Beaucoup de messages n\u00e9gatifs, qui malgr\u00e9 leur nombre n\u2019ont pas eu d\u2019impact sur leur usage. En effet, pendant la pand\u00e9mie, celui-ci a m\u00eame cr\u00fb tr\u00e8s fortement.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, dans les premiers mois de la pand\u00e9mie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/coronavirus-l-utilisation-des-medias-sociaux-explose,344395\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kantar a m\u00eame constat\u00e9<\/a> que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019engagement dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux [avait augment\u00e9]\u00a0de 61 % par rapport aux taux habituels\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, il nous importait, pour cette nouvelle version du barom\u00e8tre, de mesurer l\u2019\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;usage de ces m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise. A la lecture des r\u00e9sultats de notre barom\u00e8tre, il n\u2019en est rien non plus, et les m\u00e9dias sociaux conservent plus que jamais leur caract\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter cependant que les usages ont boug\u00e9 et c\u2019est ce que nous avons mesur\u00e9 au travers de cette \u00e9tude que nous avons voulue r\u00e9solument diff\u00e9rente des versions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous avons orient\u00e9 ce barom\u00e8tre selon quatre objectifs d\u2019enqu\u00eate :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quel est l&rsquo;usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux, et les strat\u00e9gies adopt\u00e9es par les entreprises\u00a0? ;<\/li>\n<li>Quel est l&rsquo;usage de la publicit\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux ?\u00a0<em>;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>O\u00f9 en sont les programmes d&#8217;employ\u00e9s ambassadeurs de la marque\u00a0?\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>O\u00f9 en est l\u2019usage du social selling\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"4e barom\u00e8tre Hootsuite - Visionary Marketing de l\u2019usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux en France\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WravUuQMulk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Un des r\u00e9sultats les plus frappants de ce rapport est le lien renforc\u00e9 entre m\u00e9dias sociaux et business.
