Mais dans les services financiers, finalement pas tellement, \u00ab\u00a0car il s&rsquo;agit encore d&rsquo;un environnement fortement r\u00e9glement\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb a expliqu\u00e9 Pierre en substance dans la pr\u00e9sentation de ce matin que vous pourrez revoir int\u00e9gralement dans la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous ou directement depuis la page <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/07\/webinaires\/\">Webinathon.com<\/a>. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un environnement qui n&rsquo;a donc pas tant boug\u00e9 que cela et sans doute qu&rsquo;au travers des billets que nous avons mis en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ci-dessus, nous avons p\u00e9ch\u00e9 par exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;enthousiasme.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9obanques n&rsquo;ont pas autant r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 le paysage bancaire qu&rsquo;on aurait pu le croire. Nickel a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 par BNPP, Apple Pay est rentr\u00e9 dans le rang en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igen.fr\/services\/2020\/01\/apple-pay-enfin-disponible-au-credit-agricole-112697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">faisant la paix avec les grandes banques<\/a>\u00a0qui peuvent \u00e0 nouveau jouer leur r\u00f4le protecteur, comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 fort bien d\u00e9crit par une des personnes pr\u00e9sentes lors de la r\u00e9union de ce matin. Les n\u00e9o banques bousculent le paysage mais les grands r\u00e9seaux tiennent bons.<\/p>\n<h3>La crise a renforc\u00e9 l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 des institutions financi\u00e8res solides<\/h3>\n<p>Sans doute que la crise a m\u00eame, avec son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ladepeche.fr\/2020\/12\/14\/alain-condaminas-banque-populaire-occitane-attention-aux-entreprises-zombies-9257286.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">afflux pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;entreprises zombies en 2021<\/a>, renforc\u00e9 encore les grands acteurs de la finance, et tant mieux dans un sens, car nous aurons plus que jamais besoin de compter sur leur solidit\u00e9 et leurs garanties, \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 certaines sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragilis\u00e9es et se pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 s&rsquo;appuyer sur des \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/finance-marches\/banque-assurances\/les-autorites-europeennes-appellent-les-banques-a-se-preparer-au-pire-1273672\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bad banks<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Est-ce la fin de l&rsquo;innovation dans le secteur financier ?<\/h3>\n<p>Certainement pas et m\u00eame bien au contraire.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 3 voies de d\u00e9veloppement de la finance qui sont rep\u00e9r\u00e9es par Athling dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ils ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 ce changement \u00e0 10 ans, l&rsquo;avenir nous dira si cette plage de temps \u00e9tait suffisante.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>La premi\u00e8re est celle des services<\/strong>, car la finance n&rsquo;y \u00e9chappe pas. Comme tous les autres secteurs qui suivent <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/11\/economie-d-experience\/\">ce chemin d&rsquo;\u00e9volution d\u00e9crit par Joe Pine<\/a> : commdodit\u00e9 &gt; produits &gt; services &gt; exp\u00e9rience &gt; transformation. Ici on sort de la finance pure pour aller sur le service lui-m\u00eame. Service aux entreprises, mais aussi aux particuliers avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/automobile\/la-societe-generale-acquiert-le-specialiste-de-la-voiture-doccasion-reezocar-1273929\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des incursions dans la mobilit\u00e9<\/a>, et sans doute la multi-modalit\u00e9 dans les futures ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me voie identifi\u00e9e par Athling, la lente mutation du papier vers la donn\u00e9e<\/strong>. Un changement qui prend son temps car si la plupart des acc\u00e8s sont d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s (ce n&rsquo;est pas neuf, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame eu l&rsquo;honneur de donner les premiers coups de pioche de la banque sur Internet avec Abbey National d\u00e8s 1996 !) il y aura bien des cas, soulign\u00e9s par Pierre lui-m\u00eame, o\u00f9 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;on vous fera encore signer des papiers\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il y a une r\u00e9sistance au changement d&rsquo;une part, et d&rsquo;autre part un environnement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9glement\u00e9 et fort complexe (tous les back offices de tous les produits ne suivent pas toujours au m\u00eame rythme, quiconque est multibancaris\u00e9 le sait, les anicroches sont encore nombreuses). Du travail donc encore sur la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation, et encore plus sur l&rsquo;usage de la donn\u00e9e, avec des barri\u00e8res r\u00e9glementaires (RGPD et encore plus ePrivacy) qui ne simplifient pas les choses. A la question pernicieuse d&rsquo;un participant \u00ab\u00a0qui fera sauter les barri\u00e8res du RGPD ?\u00a0\u00bb, Pierre ne semble pas penser que cela puisse venir des acteurs institutionnels, et cela n&rsquo;est pas choquant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dernier point, l&rsquo;Intelligence artificielle<\/strong> \u2014 ou devrait on parler d&rsquo;automatisation ? \u2014 qui va sans doute faire parler d&rsquo;elle dans les back offices pour commencer, au gr\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/automobile\/la-societe-generale-acquiert-le-specialiste-de-la-voiture-doccasion-reezocar-1273929\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d&rsquo;une concentration qui s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re<\/a>, et qui selon Pierre, trouve ses racines dans l&rsquo;avant Covid 19. Des efforts d&rsquo;automatisation qui pourront \u2014 si on regarde le c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif des choses \u2014 permettre de lib\u00e9rer du temps aux \u00a0conseillers financiers pour monter dans la valeur et proposer des conseils plus haut de gamme et plus personnalis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>3 tendances donc, qui ne doivent pas occulter compl\u00e8tement d&rsquo;autres sujets \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressants comme Open Banking ou l&rsquo;application de la technologie Blockchain dans les banques.
