Avant tout, je voudrais d&rsquo;abord revenir sur ce qui a chang\u00e9 dans les derni\u00e8res semaines et derniers mois. Nous l&rsquo;avons tous v\u00e9cu : <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/04\/transformation-digitale-coronavirus\/\">l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie a radicalement chang\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les modes de travail \u00e9galement. Nous sommes majoritairement en home office. Du coup, nous sommes donc compl\u00e8tement digitalis\u00e9s ou en tout cas, pour la plupart, nos modes de consommation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 digitalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En France, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/conso-distribution\/confinement-le-click-collect-planche-de-salut-du-petit-commerce-1260908\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click and collect<\/a> a explos\u00e9 de 74% en 2020 [NDLR chiffres Adobe].<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;e-commerce est omnipr\u00e9sent. Bref, nous sommes est en train de changer nos modes de consommation et ce faisant, nous devenons beaucoup plus sensibles \u00e0 nos relations avec les marques.<\/p>\n<h3>Les marques vont devoir plus se centrer sur le consommateur<\/h3>\n<p>Pour ces derni\u00e8res, pour pouvoir se d\u00e9marquer dans cet environnement digitalis\u00e9, il va devoir se centrer beaucoup plus sur le consommateur. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie ?<\/p>\n<p>Cela veut dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, on va chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une relation sur le long terme entre la marque et le client. Ce qui explique pourquoi la personnalisation devient le vecteur de d\u00e9veloppement du business des entreprises.<\/p>\n<h3>Sans personnalisation, il y aura menace sur le d\u00e9veloppement commercial<\/h3>\n<p>Si une entreprise ne personnalise pas la relation qu&rsquo;elle a avec ses consommateurs, surtout dans cet environnement quasiment 100% digital, son d\u00e9veloppement sera mis en danger. La personnalisation, au-del\u00e0 du contenu, doit se faire en temps r\u00e9el sur la base des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les clients sont devenus tellement impatients de nos jours, que ce besoin est imp\u00e9rieux : on veut tout, tout de suite. C&rsquo;est un des sujets qu&rsquo;on va couvrir lors de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/summit.adobe.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adobe Summit 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>D&rsquo;abord comprendre ses clients<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on parle de personnalisation, le premier point crucial est la compr\u00e9hension et la connaissance des clients. Donc, l&rsquo;utilisation de la donn\u00e9e. En ce moment-m\u00eame, en France, les distributeurs, les banques, les entreprises du luxe sont en train d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir de l&rsquo;information pour essayer de mieux comprendre le profil, le comportement de leurs propres clients.<\/p>\n<p>Et lorsqu&rsquo;on va chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une relation sur le long terme entre une marque et le consommateur, il est indispensable de comprendre quel est le profil du client, comment il ach\u00e8te, est-ce qu&rsquo;il ach\u00e8te plut\u00f4t dans un magasin physique, ou sur un site e-commerce, comprendre \u00e0 quel moment il va acheter, s&rsquo;il va utiliser plut\u00f4t son mobile ou consommer plut\u00f4t le soir, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Tout ceci va permettre aux entreprises, et je pense notamment aux entreprises du B2C, de pouvoir personnaliser le contenu sur le site Web. Lorsque la personne arrive sur le site, <strong>on va ainsi afficher un contenu qui est fonction de son comportement et de son profil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On pourra apporter \u00e9galement cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment de personnalisation dans la communication plus traditionnelle, email ou SMS. Et enfin, il va \u00eatre \u00e9galement possible de lui envoyer de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus proactive des contenus, des offres, des produits qui vont correspondre plus \u00e0 ses envies, \u00e0 son profil.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>En mati\u00e8re de personnalisation il n&rsquo;y a pas deux parcours clients semblables.
