Le<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> march\u00e9 du e-commerce \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en progression, mais nous avons vu un verrou sauter apr\u00e8s ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9. Une souris et un clavier sont suffisants pour s&rsquo;inscrire, mais attention ! Nous dit Mo\u00efse, des connaissances sont requises pour bien vendre et de mani\u00e8re durable sur ces plateformes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises ont pris conscience\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d&rsquo;un seul<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0coup qu&rsquo;il fallait trouver des solutions pour poursuivre la\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">distribution de leurs produits. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L&rsquo;e-commerce \u00e9tait sur leur roadmap, mais ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9ment une priorit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Avec le Covid c&rsquo;est devenu <em>la<\/em> priorit\u00e9 n\u00b01, cela a vraiment permis de changer la vision des chefs d&rsquo;entreprises. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">Boom du e-commerce : tr\u00e8s forte progression des produits Do It Yourself, \u00e9lectroniques, et cosm\u00e9tiques<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il y a clairement eu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/le-boom-de-l-e-commerce-un-succes-a-confirmer,350319\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">une augmentation tr\u00e8s forte<\/a>\u00a0sur les produits li\u00e9s au bricola<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ge, tous les produits que l&rsquo;on ne pouvait acheter en points de vente parce que les distributeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e9taient ferm\u00e9s. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les produits \u00e9lectroniques grand public ont \u00e9galement connu une forte croissance, ainsi que <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">des secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 comme la beaut\u00e9, la cosm\u00e9tique, le<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> jardinage, etc. ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment progress\u00e9 pendant cette p\u00e9riode. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Une tendanc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e qui va perdurer ?\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Evidemment, beaucoup des acheteurs en ligne de cette p\u00e9riode n&rsquo;avaient pas cette habitude et ont bascul\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;e-commerce parce qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;avaient pas le choix. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous avons constat\u00e9 une baisse progressive quand les points <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de vente ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9ouvrir. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mais un grand nombre de consommateurs<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> qui ont bascul\u00e9 dans les achats en ligne continuent aujourd&rsquo;hui d&rsquo;acheter \u00e0 distance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comment les entreprises ont-elles r\u00e9agi en fonction de leur\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">taille ?<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les grandes entreprises avec lesquelles nous avions commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 discuter avant le Covid et qui avaient commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer leurs offres sur des\u00a0marketplaces et globalement sur le e-commerce \u00e0 travers leur propre site Web,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">regardaient tout cela d&rsquo;un \u0153il un peu lointain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Elles ne mettaient pas l&rsquo;accent sur cette forme de distribution. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Depuis, elles ont franchement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 leur transition pour pouvoir op\u00e9rer sur les marketplaces.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le jou<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r o\u00f9 les entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9es, des grandes entreprises, notamment du CAC 40, ont d\u00fb<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> trouver des solutions de distribution, et nous les avons accompagn\u00e9es pour pouvoir op\u00e9rer sur les marketplaces. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Des PME et des entrepri<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ses de taille moyenne nous ont \u00e9galement sollicit\u00e9s. Ces entreprises avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 op\u00e9rer en ligne mais n&rsquo;avaient pas forc\u00e9ment une organisation adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la croissance brutale de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 pendant cet<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">te p\u00e9riode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Beaucoup de chefs d&rsquo;entreprises n&rsquo;ava<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ient pas encore pris le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce mod\u00e8le de distribution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Auparavant, ils \u00e9taient plut\u00f4t dans une logique de protection de leurs canaux indirects, de ne pas aller sur le e-commerce parce qu&rsquo;ils avaient un certain volume d&rsquo;affaires av<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ec ces revendeurs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Apr\u00e8s les \u00e9v\u00e9nements, ils se sont mis \u00e0 travailler aussi sur les marketplaces et ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 leur pr\u00e9sence sur ces canaux. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quelle place pour les marketplaces dans le <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">paysage actuel du e-commerce, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dans les mois et ann<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9es \u00e0 venir<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il faut composer avec les deux, mais les marketplaces aujourd&rsquo;hui repr\u00e9sentent une part grandissante du e-commerce.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Amazon repr\u00e9sente 22% des parts de march\u00e9 du e-commerce en France<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les marketplaces en France sont en forte progression [14% entre 2019 et 2018, voir l&rsquo;infographie en fin d&rsquo;article et le dossier Antvoice] et repr\u00e9sentent une proportion grandissante du commerce en ligne. <span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Aussi,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/comarketing-news.fr\/amazon-est-desormais-le-premier-moteur-de-recherche-des-acheteurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">68% des internautes<\/a> vont directement sur Amazon pour chercher un produit sans passer par Google.\u00a0<\/strong>C&rsquo;est devenu de facto le premier moteur de recherche pour le shopping en ligne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises qui n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;infrastructures eCommerce ont donc fait le choix d&rsquo;aller uniquement sur les marketplaces pour <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">toucher directement des consommateurs potentiels.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D&rsquo;autres qui avaient cette infrastructure eCommerce ont parfois fait le choix de pousser un peu plus les marketplaces pour r\u00e9duire le volume d&rsquo;i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nvestissement n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;apport de trafic<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Q<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">uand il sont sur une marketplace, les visiteurs sont plac\u00e9s dans une logique d&rsquo;achat, ils sont donc plus faciles \u00e0 convertir. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quels sont vos c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onseils pour se lancer dans le e-commerce et r\u00e9ussir<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">?\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il ne faut plus se poser trop de questions car les consommateurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement bascul\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;achat \u00e0 distance\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour pouvoir toucher ces consommateurs\u00a0potentiels,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">il faut se lancer sans plus attendre. Le conseil que je peux donner aux entreprises qui veulent op\u00e9rer sur les marketplaces, c&rsquo;est de ne pas les voir comme un eldorado, il ne suffit pas d&rsquo;y \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent et ensuite <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">attendre que le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires arrive tout seul. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Aller sur ce terrain des marketplaces n\u00e9cessite une grande <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">expertise. L&rsquo;erreur serait d&rsquo;aller\u00a0de but en blanc sur toutes les plateformes sans s&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il faut donc \u00e9tablir un \u00e9tat des lieux des diff\u00e9rentes marketplaces sur lesquelles on pourrait vendre ses produits, puis\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en choisir quelques unes sur lesquelles placer ses produits. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il faut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;interroger pour savoir si son organisation est pr\u00eate \u00e0 absorber ce nouveau canal de distribution, car il y a obligation \u00e0 y g\u00e9rer le consommateur final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-QiNPABZ8vg<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il existe diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de distribution selon les marketplaces.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Par exemple sur Amazon, les entreprises peuvent vendre sur un mod\u00e8le marketplace, ce qui signifie que c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;entreprise qui vend directement au consommateur final.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il est aussi possible <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de distribuer directement les produits \u00e0 Amazon, qui les ach\u00e8te et les vend, ce qui enl\u00e8ve \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise toute les contraintes logistiques de livraison au consommateur final. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Je <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">conseille de faire un \u00e9tat des lieux de son offre, des diff\u00e9rentes marketplaces sur lesquelles op\u00e9rer, et de se faire accompagner par des experts, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il y a des <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">comp\u00e9tences en interne<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">Car u<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ne fois que les entre<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">prises se sont lanc\u00e9es, il y a toute une courbe d&rsquo;apprentissage des leviers d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration qui peuvent \u00eatre activ\u00e9s.
