Un an apr\u00e8s, \u201c<strong>ce qui a chang\u00e9, c&rsquo;est que la d\u00e9marche des entreprises est devenue proactive et non plus seulement passive (\u00e9coute)<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>La question de savoir si on va ou on ne va plus sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne se pose plus<\/strong>\u201d.Il est maintenant \u00e9vident qu&rsquo;on doit \u00eatre sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux et qu&rsquo;on ne doit pas y \u00eatre pour rien. Il est question de savoir ce qu&rsquo;on y fait et de d\u00e9terminer quel contenu utile on doit diffuser \u00e0 ses clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Synthesio confirme donc bien la fin du d\u00e9but des m\u00e9dias sociaux annonc\u00e9e par media aces<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>une r\u00e9organisation profonde des entreprises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CRM\/ Marketing et R&amp;D ne peuvent plus travailler dans leur coin mais vont devoir mettre en commun leurs informations et collaborer. Combien de temps cela va-t-il prendre ? Quelques mois selon Charlotte, et <strong>\u201c2012 sera un tournant\u201d<\/strong> annonce-t-elle. Les plates-formes de Social CRM vont donc s\u2019am\u00e9liorer et permettre de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l&rsquo;information et de la transmettre au bon d\u00e9partement.
