Ce pari est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi, avec un ouvrage qui couvre largement tous les aspects du lancement d&rsquo;un site marchand (**) de plus de strat\u00e9gie et le positionnement, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mise en oeuvre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 cet ouvrage est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9ussi, c&rsquo;est dans son approche pratico-pratique, et dans son organisation tr\u00e8s largement tourn\u00e9e vers les conseils directement r\u00e9utilisables. Chiffres, tableaux, donn\u00e9es synth\u00e9tiques et statistiques utiles s&rsquo;y succ\u00e8dent, pour le plus grand bonheur des lecteurs avides de conseils pour se lancer dans le bain si complexe de l&rsquo;entreprenariat sur Internet. Il s&rsquo;agit donc bien d&rsquo;un livre utile, pas d&rsquo;une somme universitaire, m\u00eame si ses auteurs Henri Isaac et Pierre Volle (voir les biographies \u00e0 la fin de cet article) sont des professeurs r\u00e9put\u00e9s, aussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise dans la th\u00e9orie que la pratique. C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 leur honneur, et cela rend cet ouvrage tr\u00e8s accessible au plus grand nombre, les lecteurs de visionary marketing appr\u00e9cieront.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N&rsquo;y cherchez donc pas des analyse approfondies, ce n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0 le sujet du livre, mais plut\u00f4t des points de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence imm\u00e9diatement utilisables dans la vie de tous les jours de l&rsquo;entrepreneur e-business. Pearson (\u00e9diteur du livre, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pearson.fr\/\">www.pearson.fr<\/a>) pr\u00e9cise qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un ouvrage destin\u00e9 aux \u00ab\u00e9tudiants [&#8230;], aux cadres en formation et aux managers en activit\u00e9 \u00bb, je rajouterai que ce livre est aussi utile aux professionnels de l&rsquo;Internet, toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;aff\u00fbt d&rsquo;un chiffre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour argumenter sur un point ou d\u00e9montrer la valeur d&rsquo;un choix strat\u00e9gique, voire remettre du r\u00e9alisme sur une demande d\u00e9cal\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 \u00ab e-commerce \u00bb j&rsquo;ai pu remettre le crit\u00e8re \u00ab navigation \u00bb &#8212; souvent avanc\u00e9 par les b\u00e9otiens comme \u00e9tant primordial &#8212; \u00e0 sa juste place. Les pages 138 \u00e0 140 contiennent ainsi des statistiques clairement utiles sur les taux de conversion (importance relative du commerce et \u00e9lectronique) et sur les crit\u00e8res de choix d&rsquo;un site marchand pour diff\u00e9rentes cibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3 parties pour couvrir l&rsquo;ensemble du sujet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">le livre est con\u00e7u en 3 blocs distincts et repr\u00e9sentatifs de la d\u00e9marche de l&rsquo;e-commerce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">1. Strat\u00e9gie e-commerce : tendances, strat\u00e9gie et int\u00e9gration dans la strat\u00e9gie globale ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">2. Mise en oeuvre et passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;acte : choix de la plate-forme, construction du catalogue et de l&rsquo;interface homme-machine ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">3. Gestion de site au quotidien : flux de visites et conversions, mise en place logistique, fid\u00e9lisation et gestion de la relation client (e-CRM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>zoom sur les choix de plate-forme de l&rsquo;e-commerce \u00e9lectronique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les auteurs d\u00e9crivent ici un panorama (chapitre 4 de la 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> partie pp 130 \u00e0 133) des solutions possibles pour d\u00e9marrer sa boutique en ligne :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">1. Le d\u00e9veloppement interne (exemple Oneclick \u00ae d&rsquo;Amazon, souvent le fait des acteurs \u00ab historiques \u00bb de l&rsquo;Internet ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">2. Les solutions logicielles packag\u00e9es qui se scindent en :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 60px;\">2. a) suites logicielles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es parmi lesquelles la solution \u00ab access commerce \u00bb ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 60px;\">2. b) les solutions e-commerce int\u00e9gr\u00e9es aux suites ERP (ou PGI en Fran\u00e7ais) et fournissant ainsi un lien vers le BackOffice de l&rsquo;entreprise (SAP businessone, Oracle e-business suite etc.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">3. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et les risques sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s et permettent ainsi au lecteur d&rsquo;orienter leur choix. S&rsquo;ensuivent descriptifs et conseils sur l&rsquo;authentification, la s\u00e9curisation et la pr\u00e9vention des fraudes.
