Dans le petit monde du commerce cependant, et notamment de la<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2017\/04\/classement-meilleures-methodes-de-vente-b2b\/\"> vente en B2B<\/a>, les choses sont quelque peu diff\u00e9rentes, car le changement \u00e9tait ant\u00e9rieur et la crise actuelle n&rsquo;a fait qu&rsquo;accentuer des changements qui \u00e9taient en gestation depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es et m\u00eame d\u00e9cennies. Une \u00e9tude McKinsey mise en ligne permet de s&rsquo;en assurer. Cette \u00e9tude nous permet aussi de voir la diff\u00e9rence de perception entre les pays et de confirmer nos impressions sur la mani\u00e8re dont la transition digitale est v\u00e9cue en divers endroits.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>McKinsey a mis en ligne une \u00e9tude tr\u00e8s \u00e9clairante sur l&rsquo;avenir de la vente intitul\u00e9e : \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220228185533\/https:\/\/covid.mckinsey.com\/b2b-sales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Transition num\u00e9rique : Comment le COVID-19 a chang\u00e9 les mod\u00e8les de vente<\/strong><\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Voici comment ils pr\u00e9sentent le sujet :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le vent a tourn\u00e9 : le libre-service num\u00e9rique et la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/03\/vendre-au-travers-dun-ecran-le-monde-dapres-du-commerce-en-b2b\/\">n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 distance entre clients et vendeurs<\/a> sont d\u00e9sormais, et probablement qu&rsquo;ils le resteront, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dominants du mod\u00e8le du commerce en B2B. Cela se v\u00e9rifie\u00a0 non seulement pour la vente aux clients les plus petits et les clients acquis, mais aussi dans le cas de l&rsquo;acquisition de\u00a0 nouveaux clients et la vente aux grandes entreprises.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Le tableau est pos\u00e9 et nous avons d\u00e9duit 3 points \u00e0 noter \u2014 d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans notre article sur le blog de Sparklane, et que je vais vous r\u00e9sumer ici :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Il y a eu un glissement vers le digital dans les modes de vente, mais pas dans le sens de ce qu&rsquo;annon\u00e7ait Forrester dans son rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/09\/achats-b2b\/\">Death of a B2B Salesman<\/a>. L&rsquo;interaction humaine reste importante, le digital n&rsquo;en est que le v\u00e9hicule apparent.<\/li>\n<li>Les interactions digitales apportent d\u00e9sormais la moiti\u00e9 des revenus en moyenne (47%). Peut-on encore parler de transition num\u00e9rique quand le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est devenu majoritaire ? Voil\u00e0, comme diraient nos voisins britanniques, le \u00ab\u00a0nouveau normal\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Les chiffres montrent que le changement est v\u00e9cu comme quelque chose de durable qui ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eatera pas avec la crise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Je me suis pench\u00e9, pour ce mini-billet du jeudi, sur un autre enseignement : la diff\u00e9rence de perception entre pays europ\u00e9ens et pour cela j&rsquo;ai pris 4 pays phare de l&rsquo;Europe (on parle g\u00e9ographie ici, pas de politique), le Royaume-Uni, l&rsquo;Allemagne, la France et l&rsquo;Italie.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai notamment regard\u00e9 la question sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue de ce nouveau mod\u00e8le de vente. Mais le Royaume-Uni empoche la palme de l&rsquo;optimisme, avec 76% des d\u00e9cideurs B2B qui pensent que le nouveau mod\u00e8le de vente est aussi efficace ou plus efficace que le mod\u00e8le en face \u00e0 face.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_62630\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-62630\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62630 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ger-e1616654177526.png\" alt=\"vente post covid\" width=\"550\" height=\"404\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-62630\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sans surprise, l&rsquo;Allemagne est le pays le plus r\u00e9tif aux changements avec une bonne dizaine de points derri\u00e8re le Royaume-Uni, mais une large majorit\u00e9 de positivit\u00e9 n\u00e9anmoins. Bon, pas de doute, la vente derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran ch\u00e8re \u00e0 mon ami Jean-Philippe Cunniet n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e8s de dispara\u00eetre. La France ne d\u00e9croche pas de la moyenne pour une fois, elle reste dans la m\u00eame tendance mondiale (90% en moyenne sur le monde) qui est elle-m\u00eame l&rsquo;expression d&rsquo;une unanimit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois surprenante (pas de diff\u00e9rences culturelles notables) et en m\u00eame temps facile \u00e0 comprendre (la web conf\u00e9rence est en place depuis 20 ans ou plus et je l&rsquo;utilise personnellement pour vendre et bien d&rsquo;autres choses depuis tout ce temps, donc on ne peut pas vraiment parler de d\u00e9couverte.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 pour l&rsquo;analyse pays par pays, passons maintenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de ce billet avec son analyse plus exhaustive.<\/p>\n<h4>Le Coronavirus a chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on de vendre et acheter, mais dans quelle mesure\u00a0?<\/h4>\n<p>Il est commun\u00e9ment admis que le coronavirus a bouscul\u00e9 et bouscule encore la fa\u00e7on de vendre et d\u2019acheter, mais \u00e0 quel point\u00a0?
