C&rsquo;est une accroche. \u00a0<strong>Quand on est jeune commercial, on pense que tout va se faire au travers de techniques<\/strong>.\u00a0Donc, quand on voit ce titre l\u00e0, accrocheur, on se dit : \u00ab\u00a0Tiens ! C&rsquo;est quoi la technique qui va me permettre de vendre\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/p>\n<h3>Vendre : une affaire de m\u00e9thode et de posture<\/h3>\n<p>En fait, il y a deux choses essentielles. D&rsquo;abord la m\u00e9thode. Comme dans tout m\u00e9tier, que ce soit en marketing ou en coaching. Il faut <strong>d&rsquo;abord savoir quelle est la m\u00e9thode pour vendre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, la posture qui est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 cette m\u00e9thode. L&rsquo;objectif, c&rsquo;est vendre, mais avant l&rsquo;objectif, il y a vraiment l&rsquo;intention. C&rsquo;est cela qui va d\u00e9finir ma posture.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9coles de vente enseignent l&rsquo;art de \u00ab\u00a0conna\u00eetre le client\u00a0\u00bb, puis de \u00ab\u00a0le convaincre\u00a0\u00bb et enfin de \u00ab\u00a0conclure\u00a0\u00bb. Autre cas, le client est d\u00e9j\u00e0 satisfait par une prestation concurrente.<\/p>\n<p>Comment faire, \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0, pour \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 de le convaincre de travailler avec nous, alors qu&rsquo;il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un fournisseur ou qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas de besoins clairement exprim\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n<h3>Une approche m\u00e9thodique pour arriver au Paradis de la vente<\/h3>\n<p>Dans ce cas, il existe une autre m\u00e9thode. Elle consiste \u00e0 travailler sur sa curiosit\u00e9 pour autrui.\u00a0Nous avions mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 avec Marc Corcos cette approche que nous avions intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Paradis\u00a0\u00bb:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est une m\u00e9thode de plaisir<\/strong> puisqu&rsquo;il y a un besoin et donc on y r\u00e9pond.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode, c&rsquo;est Paradis<\/strong>, puisqu&rsquo;on va rechercher la faille qu&rsquo;il\u00a0\u00a0peut y avoir dans le projet de notre client, <strong>afin de lui pr\u00e9senter une solution<\/strong> <strong>qui va lui apporter de la valeur<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est de la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2017\/02\/value-added-selling-gagner-vos-clients-vendre-mieux\/\">vente par la valeur<\/a>\u00a0telle qu&rsquo;on la retrouve dans la vente d&rsquo;affaires. Je me suis aper\u00e7u que beaucoup de vendeurs, dans le conseil, ou la formation, ou d&rsquo;autres sujets, faisaient finalement tr\u00e8s peu de \u00ab\u00a0connaissance\u00a0\u00bb et vendaient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><i><a href=\"https:\/\/livre.fnac.com\/a10044177\/Marc-Corcos-Les-techniques-de-vente-qui-font-vendre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-53097 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/les-techniques-de-vente-qui-font-vendre-9782100748983_0-e1589262135797.jpg\" alt=\"Techniques de vente qui font vendre\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/i><\/span>Alors que toutes les \u00e9coles de vente disent qu&rsquo;il faut poser des questions, des questions ouvertes, et apr\u00e8s ce temps pris sur\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9coute, on peut convaincre.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, je me suis rendu compte que ce qui marchait \u00e9tait d&rsquo;arriver sur une probl\u00e9matique, de proposer une solution, \u00e0 mon sens, \u00e0 adopter, et y aller de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s directe.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l&rsquo;acheteur r\u00e9agissait et me disait : \u00ab\u00a0Mais moi, ce n&rsquo;est pas exactement ce dont j&rsquo;aurais besoin &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb Puis j&rsquo;affinais ma proposition. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on a appel\u00e9 <strong>la vente par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire\u00a0arriver face \u00e0 son client avec une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pr\u00e9\u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n<h3>La vente par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence : l&rsquo;exemple de l&rsquo;immobilier<\/h3>\n<p>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple des promoteurs immobiliers qui disent \u00e0 leurs clients \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai vu un couple comme vous, qui a deux enfants, qui recherchait une maison sur Bordeaux. Et finalement, leur choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t d&rsquo;aller sur Pessac et de choisir etc.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse de ces clients sera sans doute un \u00ab\u00a0Oui, mais &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le \u00ab\u00a0Oui, mais &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb, on peut construire.\u00a0Car les objections du client apparaissent tout de suite. C&rsquo;est cela la vente par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<h3>Une fois la m\u00e9thodologie assimil\u00e9e, vient la technique<\/h3>\n<p>Quant on ma\u00eetrise ces m\u00e9thodologies-l\u00e0, on peut ensuite se repositionner au travers d&rsquo;un certain nombre de techniques de traitement de l&rsquo;objection, en posant des questions, ou en \u00e9coutant, au bon moment.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a donc pas v\u00e9ritablement une technique qui fait vendre.\u00a0Par contre, j&rsquo;applique un processus avec une intention et cela va m&rsquo;aider v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser ma vente.<\/p>\n<h3>Vendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge du social selling : arr\u00eater de polluer les clients<\/h3>\n<p>Je pense qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/02\/autopsie-spam\/\">social selling<\/a>, et de l&rsquo;industrialisation \u00e0 outrance, beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9coles de vente sont finalement rest\u00e9es positionn\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire le principe qui veut que si tu contactes 100 clients, tu vas pouvoir en acqu\u00e9rir 1.<\/p>\n<p>Or on observe un changement de paradigme soci\u00e9tal et \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<p>On re\u00e7oit tous 150 mails qui nous disent la m\u00eame chose, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils sont soi-disant \u00ab\u00a0personnalis\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/03\/marketing-automation-5-ecueils\/\">marketing automation<\/a>, le client le voit tout de suite et a appris \u00e0 d\u00e9coder ce type de messages. <strong>Il faut sortir de tout cela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on lance une requ\u00eate sur Google ou qu&rsquo;on envoie un mail, cela a une empreinte carbone associ\u00e9e.\u00a0<strong>En fait, on ne se rend pas compte de la mani\u00e8re avec laquelle on pollue les clients, on pollue les acheteurs et on se pollue soi m\u00eame<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Vendre c&rsquo;est \u00eatre singulier : replongez au 12e si\u00e8cle<\/h3>\n<p>Ce qui va faire une vente, que ce soit dans une boutique ou via nos \u00e9crans, c&rsquo;est notre singularit\u00e9 dans la vente. <strong>C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;abord un acte de relation<\/strong>,\u00a0avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre un acte de transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut replonger au 12e si\u00e8cle. Il faut aller dans les villes de Fez ou de Mekn\u00e8s. Tout \u00e9tait l\u00e0. Il y avait des gens de toutes les religions qui commer\u00e7aient. Quand on retourne au Maroc, on le voit encore, on \u00e9change d&rsquo;abord sur \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;o\u00f9 tu viens, ce que fais&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Il faut se souvenir de cette expression : \u00eatre de bon commerce<\/h3>\n<p>La transaction vient apr\u00e8s cela. Et cela, on l&rsquo;a oubli\u00e9. Comment on peut\u00a0<strong>\u00eatre quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;authentique<\/strong>. \u00catre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 soi. <strong>Comment on peut adopter une v\u00e9ritable posture relationnelle par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre<\/strong>.\u00a0Et juste \u00eatre <strong>honn\u00eate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;on doit vraiment cultiver quelque chose, c&rsquo;est cette affirmation de sa singularit\u00e9, qui va passer par la recherche de ses talents.
