Puis vint une br\u00e8ve rencontre sur <span title=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/pfXk-qQ\">Skype avec Jan Sysmans<\/span>, directeur Marketing il y a un an, et cette fois- ci. c\u2019est au tour de Tom Schuster, VP EMEA de l\u2019\u00e9diteur open source de la relation clients. Voyons avec Tom ce qui se passe en Europe dans ce domaine et notamment vis \u00e0 vis du d\u00e9veloppement europ\u00e9en de l\u2019\u00e9diteur am\u00e9ricain. Sugar CRM a connu une croissance ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale a-t-il ajout\u00e9 et devient rapidement, selon lui, \u201c<strong>l\u2019\u00e9diteur de CRM mondial dont la croissance est la plus forte<\/strong>\u201d. Bien me direz-vous, mais o\u00f9 sont les chiffres ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sugar CRM a cr\u00fb de 52% entre 2009 et 2010 et de 67% entre 2010 et 2011 et le cash flow de l\u2019entreprise est pass\u00e9 dans le vert depuis la fin de 2010. Certes, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est encore moins connue que Salesforce a-t-il ajout\u00e9, mais ils ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, et Sugar CRM est largement accept\u00e9 par la profession. \u201cC\u2019est une formidable entreprise\u201d a ajout\u00e9 Tom Schuster, \u201c<strong>en 2012, nous envisageons 100% de croissance en Europe<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb !\u201d\u00a0 <strong><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.sugarcrm.com\/crm\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/image4.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"886\" height=\"172\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>une perc\u00e9e dans le haut de march\u00e9 \u2026 avec un coup de pouce d\u2019IBM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/images-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0 10px 0 0; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: left; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"images (2)\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/images-2_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"images (2)\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Sugar CRM en est \u00e0 sa 7\u00e8me exercice.\u00a0 Son activit\u00e9 est essentiellement tourn\u00e9e vers le milieu de march\u00e9 (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le cr\u00e9neau des entreprises de 100 \u00e0 150 salari\u00e9s) mais ces 6 derniers mois, les ventes ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 dans le haut de march\u00e9, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on va trouver des clients de 1000 utilisateurs et plus. \u201cC\u2019est un cr\u00e9neau que ne nous n\u2019avions pas pr\u00e9vu de viser au d\u00e9but, mais sur lequel nous sommes d\u00e9finitivement en train de rentrer\u201d a affirm\u00e9 Tom Schuster.<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne doit rien au hasard cependant ; car Sugar CRM a une relation fort appuy\u00e9e avec IBM et \u201ctravaille en \u00e9troite relation avec Big Blue sur le terrain\u201d. C\u2019est ce qui tire une forte proportion de la croissance. Tom a vu une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de son volume d\u2019affaire depuis le 4\u00e8me trimestre de 2010. Selon lui, Sugar Crm est \u201cmaintenant en <strong>3\u00e8me position des \u00e9diteurs de CRM mondiaux en termes d\u2019utilisateurs<\/strong>\u201d derri\u00e8re Salesforce qui est en t\u00eate bien-s\u00fbr. L\u2019\u00e9diteur de logiciel libre \u201cpeut se vanter d\u2019avoir <strong>800.000 utilisateurs dans le monde<\/strong> et cela continue de grimper\u201d nous dit Schuster.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous sommes interfac\u00e9s techniquement avec IBM (pour ce qui concerne les lignes de produits Cognos et Lotus). IBM \u00e0 son tour met le pied \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9trier \u00e0 Sugar CRM pour attaquer le milieu et le haut de march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sugar CRM dans le classement de Forrester<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a entre 200.000 et 350.000 utilisateurs en Europe a-t-il ajout\u00e9, \u201cce qui fait de jolis volumes\u201d. Et Forrester a m\u00eame class\u00e9 Sugar Crm\u00a0 parmi les leaders des \u00e9diteurs de CRM, c\u00e9l\u00e9brant ainsi non seulement la vision de l\u2019entreprise, mais aussi sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9sultats sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>essor de l\u2019open