Car d&rsquo;enthousiasme et de positivit\u00e9 il est bien question ici. Alors qu&rsquo;un grand nombre de professionnels du B2B, et l&rsquo;aube de ce 3e confinement qui plane au-dessus de nos t\u00eates n&rsquo;arrange rien, ont tendance \u00e0 se plaindre du caract\u00e8re impersonnel des \u00e9crans, Jean-Philippe nous explique au contraire, que cela est une chance pour la vente en \u00a0B2B. Explications en d\u00e9tails ici et sur le blog \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sparklane-group.com\/fr\/blog\/vendre-ecran-btob\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sales and Marketing Insiders<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb de notre client Sparklane, en texte ou en podcast \u00e0 moins que, comme certains de nos lecteurs qui sont revenus vers nous au travers de leurs commentaires, vous ne pr\u00e9f\u00e9riez lire et \u00e9couter le podcast en m\u00eame temps.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Vendre au travers d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran, nouvelle normalit\u00e9 du commercial B2B<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_62523\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-62523\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62523 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/jumpstory-download20210318-064546.jpg\" alt=\"vendre au travers d'un \u00e9cran\" width=\"640\" height=\"397\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-62523\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">J&rsquo;entends beaucoup de professionnels se plaindre que \u00ab\u00a0derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran, ce n&rsquo;est pas pareil\u00a0\u00bb et pourtant, nous fait remarquer \u00e0 juste titre Jean-Philippe Cunniet, si on regarde les choses autrement et positivement, on s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit qu&rsquo;en fait, on est du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour ma part, je fais de la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/04\/zoom-webconference-virus\/\">web conf\u00e9rence<\/a> depuis des lustes (j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame introduit celle-ci chez un op\u00e9rateur bien connu il y a tout juste 20 ans) et le travail \u00e0 distance avec des personnes r\u00e9parties sur la plan\u00e8te fait partie de mon quotidien depuis longtemps, avant m\u00eame que l&rsquo;Internet se soit immisc\u00e9 dans nos vies professionnelles.<\/p>\n<h3>Vendre derri\u00e8re ou vendre au travers d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran ?<\/h3>\n<p>En quelque sorte, vendre \u00ab\u00a0derri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb (je reviendrai sur ces guillemets dans un instant), un \u00e9cran est quelque chose de naturel pour moi, je ne me pose m\u00eame plus la question. Le COVID-19 a amen\u00e9 son lot de soucis et le manque de contact humain s&rsquo;est vraiment fait sentir lourdement, je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sort non plus.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, d&rsquo;un point de vue professionnel, ma vie n&rsquo;a pas vraiment chang\u00e9. L&rsquo;essentiel de mon business se r\u00e9alise \u00e0 distance, vente comprise. Vendre est m\u00eame, presque plus facile \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>On est plus focalis\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;objectif, on n&rsquo;est pas distrait par des expressions corporelles parasites (\u00ab\u00a0body language\u00a0\u00bb dirait-on en bon fran\u00e7ais), on est \u00e0 fond sur le sujet et on ne pense qu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e7a. Derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran, pas de distraction, c&rsquo;est de la n\u00e9gociation pure.<\/p>\n<p>Et finalement, pour nous qui avons appris \u2014 et ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas facile \u2014 \u00e0 vendre derri\u00e8re un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, l&rsquo;\u00e9cran a apport\u00e9 un plus, un c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus humain et surtout, la capacit\u00e9 de partager son \u00e9cran pour faire une d\u00e9monstration, montrer un produit etc. Comme le dit fort justement Jean-Philippe, cet \u00e9cran conf\u00e8re des super pouvoirs aux commerciaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut donc arr\u00eater de se plaindre et savourer (ceci n&rsquo;enl\u00e8ve rien \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir des \u00e9changes humains en face \u00e0 face, mais pour le business je ne suis pas s\u00fbr que ce soit plus utile. On peut tr\u00e8s bien s&rsquo;entendre \u00e0 distance et \u00e9changer de mani\u00e8re riche et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;apport principal de la d\u00e9marche de Jean-Philippe n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0 cependant. Elle tient dans une \u00a0 petite locution adverbiale que le tr\u00e9sor de la langue fran\u00e7aise d\u00e9finira mieux que moi :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>B. Au travers, loc. adv. [&#8230;] En parcourant, en p\u00e9n\u00e9trant (un corps, un objet, une mati\u00e8re) de part en part. Je trouve une porte (&#8230;) je pousse de toutes mes forces, et vlan! je passe au travers (DUMAS p\u00e8re, L. Un terminal informatique, une connexion Internet et un outil pour communiquer (mail, visioconf\u00e9rence, r\u00e9seau social\u2026) suffisent th\u00e9oriquement \u00e0 vendre aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un client. On pourrait m\u00eame se risquer \u00e0 avancer que vendre \u00e0 travers un \u00e9cran et au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 r\u00e8gles similaires et que, finalement, les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es n\u2019ont pas vu d\u2019\u00e9volutions significatives dans ce domaine. Et comme \u00e0 chaque fois qu\u2019on essaie de simplifier \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame, on se trompe lourdement.<\/p>\n<h3>Vendre \u00e0 travers un \u00e9cran\u00a0: un v\u00e9ritable changement de paradigme<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est, en effet, un <strong>v\u00e9ritable changement de paradigme<\/strong> qui s\u2019est op\u00e9r\u00e9 cette derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e avec le COVID et le bouleversement qui a remodel\u00e9 le monde du travail.
