Il en r\u00e9sulte un panorama riche et large, analysable sous plusieurs dimensions (tailles des entreprises, secteurs, B2B et B2C, et m\u00e9tiers des interview\u00e9s) qui nous a permis de dresser pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment un \u00e9tat des lieux de cette discipline. Cette analyse a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie de points de vue d\u2019experts recueillis lors de trois focus groups. Il y a bien des \u00e9tudes sur les consommateurs, mais du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises, la vision reste assez floue. Il nous a donc sembl\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant, et important, de lancer cette \u00e9tude en d\u00e9but 2020, et de la compl\u00e9ter par des points de vue d&rsquo;experts, afin d&rsquo;en affiner les r\u00e9sultats et d&rsquo;apporter des nuances quand aux r\u00e9sultats obtenus.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 intense pour mener cette \u00e9tude \u00e0 bien. A la fois sur l&rsquo;administration du questionnaire (voir les pr\u00e9cisions ci-apr\u00e8s) et aussi sur son analyse. Assez logiquement,\u00a0plus l\u2019entreprise est grande, plus le chiffre est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Si 36% des r\u00e9pondants re\u00e7oivent des informations de mise \u00e0 jour de l&rsquo; \u00abe-r\u00e9putation\u00bb sur leur entreprise via les canaux internes\u00a0(\u00e9quipe web, management, etc.), pr\u00e8s de 30% s\u2019en chargent\u00a0personnellement en naviguant sur le Web. Et 7% disposent\u00a0d\u2019un outil pour mesurer l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation de leur entreprise.\u00a0Mais 11% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ne re\u00e7oivent pas\u00a0d\u2019information \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les premiers\u00a0vecteurs de l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation, avec Facebook en pole-position\u00a0chez les r\u00e9pondants B2C, et LinkedIn chez le B2B. La \u00ab 1\u00e8re\u00a0page de Google \u00bb se place juste apr\u00e8s. Suivent les blogs et\u00a0sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, les m\u00e9dias en ligne, YouTube, les forums, les\u00a0sites d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<h4>La qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation de son\u00a0entreprise : un optimisme sur\u00e9valu\u00e9 ?<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 85% d\u00e9clarent que l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise est un sujet\u00a0\u00ab tr\u00e8s important \u00bb et \u00ab important \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 73% des r\u00e9pondants estiment que l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation a un\u00a0impact (favorable \u00e0 tr\u00e8s favorable) sur la bonne\u00a0marche de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 87% des r\u00e9pondants per\u00e7oivent la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation\u00a0de leur entreprise \u00ab plut\u00f4t bonne \u00bb et \u00ab tr\u00e8s bonne \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 75% des r\u00e9pondants pensent que les avis et commentaires\u00a0publi\u00e9s sur leur entreprise sont \u00ab plut\u00f4t positifs \u00bb ou \u00ab tr\u00e8s\u00a0positifs \u00bb. Seulement 5% de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon estiment qu\u2019ils sont\u00a0\u00ab plut\u00f4t n\u00e9gatifs \u00bb, et 17% neutres.<\/p>\n<h4>Entreprises et crise d&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation :\u00a035% ne sont pas pr\u00eates<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de pr\u00e9vention e-r\u00e9putation ou de gestion de\u00a0crise, un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants (53-55%)\u00a0estiment que leur entreprise s\u2019est organis\u00e9e sur ce sujet, en\u00a0interne et\/ou en externe. Environ 10% des r\u00e9pondants\u00a0d\u00e9clarent ne pas savoir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Mais pour plus du tiers des r\u00e9pondants (35-36%), leur\u00a0entreprise n\u2019est pas pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n<h3>Cette \u00e9tude sur l&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e en deux parties<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>D&rsquo;une part au fil de l&rsquo;eau,\u00a0<b>au\u00a0travers de nos r\u00e9seaux <\/b>avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re inflexion sur les professions du marketing et la communication, ce qui permettra, au cours de ce rapport, d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier la perception de cette population particuli\u00e8re, mais \u00f4 combien pertinente et int\u00e9ressante au vu du sujet.<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;autre part, au travers d&rsquo;un <b>panel recrut\u00e9 professionnellement<\/b> qui nous a permis de corriger l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un sous-\u00e9chantillon plus repr\u00e9sentatif des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise, des cadres dirigeants et des fondateurs d&rsquo;entreprises.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e9partition de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon en divers sous-ensembles nous a permis ainsi de r\u00e9aliser des tris crois\u00e9s, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s sur toutes les questions, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 permettre toutes les analyses possibles avec toutes les nuances que nous y apporterons au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/p>\n<p><i>Les objectifs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e9taient au nombre de trois\u00a0:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Objectif\u00a01\u00a0<\/b>\u202f: les \u202fr\u00e9pondants \u202fconnaissent-ils \u202fleur e-r\u00e9putation \u202f?<\/li>\n<li><b>Objectif\u00a02\u00a0<\/b>\u202f: ont-ils \u202fconscience de \u202fl\u2019impact\u202f sur \u202fl\u2019activit\u00e9 \u202fde cette \u202fe-r\u00e9putation \u2009? ;<\/li>\n<li><b>Objectif\u00a03 <\/b>: que font-ils pour y rem\u00e9dier \u202f(au cas o\u00f9 elle serait \u202fmauvaise)\u202f ?\u00a0Et avec \u202fqui ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au travers de cette \u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un grand nombre de r\u00e9pondants \u202fB2B, nous avons pu nous rendre mieux compte de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation dans les entreprises fran\u00e7aises et en d\u00e9duire des points d&rsquo;action, au travers des r\u00e9ponses, mais aussi des non-r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 certaines questions, parfois aussi parlantes que les r\u00e9ponses elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00c0\u00a0ces objectifs correspondaient aussi les hypoth\u00e8ses de travail suivantes :\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Hypoth\u00e8se\u00a01 : <\/b>notre premi\u00e8re hypoth\u00e8se de travail \u00e9tait que les r\u00e9pondants ne connaissent pas forc\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019\u00e9tat de leur e-r\u00e9putation, en tout cas pour les plus hauts dirigeants\u2009;<\/li>\n<li><b>Hypoth\u00e8se\u00a02 : <\/b>la deuxi\u00e8me de ces hypoth\u00e8ses de travail \u00e9tait que nos cibles n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas forc\u00e9ment conscientes de l&rsquo;importance de l\u2019e-r\u00e9putation pour leur entreprise\u2009;<\/li>\n<li><b>Hypoth\u00e8se\u00a03 :<\/b> Enfin, notre derni\u00e8re hypoth\u00e8se \u00e9tait que, quand ils font face \u00e0 une crise, ils croient que \u00ab \u202f\u00e7a va se tasser \u202f\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54031\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54031\" style=\"width: 680px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vismktg.info\/live2906\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-54031 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/webinaire-290620-e1592921165659.jpg\" alt=\"webinaire sur l'etude e-r\u00e9putation 2020\" width=\"680\" height=\"340\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54031\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">inscrivez-vous sur <a href=\"https:\/\/vismktg.info\/live2906\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vismktg.info\/live2906<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Trois focus groups avec des experts et analystes<\/h3>\n<p>Le questionnaire a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u en fonction de ces objectifs et de ces hypoth\u00e8ses.
