Cette conversation, au travers d&rsquo;internet, se propage \u00e0 la vitesse de l&rsquo;\u00e9clair comme il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible de le faire avec les Mass Media (pour plus d&rsquo;information, <a href=\"https:\/\/benoli.typepad.com\/Marketing-2007.pdf\">t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez<\/a> &#8211; gratuitement mon Livre Blanc du Marketing 2007, p. 12 \u00e0 20). Le march\u00e9 est donc plus intelligent (il sait quel produit est recommand\u00e9, quel produit \u00e9viter,&#8230;) plus inform\u00e9 et plus organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent donc quitter leur tour d&rsquo;ivoire et redescendre au niveau du consommateur, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9couter attentivement, de veiller leur march\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9er des relations avec lui. En plus, pour engendrer la discussion, les marques ou entreprises doivent dire quelque chose, elles doivent ouvrir leurs portes et devenir plus transparente, pour permettre le retour d&rsquo;information.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, nous pouvons dire que le Social Media est une toute nouvelle approche de la compr\u00e9hension du march\u00e9 plus qu&rsquo;un nouveau moyen de communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Social Media, finalement, c&rsquo;est quoi ?
