Nous avons utilis\u00e9 le logiciel pour agr\u00e9menter ce billet de stories originales des comptes que nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/i><\/em><\/i><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Les marques s\u2019emparent d\u2019Instagram<\/h3>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie aura vu les marques s\u2019emparer, apr\u00e8s quelques t\u00e2tonnements, de cette fa\u00e7on de communiquer et se perfectionner dans ce nouvel exercice.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce billet, nous nous sommes pench\u00e9s sur l\u2019utilisation <strong>d\u2019Instagram<\/strong> par les grandes entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau social fond\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\">Kevin Systrom<\/a>, rachet\u00e9 par Facebook, fort de son <strong>milliard d\u2019utilisateurs actifs mensuels<\/strong>, dont 500 millions quotidiens, attire d\u00e9sormais les grandes marques, que celles-ci op\u00e8rent en B2C ou en B2B<strong>. On constate cependant que la strat\u00e9gie choisie par chacune de ces derni\u00e8res diff\u00e8re consid\u00e9rablement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Instagram, un r\u00e9seau social plus jeune que les autres<\/h3>\n<p>On peut supposer que d\u2019une part, Instagram est encore relativement nouveau au regard des grandes entreprises, puisque l\u2019on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/abrambrown\/2018\/09\/25\/kevin-systrom-in-his-own-words-how--instagram-was-founded-and-became-the-worlds-favorite-social-media-app\/#626cf86a42bf\">parle d\u2019\u00e0 peine 10 ans d\u2019existence<\/a>, et il n\u2019existe donc pas encore de bonnes recettes \u00e0 suivre pour obtenir le succ\u00e8s sur ce r\u00e9seau social.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, les activit\u00e9s et les objectifs en mati\u00e8re de communication sont \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents. Un chiffre brut peu flatteur pourrait bien au contraire <strong>cacher un objectif r\u00e9ussi<\/strong> (r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 toucher une client\u00e8le de niche, souder les \u00e9quipes en interne, dynamiser sa communaut\u00e9 d\u2019utilisateurs, etc.). N\u00e9anmoins, nous analyserons les diff\u00e9rentes pratiques en en soulignant les points forts, au travers de <strong>6 exemples<\/strong> de comptes Instagram de <strong>grandes entreprises du CAC 40<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note\u00a0: nous avons indiqu\u00e9 le nombre d\u2019abonn\u00e9s des comptes \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en pr\u00e9cisant la date du premier post, et le nombre de publications afin de replacer les chiffres dans leur contexte. Le taux d\u2019engagement est \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9, via l\u2019outil <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tanke.fr\/ig\/\"><em>Tanke<\/em><\/a><em>. Nous avons reproduit ces taux, mais nous ne les communiquons qu\u2019\u00e0 titre indicatif.