source<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cl\u2019Open source est d\u00e9sormais capable de concurrencer des \u00e9diteurs standards\u201d poursuivit Tom Schuster. Ceci n\u2019est pas une totale nouveaut\u00e9 si on consid\u00e8re des stars du logiciel libre comme EZpublish (dont je suis un client), Drupal ou Joomla par exemple. Cependant, Sugar CRM est la premi\u00e8re <strong>application<\/strong> <strong>m\u00e9tier<\/strong> a faire une pareille incursion dans le paysage de l\u2019informatique. \u201cAvec Sugar CRM nous allons au-del\u00e0 du logiciel open source\u201d a ajout\u00e9 le VP Europe de l\u2019entreprise. Le code est ouvert et il peut \u00eatre chang\u00e9, mais \u201cb\u00e2tir une entreprise sur ce concept d\u2019ouverture et de communaut\u00e9s est une v\u00e9ritable question de philosophie\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 priorit\u00e9s: social, cloud et mobile <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Voyons ensemble les 3 zones de priorit\u00e9 pour <\/em><em>Sugar CRM<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>social:<\/strong> nos l<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/2-0-large.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: right; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"2.0-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/2-0-large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"2.0-large\" width=\"160\" height=\"115\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>ecteurs le savent d\u00e9j\u00e0, c\u2019est un sujet chaud en ce moment. La vraie question \u00e9tant de savoir comment positionner le logiciel m\u00e9tier dans l\u2019environnement des m\u00e9dias sociaux en pr\u00e9cision de l\u2019accroissement de leur importance, en sachant que le paroxysme sera certainement bient\u00f4t atteint. \u201cLotus live, Web conferencing, les syst\u00e8mes de messagerie instantan\u00e9e, les donn\u00e9es issues de LinkedIn et Twitter data sont toutes interfac\u00e9es et il s\u2019agit d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable nouveau mode de travail dans le monde de l\u2019\u00e9dition des outils CRM\u201d ajouta le responsable de Sugar CRM. <strong>Hirleo (une entreprise isra\u00e9lienne) et Portuguese Gulf utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 Facebook comme porte principale de leur CRM<\/strong>. Les jeunes employ\u00e9s veulent travailler avec les outils \u00e0 la mode et les m\u00e9dias sociaux est leur point de d\u00e9part favori.<\/li>\n<li><strong>le \u201ccloud\u201d: <\/strong>peut \u00eatre marcher partout et il peut aussi \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019un h\u00e9bergeur \u00e0 un autre. Par exemple \u201c<strong>on\u00a0 peut d\u00e9marrer Sugar Crm sur l\u2019infratrsucture cloud d\u2019Amazon puis transf\u00e9rer la base et l\u2019outil ailleurs si on le d\u00e9sire et cela ne co\u00fbtera rien en termes de licence<\/strong>\u201d a ajout\u00e9 Tom Schuster. C\u2019est l\u2019avantage du logiciel libre en effet. \u201cle Cloud, cela veut dire que vous choississez votre service et que vous ne savez m\u00eame plus d\u2019o\u00f9 il vient, c\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement r\u00e9volutionnaire\u201d a ajout\u00e9 Schuster \u201cvous avez plus de contr\u00f4le sur vos donn\u00e9es et vous pouvez les d\u00e9placer enti\u00e8rement sans rien perdre ni co\u00fbt additionnel\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/mobile-large.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: right; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"mobile-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/mobile-large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"mobile-large\" width=\"100\" height=\"164\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>mobile:<\/strong> \u201cl\u2019usage du mobile est parti en fl\u00e8che\u201d a dit Schuster, confirmant ainsi ce que j\u2019ai pu observer \u00e9galement sur le terrain. \u201cEncore en 2010, une infime fraction de l\u2019usage business to business \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur mobile\u201d a-t-il poursuivi. \u201c<strong>2011 a vu une forte augmentation de l\u2019usage du CRM sur mobile, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 repr\u00e9senter 15% de l\u2019usage total<\/strong>\u201d. Sugar existe en 2 versions diff\u00e9rentes, la version \u201ccorporate\u201d qui repr\u00e9sente 50% du chiffre et qui inclut un module mobile qui est compatible avec toutes les versions des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019exploitation.
