Et notre trublion des RH fran\u00e7ais en a profit\u00e9 pour bousculer le paysage sans m\u00e2cher ses mots \u2026 et il y a du travail !<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00ab\u00a0<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Guerrilla marketing\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guerrilla_marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia noreferrer\">Guerrilla Marketing<\/a> pour trouver un emploi\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; la gen\u00e8se<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En allant acheter un tas de bouquins \u00e0 la <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/fnac.com\">FNAC<\/span> il y a peu, Jacques Froissant, patron <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altaide.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u2019Alta\u00efde<\/a> et \u00e9galement pr\u00e9facier <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u2019un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre livre auquel Herv\u00e9 Kabla et moi-m\u00eame avons contribu\u00e9<\/a>, en a conclu qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient tous tr\u00e8s classiques et peu innovants. Il a m\u00eame remarqu\u00e9 que le fameux bouquin de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20131023140606\/http:\/\/action.porot.com\/resume\/intro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Daniel Porot<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Comment-trouver-une-situation-d%C3%A9crocher\/dp\/2843436532\/ref=pd_sim_b_10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">datant de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies n\u2019avait pas tellement chang\u00e9 depuis sa<\/a> cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLes chercheurs d\u2019emplois, c\u2019est encore les petites annonces, transpos\u00e9es dans <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cadremploi.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cadremploi<\/strong><\/a><strong> et <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/apec.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>l\u2019Apec<\/strong><\/a><strong>, en un peu mieux mais pas grand chose de mieux\u201d<\/strong> a poursuivi Jacques. 9 apr\u00e8s le lancement de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/linkedin.com\/in\/ygourven\">LinkedIn<\/span> et <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/articles\/desreseaux.html\">8 ans apr\u00e8s mon premier article sur le sujet<\/span> \u2026 \u00e7a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/100_00091.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0; border-image: initial; border: 0 initial initial;\" title=\"100_0009\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/100_00091_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"100_0009\" width=\"644\" height=\"364\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>[photo Yann Gourvennec : Jacques Froissant le jour du lancement]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>le \u201cpresse bouton\u201d sur Monster !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant ! Il y a \u201c3 million d\u2019offres dans p\u00f4le emploi par an, dont \u00e0 peine 30 \u00e0 40% sont visibles\u201d a insist\u00e9 Jacques Froissant. Il y a peu d\u2019offres, et \u201cles chercheurs d\u2019emploi font du \u2018presse bouton\u2019 sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monster.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Monster<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/sans-titre.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0 5px 0 0; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: left; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"Guerrilla Marketing\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/sans-titre_thumb.png\" alt=\"Guerrillla Marketing\" width=\"104\" height=\"157\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/em>Avec <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019arriv\u00e9e massive des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/a>, et \u201cles 5 millions d\u2019utilisateurs sur <a href=\"https:\/\/viadeo.journaldunet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Viadeo<\/a>\u201d, a a jout\u00e9 Jacques, \u201cc\u2019est une vraie mine d\u2019information \u00e0 laquelle nous faisons face !\u201d \u201cOn voit aussi des candidats qui ont une vraie strat\u00e9gie de personal branding (qui est un peu un mot \u2018tarte \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me\u2019)\u201d \u2013 a-t-il poursuivi \u2013 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2011\/10\/fadhila-brahimi-personal-branding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mais on voit aussi des gens qui utilisent ces techniques avec succ\u00e8s<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>le recrutement a \u00e9volu\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMais le recrutement a \u00e9volu\u00e9 et ne doit pas \u00e9voluer uniquement chez les recruteurs, les chercheurs d\u2019emploi utilisent encore tr\u00e8s mal ces nouveaux outils et ont besoin de se mettre \u00e0 la page\u201d a annonc\u00e9 Jacques dans un v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9quisitoire destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9veiller aussi bien les professionnels que les chercheurs d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>la France, cette belle endormie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEnviron 50% des recruteurs utilisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, mais seulement 10 \u00e0 12% en <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"France\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=48.8566666667,2.35083333333&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=48.8566666667,2.35083333333 (France)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">France<\/a> des chercheurs d\u2019emploi, mais au <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Quebec\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=46.8161111111,-71.2241666667&amp;spn=0.1,0.1&amp;q=46.8161111111,-71.2241666667 (Quebec)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>, c\u2019est 90% !\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr] Jacques Froissant : le nouveau CV c&#039;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 LinkedIn\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oDWq3TdwSGM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Guerrilla marketing : LinkedIn met Monster \u00e0 genoux !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa puissance de LinkedIn aujourd\u2019hui est sans doute la raison pour laquelle Monster est \u00e0 vendre et que personne ne veut l\u2019acheter !&rsquo;\u201d a conclu Jacques. Qui aurait pr\u00e9dit cela, il y a \u00e0 peine 5 ans !<\/p>\n<p><strong>discrimination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas tout \u2026 il y a aussi l\u2019\u00e9ternel probl\u00e8me de la discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Or, selon Jacques, \u201cle premier probl\u00e8me de la discrimination est du fait des candidats eux-m\u00eames qui se discriminent par l\u2019adresse ou l\u2019\u00e2ge, ou une litanie de fonctions sans relief. Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas on ne sait pas clairement ce que les gens font\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Et plus de 80% des candidats \u2013 selon les professionnels pr\u00e9sents dans la salle qui en rajoutaient une couche\u2013 n\u2019ont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les entretiens et 95% ne savent pas conclure un entretien (\u201cqu\u2019avez vous pens\u00e9, aimeriez vous travailler avec moi ?\u201d). Enfin, une majorit\u00e9 ne ma\u00eetrise pas les notions de n\u00e9gociation de salaire par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, une grosse majorit\u00e9 des chercheurs d\u2019emploi ont une illusion d\u2019avoir travaill\u00e9 mais \u201cc\u2019est juste une illusion\u201d ass\u00e8ne Jacques Froissant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>lancer la guerrilla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chercher mollement un \u201cjob\u201d n\u2019est donc pas la solution; une recherche d\u2019emploi et a fortiori dans le contexte d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de ce qui va nous arriver en termes \u00e9conomiques, \u201c<strong>c\u2019est un contexte de guerilla et d\u2019utilisation \u00e0 fond des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong>\u201d. Il faut donc selon Jacques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>avoir un CV qui soit rep\u00e9rable par Google ;<\/li>\n<li>avoir les bons mots clefs dans LinkedIn ;<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9parer son entretien en utilisant Internet ;<\/li>\n<li>g\u00e9rer ses entretiens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>le livre <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le livre \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150623134317\/http:\/\/www.diateino.com:80\/fr\/web-et-marketing\/70-guerilla-marketing-pour-trouver-un-emploi-9782354560416.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guerrilla marketing pour trouver un emploi<\/a>\u201d r\u00e9pond donc \u00e0 cette demande. Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019adaptation fran\u00e7aise d\u2019un ouvrage de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/author\/show\/590810.David_E_Perry\">David E.
