Le mobile commence aussi \u00e0 consommer beaucoup de bande passante et cela aussi change l\u2019usage :\u00a0 \u201cC\u2019est ce qu\u2019Apple a bien compris\u201d a dit Bruno \u2013 qui en est l\u2019ancien directeur Marketing pour la France \u2013 \u201ccar ils ont compris la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la simplicit\u00e9 en mobilit\u00e9\u201d. Or, trop souvent aujourd\u2019hui, le passage du Web au mobile se fait au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019interface a-t-il ajout\u00e9 ; \u201c<strong>r\u00e9pliquer l\u2019usage de l\u2019ordinateur sur un ordinateur en termes de commerce en ligne, \u00e7a ne marche pas !<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9monstration \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. ROPO\/ROBO mais pas plus de 4-5% de commerce en ligne !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/large.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: right; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"$-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"mcommerce : r\u00e9pliquer l'ordinateur, \u00e7a ne marche pas !\" width=\"100\" height=\"136\" \/><\/a>\u201c<strong>Research online, Buy offline\u201d ou \u201cResearch online, Purchase online<\/strong>\u201d, ce sont les nouveaux acronymes qu\u2019il faut int\u00e9grer a-t-il poursuivi. <strong>Pourtant les commer\u00e7ants <\/strong>(hors pure players s\u2019entend)<strong> ne font pas plus de 4-5% de commerce en ligne<\/strong>. C\u2019est ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 chez <a href=\"http:\/\/apple.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apple<\/a> a dit Bruno, <strong>le chiffre en ligne d\u00e9cro\u00eet<\/strong> et Apple a donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 des boutiques (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">apple retail stores<\/a>) <strong>qui font l\u2019essentiel des ventes<\/strong>. Le <strong><em>e-commerce est donc tout petit<\/em><\/strong> a dit Bruno, \u201c<strong>car les clients veulent du conseil, parler \u00e0 un vendeur et toucher les produits<\/strong>\u201d. Et pan dans le nez \u00e0 ceux qui croyaient encore \u00e0 la d\u00e9sinterm\u00e9diation et qui montraient m\u00eame que Amazon \u00e9tait la preuve par neuf de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.latribune.fr\/entreprises-finance\/services\/distribution\/20120206trib000682090\/bientot-un-magasin-amazon-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amazon lui-m\u00eame aurait un projet d\u2019ouverture de magasin<\/a>. CQFD.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, \u201cm\u00eame si le commerce en ligne cro\u00eet l\u2019achat physique continue \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9dominant\u201d a ajout\u00e9 Bruno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. 52% des devices sont des smartphones, mais la vie est dure pour les applications !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/phone-large.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: left; padding-top: 0; border-width: 0;\" title=\"phone-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/phone-large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"mcommerce : r\u00e9pliquer l'ordinateur, \u00e7a ne marche pas !\" width=\"77\" height=\"105\" \/><\/a>Nous sommes donc \u00e0 un tournant o\u00f9 les <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Smartphone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smartphones<\/a> sont majoritaires et donc o\u00f9 <strong>l\u2019importance du mobile est croissante<\/strong>. Cependant, il y a <strong>750.000 applications disponibles sur les divers appstores<\/strong> dont la <strong>vie moyenne est de 3 mois et 97% des applications ne sont ouvertes qu\u2019une seule fois<\/strong>. C\u2019est le probl\u00e8me du commerce mobile, qui fait que soit les utilisateurs ne voient pas l\u2019application soit ils ne la gardent pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pl\u00e9biscite pour le mobile street marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u201cLa plupart des utilisateurs qui utilisent le mobile cherchent des bons plans de proximit\u00e9\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cIl ne faut donc pas renvoyer le prospect vers un magasin en ligne, mais vers un magasin physique\u201d <\/strong>a expliqu\u00e9 Bruno Vercelli. Or, c\u2019est une logique \u201cque les gens qui font de l\u2019Internet comprennent tr\u00e8s bien, mais que les commer\u00e7ants ne comprennent pas encore\u201d car ceux-ci \u201c<strong>en sont encore rest\u00e9 au catalogue papier<\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0 Ce que Bruno entend trop souvent dans la population des commer\u00e7ants ce sont des r\u00e9flexions du genre : \u201cSi je ne comprends pas c\u2019est que je n\u2019en ai pas besoin\u201d a-t-il ajout\u00e9. Chez <strong>Leclerc<\/strong>, un pr\u00e9curseur (<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/profile\/view?id=100082004&amp;authType=NAME_SEARCH&amp;authToken=NDhE&amp;locale=fr_FR&amp;srchid=6b46acf1-94e4-4ef9-8f77-586d8c22ce73-1&amp;srchindex=3&amp;srchtotal=57&amp;goback=%2Efps_PBCK_jonathan+boucher_*1_*1_*1_*1_*1_*1_*2_*1_Y_*1_*1_*1_false_1_DR_*1_*51_*1_*51_true_CC%2CN%2CG%2CI%2CPC%2CED%2CL%2CFG%2CTE%2CFA%2CSE%2CP%2CCS%2CF%2CDR_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2_*2&amp;pvs=ps&amp;trk=pp_profile_name_link\">via le travail de Jonathan Boucher qui est aussi un ancien de Skema mais qui ne pouvait pas \u00eatre l\u00e0 ce matin<\/span>), \u201cils sont en train de d\u00e9velopper cette activit\u00e9, soit avec le Drive, soit avec des solutions comme <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230605143430\/https:\/\/sentinelo.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sentinelo<\/a>\u201d a ajout\u00e9 le patron de cette derni\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa mobilit\u00e9 n\u2019est donc pas que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, c\u2019est aussi la t\u00e9l\u00e9 locale, l\u2019ordinateur avec g\u00e9olocalisation, ou la tablette qui a plus un usage familial\u201d. Cependant, pour \u00e9vang\u00e9liser le march\u00e9, mieux vaut en rester aux choses simples, et parler de mobilit\u00e9 via l\u2019usage du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile car \u201cles b\u00e9otiens comprennent mieux et cela \u00e9vite de compliquer le discours\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>toujours des conflits de canaux \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas beaucoup de progr\u00e8s depuis 15 ans dans ce domaine, Bruno dresse un portrait assez sombre de la <strong>neutralit\u00e9 des canaux chez les annonceurs <\/strong>qui reste un souci car \u201c<strong>beaucoup d\u2019annonceurs n\u2019ont toujours par r\u00e9solu ces conflits de canaux<\/strong>\u201d et c\u2019est <strong>un des gros freins au d\u00e9veloppement du e-commerce (et du mcommerce)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIl faut donc veiller \u00e0 bien synchroniser ces canaux et faire en sorte qu\u2019ils ne viennent pas en concurrence (du moins \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la m\u00eame marque ou de la m\u00eame enseigne)\u201d a conclu Bruno, qui nous a ainsi bin \u00e9clair\u00e9 sur le pr\u00e9sent et l\u2019avenir du commerce mobile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le mcommerce ne marche pas comme le e-commerce, il faut se le dire une fois pour toutes.
