Avec les d\u00e9rives que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet et que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es avec Bruno Fridlansky. \u00a0Pourtant, en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9seaux professionnels tout reste \u00e0 inventer et Bruno nous le rappelle \u00e0 juste titre dans cette interview enregistr\u00e9e entre deux confinements. \u00a0Voici donc la transcription de cette interview o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruno un certain nombre de questions, notamment autour de l&rsquo;innovation dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux B2B. C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s que le paradigme a chang\u00e9. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne se limitent pas \u00e0 LinkedIn. Certaines marques (comme SAP, BMC Software ou Veolia, voir ci-dessous) savent r\u00e9inventer la collaboration en ligne avec leurs communaut\u00e9s. <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/06\/content-marketing-2020\/\">J&rsquo;ai appel\u00e9 cela la congruence, dans l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;influence<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Avec le digital, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 virtuel et les outils qui sont \u00e0 leur disposition, on va plut\u00f4t faire un ciblage, pour prendre des mots un peu guerriers. M\u00eame si on cible, on envoie des propositions commerciales \u00e0 des gens qu&rsquo;on ne conna\u00eet pas. La phase de d\u00e9couverte est saut\u00e9e, on va aller tr\u00e8s vite pour pouvoir d\u00e9velopper le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle les commerciaux \u00ab\u00a0bourrins\u00a0\u00bb, qui vous envoient des offres qui ne sont absolument pas coh\u00e9rentes avec votre secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Uniquement parce que dans votre profil, vous \u00eates responsable marketing, on va vous envoyer toutes les offres possibles pour le marketing, alors que vous avez peut-\u00eatre des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes qui devraient vous \u00e9pargner de vous faire chasser comme des animaux.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Viadeo, au d\u00e9part, \u00e9tait un r\u00e9seau pro, franco-fran\u00e7ais, mais ils ont un peu trop ouvert les vannes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ils ont un peu trop permis \u00e0 tous les membres et \u00e0 des outils de pouvoir noyer les interlocuteurs sur des offres trop commerciales, et \u00e7a les a un peu desservis parce que les gens sont partis.<\/p>\n<p>LinkedIn aujourd&rsquo;hui a un enjeu majeur, s&rsquo;il veut garder sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 et son utilit\u00e9. Parce que si les gens avec qui on a envie de se connecter disparaissent, ils vont certainement aller sur un autre r\u00e9seau. On a besoin, en tant qu&rsquo;humain, d&rsquo;\u00eatre connect\u00e9s \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres professionnels, \u00e7a fait partie de notre job de faire du networking. Frontalement, ils sont en concurrence avec LinkedIn, donc c&rsquo;est un peu compliqu\u00e9. L\u00e0, ils viennent de passer sous la banni\u00e8re Viadeo by JDN. Je ne sais pas ce qu&rsquo;ils peuvent faire. Je pense qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, ils sont trop comme ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 et LinkedIn a pris la majeure partie du business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a va \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 pour Viadeo d&rsquo;aller concurrencer LinkedIn, alors il pourrait peut-\u00eatre aussi se positionner sur la marque employeur. Mais il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un r\u00e9seau social qui est majeur pour travailler la marque employeur, qui s&rsquo;appelle Glassdoor.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>O\u00f9 est l&rsquo;innovation, o\u00f9 est la disruption, pour reprendre le terme \u00e0 la mode, pour Viadeo, pour qu&rsquo;il puisse rena\u00eetre de ses cendres ?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Je ne suis pas devin, mais il y a certainement des r\u00e9seaux plus verticaux qu&rsquo;on pourrait voir appara\u00eetre. Il y a une dimension qui ne changera jamais, c&rsquo;est le temps. On a 24 heures dans la journ\u00e9e et on a un temps limit\u00e9 \u00e0 passer sur les outils digitaux pour pouvoir g\u00e9rer une communaut\u00e9, animer une communaut\u00e9, se connecter avec d&rsquo;autres professionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Avoir un nouveau r\u00e9seau, c&rsquo;est toujours compliqu\u00e9 puisque \u00e7a veut dire que c&rsquo;est du temps en plus. Le premier r\u00e9flexe est de rester sur des r\u00e9seaux g\u00e9n\u00e9riques. LinkedIn est devenu un r\u00e9seau business, un r\u00e9seau pro g\u00e9n\u00e9rique. Tous les nouveaux r\u00e9seaux qui sortent font un LinkedIn Connect. \u00c7a veut dire que d\u00e9j\u00e0, \u00e0 la base, ils ont un souci, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ils ont besoin de LinkedIn pour vivre. Il n&rsquo;y a pas vraiment de disruption.<\/p>\n<p>Peut-on faire un r\u00e9seau hyper pr\u00e9cis, hyper vertical, sur une industrie, sur un m\u00e9tier ?
