S&rsquo;agirait-il d&rsquo;un mythe ? \u2014 image produite avec Midjourney<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Est-ce un v\u00e9ritable imp\u00e9ratif qui s&rsquo;impose aux entreprises, et auquel celles ci ont du mal d&rsquo;ailleurs, c&rsquo;est la th\u00e8se de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cavazza, \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter ? Ou au contraire, est-ce une injonction de plus, une sorte de \u00ab\u00a0diktat\u00a0\u00bb, ajouterait Alain Lefebvre ?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Deux articles fondamentaux sur l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n<p>Il y a deux articles fondamentaux. Le premier article de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric. Je me suis appuy\u00e9 sur ces deux articles pour introduire le d\u00e9bat. Le premier, cet article de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cavazza. Alibaba !<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Les plateformes et micro marques<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, c&rsquo;est son deuxi\u00e8me point, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>proposent \u00e0 la fois une meilleure exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;achat et de prix plus attractifs<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;achat on en parle souvent de cette fameuse <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/12\/service-client-europe\/\">exp\u00e9rience client ou mauvaise exp\u00e9rience client devrait-on dire en Europe<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Les marques traditionnelles ont perdu la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;interagir avec les consommateurs et de vendre en direc<\/strong>t\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est ce que nous dit Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric. Et l\u00e0, je vous renvoie sur le fameux rapport de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/05\/quitter-medias-sociaux\/\">Forrester de 2020 qui enjoint aux marques qui ne savent pas pourquoi elles sont sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux en sortir<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Puis, dernier point, plus on avance dans le temps, plus les plateformes sont en train de prendre de l&rsquo;avance et de larguer compl\u00e8tement tous les autres acteurs du commerce qui, finalement, sont dans un mode rattrapage trop lent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>La contradiction : prendre de la hauteur avec Alain Lefebvre<\/h4>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me billet est un article de Alain Lefebvre et lui nous enjoint de reprendre un peu de hauteur, notamment par rapport \u00e0 cette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration digitale. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs Alain qui a provoqu\u00e9 ce d\u00e9bat, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 tout de suite accept\u00e9 par notre ami Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric et par moi m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Cet article est intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/jouvenot.com\/lacceleration-digitale-est-la-nouvelle-pensee-unique-article-invite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration digitale est la nouvelle pens\u00e9e unique<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.\u00a0D&rsquo;une part, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>on vous serine<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, je cite Alain, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>continuellement que tout va tr\u00e8s vite, que tout se transforme de plus en plus rapidement<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, quand on prend un peu de recul, on s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit que finalement, peu de gens ont une culture de l&rsquo;innovation, de l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;innovation. Cela para\u00eet un peu contradictoire, et donc je vous enjoint \u00e0 lire<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/11\/mythes-de-linnovation\/\"> le livre de Scott Berkun, The Myth of Innovation<\/a>, et dedans; il y a un chapitre qui s&rsquo;appelle \u00ab\u00a0Nobody Knows the History of Innovation\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0personne ne conna\u00eet l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;innovation\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La technologie semble responsable d&rsquo;un flot incessant de nouveaut\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, nous dit Alain. \u00ab\u00a0Cette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration para\u00eet r\u00e9elle et si r\u00e9elle que personne ne songe \u00e0 la remettre en cause\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Et justement,<strong> c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;il appelle \u00ab\u00a0la pens\u00e9e unique de l&rsquo;innovation<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<h3>Deux articles qui se compl\u00e8tent plus qu&rsquo;ils ne s&rsquo;annulent<\/h3>\n<p>Alors, je pense que ces deux articles int\u00e9ressants vont \u00eatre remis dos \u00e0 dos parce que quelque part, il y a du vrai dans les deux. Vous allez me dire que je ne me mouille pas trop et que je vais faire un d\u00e9bat de Normand, mais les deux se rejoignent d&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3>Les injonctions \u00e0 innover de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cavazza remontent \u00e0 longtemps<\/h3>\n<p>Ce qu&rsquo;est en train de nous dire Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cavazza, si je lis entre ces lignes, c&rsquo;est que ces injonctions \u00e0 innover, notamment dans le domaine du retail, c&rsquo;est le sujet de son article, ne datent pas d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Internet est tr\u00e8s vieux. Visionary Marketing f\u00eate ses 25 ans officiellement l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine. Dans un m\u00e9tier, cela commence \u00e0 faire tr\u00e8s vieux.
