Des ann\u00e9es (plus de 4 ans) que je passe, dans les traces <a href=\"http:\/\/socialmedia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u2019Andy Sernovitz<\/a>, avec l\u2019aide d\u2019Herv\u00e9 dans le cadre de Media Aces \u00e0 \u00e9vang\u00e9liser autour de la d\u00e9ontologie dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux (guide de la transparence) et tout \u00e7a pour \u00e7a !<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Faux commentaires dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, \u00e0 qui profite le crime ?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19648\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-19648\" style=\"width: 519px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19648 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/capture-d-ecran-20-39-2015_06.39.37.jpg\" alt=\"Faux commentaires dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, \u00e0 qui profite le crime ?\" width=\"519\" height=\"340\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-19648\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Faux commentaires dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, \u00e0 qui profite le crime ?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7a\u201d c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20191028024807\/http:\/\/web-strategist.com\/blog\/2006\/07\/17\/astrosurfing-the-practice-of-paid-bloggers-and-other-grassroots-movements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019astrosurfing<\/a><\/strong> un terme d\u00e9riv\u00e9 d\u2019un autre \u2013 tout aussi \u00e9nigmatique, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Astroturfing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>l\u2019astroturfing<\/strong><\/a>, une technique d\u2019infiltration ou d\u2019entrisme de la fin des ann\u00e9es 80 (comme quoi ce n\u2019est pas nouveau). \u201cAstroturf\u201d c\u2019est le nom du gazon artificiel, et l\u2019astroturfing est la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un faux mouvement de base (\u201cgrassroots\u201d) \u00e0 partir de faux repr\u00e9sentants ; c\u2019est une forme de propagande et de manipulation qui est contraire au code de l\u2019\u00e9thique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019astrosurfing est le fait de payer des gens pour ajouter de faux commentaires sur vos produits. Mais ici nous atteignons un autre niveau de la b\u00eatise : <strong>on paie des gens non pas pour dire du bien (\u00e7a, je veux bien encore comprendre), mais pour entretenir des discussions vides de sens !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>mais \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/image.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: right; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/image_thumb.png\" alt=\"Faux commentaires dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, \u00e0 qui profite le crime ?\" width=\"254\" height=\"343\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>La vraie question est donc ailleurs. Peu importe le \u201cmauvais buzz\u201d car au pire il am\u00e8nera plus de \u201cfans\u201d \u00e0 ces mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ves; peu importe \u00e9galement la mauvaise pratique en elle-m\u00eame qui sera sans doute corrig\u00e9e, nolens volens. La vraie question est de savoir <strong>pourquoi vous voudriez maintenir artificiellement une conversation vide de sens sur un soda aux ar\u00f4mes avec des faux \u201camis\u201d ?!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>casino royal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je crois que c\u2019est l\u00e0 le fond du sujet, et pas la pratique r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible \u2013 et <strong>ill\u00e9gale rappelons le<\/strong> &#8211; de l\u2019astrosurfing. D\u2019ailleurs, quand on regarde le visuel sur la droite issu de <a href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\/orangina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la page facebook en question<\/a>, on finit par se demander si nous sommes encore sur une page de fabricant de soda aux ar\u00f4mes ou sur celle d\u2019un casino ou du club med. Quel est le rapport \u00e0 la marque ? &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La fin du d\u00e9but des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est cela qui va se passer en 2012, le d\u00e9but de la fin des imb\u00e9cilit\u00e9s, des achats de fans, des faux commentaires et du cyberbabillage vide de sens. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120419150314\/http:\/\/media-aces.org\/save-the-date-prochaine-conference-le-6-mars-a-lesg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Il est temps d\u2019aller s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 la prochaine conf\u00e9rence Media Aces du 06\/03<\/a>\u00a0et de d\u00e9couvrir ce \u00e0 quoi servent\u00a0<em>vraiment<\/em> les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong> (et pas seulement Facebook).<\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/media-aces.org\/la-fin-des-medias-sociaux-a-la-mode-secouez-moi\/?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss&amp;utm_campaign=la-fin-des-medias-sociaux-a-la-mode-secouez-moi&amp;utm_source=twitterfeed&amp;utm_medium=facebook\">poursuivre avec l\u2019article d\u2019Herv\u00e9 sur Media Aces.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>La fin des m\u00e9dias sociaux \u00e0 la mode \u00ab secouez-moi \u00bb? \u2022 Media Aces \u2013 M\u00e9dias sociaux et entreprise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5871 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/orangina3-515x397_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Faux commentaires dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, \u00e0 qui profite le crime ?\" width=\"250\" height=\"193\" \/>Au sein de M\u00e9dia Aces, nous ne pensions pas que l\u2019actualit\u00e9 rattraperait le d\u00e9bat que nous avions lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, sur la \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120223152704\/http:\/\/media-aces.org\/fin-des-medias-sociaux-en-2012-le-debat-est-ouvert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fin des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. S\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019anticiper ici la disparition des plateformes sociales et du web social dans son ensemble, nous sommes convaincus en revanche, que l\u2019\u00e8re des pionniers est r\u00e9volue, et que les enjeux vont prendre le dessus sur les formes d\u2019engagement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120223152704\/http:\/\/www.coupsdepub.com\/orangina-trompe-ses-fans-sur-facebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u2019affaire Orangina<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb est venue \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 pour illustrer nos propos: il est temps que cessent ces pratiques d\u2019un autre \u00e2ge, qui rel\u00e8vent plus de la manipulation des foules et du public, que d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable engagement avec les communaut\u00e9s auxquelles les entreprises et les marques peuvent \u2013 et doivent \u2013 l\u00e9gitimement s\u2019adresser. Et pourtant, elles ne cessent de se banaliser.<\/p>\n<p>Car Orangina n\u2019est pas la seule marque incrimin\u00e9e ces derniers jours. Avant l\u2019affaire soulev\u00e9e par Coupsdepub.com, la ministre charg\u00e9e de l\u2019apprentissage et de la formation professionnelle, Nadine Morano, avait fait l\u2019objet de vives critiques lorsqu\u2019on a d\u00e9couvert que nombre de ses followers n\u2019\u00e9taient en fait que des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120223152704\/http:\/\/pastebin.com\/bL75aueL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comptes sans activit\u00e9 sur Twitter<\/a>. S\u2019il est vrai que c\u2019est le cas de tout nouvel arrivant sur un r\u00e9seau social ou presque, leur multiplicit\u00e9 a de quoi en \u00e9tonner plus d\u2019un, et mettre la puce \u00e0 l\u2019oreille. L\u2019achat de fans et de followers serait-il en passe de devenir un standard du web social?
