerciaux sont autant de crit\u00e8res fondamentaux qui viennent s&rsquo;ajouter aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n<h3>Modern Selling\u00a0: le film d\u2019une discipline en constante \u00e9volution<\/h3>\n<p>Modern Selling n\u2019est donc pas une photographie de la vente post-Covid, mais plut\u00f4t un film en mouvement d\u2019une discipline en pleine \u00e9volution et transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Modern Selling n&rsquo;est pas non plus une panac\u00e9e marketing, une de plus, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 fournir une recette rapide, et donc illusoire, \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me complexe.
