Dans ce secteur durement touch\u00e9, o\u00f9 un acteur historique comme <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thomas_Cook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thomas Cook<\/a> conna\u00eet le pire moment depuis le XIXe si\u00e8cle qui l&rsquo;a vu na\u00eetre, de jeunes acteurs comme tripattitude viennent bousculer encore la donne et qui sait\u2026 Peut-\u00eatre ass\u00e9ner le coup de gr\u00e2ce. Je recevai le 28 novembre 2011 Olivier Le Grelle, fondateur de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.tripattitude.com\/front\/\">tripattitude<\/span>. Car tout se passe d\u00e9sormais sur Internet. \u00ab Les voyagistes ne produisent plus rien \u00bb poursuit-il, \u00ab ils font semblant de vous vendre ce qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00bb. Quiconque a voyag\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es le sait : un voyagiste, Nouvelles Fronti\u00e8res par exemple, ach\u00e8te un voyage \u00e0 un autre voyagiste, par exemple un\u00a0sp\u00e9cialiste des trek, qui ach\u00e8te &#8230; la prestation \u00e0 une petite agence de Marrakech (atlas voyage par exemple). Pourquoi donc passer par un voyagiste qui prend sa marge au passage ? M\u00eame si \u00e0 cette question vous pourriez r\u00e9pondre \u00ab du fait de la confiance que j&rsquo;ai en un voyagiste connu comme Nouvelles Fronti\u00e8res \u00bb, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas un point n\u00e9gligeable. Olivier Le Grelle pense au contraire que \u00ab les voyagistes mentent aux clients \u00bb. Les experts en ce domaine, ne sont donc peut-\u00eatre plus les g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, ce sont les DMC : \u00ab destination management companies \u00bb, autrement appel\u00e9s \u00ab r\u00e9ceptifs \u00bb en Fran\u00e7ais. Il s&rsquo;agit des agences locales qui \u00ab prennent en charge les clients de tous op\u00e9rateurs sur le lieu de vacances \u00bb (lire Wikip\u00e9dia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>favoriser le circuit court\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fort de ce constat, <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.tripattitude.com\/front\/\">tripattitude<\/span> se propose de limiter le nombre d&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaires et de s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 directement aux DMC. \u00ab Nous faisons la m\u00eame chose que les g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, mais nous avons l&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 de le dire \u00bb explique Olivier Le Grelle. Pour cela, il faut labelliser les r\u00e9ceptifs, ce qui demande un gros travail en amont en termes de contrats, de recherche de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9marches administratives locales. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 le travail de tripattitude.com, mais peuvent-ils s&rsquo;en tirer tout seuls ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>La communaut\u00e9 va valider<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/network-large.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: right; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"network-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/network-large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"network-large\" width=\"150\" height=\"183\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Comment en effet s&rsquo;assurer que les agences locales sont s\u00e9rieuses ? Le travail de tripattitude n&rsquo;y suffira pas, le site agira donc en <strong>v\u00e9ritable outil de validation collaborative<\/strong>. Tripattitude n&rsquo;acceptera pas les utilisateurs anonymes et proposera un scoring sur chaque voyage et voyagiste par les utilisateurs qui pourront s&rsquo;exprimer au travers de forums d\u00e9di\u00e9s. \u00ab C&rsquo;est la communaut\u00e9 qui va valider \u00bb insiste Olivier Le Grelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>rendre accessible le sur-mesure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le site agira \u00e9galement sur la base de suggestions \u00e9manant de la communaut\u00e9. Si un op\u00e9rateur remarque qu&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 \u00e9met une demande, il pourra ainsi faire une offre adapt\u00e9e, par exemple, pour 15 \u00e0 20 personnes. Les voyageurs peuvent donc cr\u00e9er un produit sur mesure de fa\u00e7on dynamique et ensuite chercher leur co-voyageurs. Une sorte de \u00ab\u00a0onvasortir\u00a0\u00bb du tourisme en somme, un concept d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9 ! Ce qui fait dire \u00e0 Olivier Le Grelle que sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devient le \u00ab Groupon \u00bb du voyage. Souhaitons-leur moins de soucis avec leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>un concept nouveau, une fen\u00eatre de six mois<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/aeroplane-large.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; float: left; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"aeroplane-large\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/aeroplane-large_thumb.gif\" alt=\"aeroplane-large\" width=\"120\" height=\"95\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Peu de concurrents existeraient encore selon M. Le Grelle. Groupenture aux US semble assez seul mais \u00ab 2 concurrents vont na\u00eetre outre-Atlantique et 3 en France \u00bb pr\u00e9cise Olivier Le Grelle. Ce qui fait dire au fondateur de la start-up qu&rsquo;il a \u00ab six mois de r\u00e9pit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du prochain acteur \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tripattitude (<a href=\"http:\/\/frenchweb.fr\/tripattitude-leve-220-000-euros-et-lance-les-achats-groupes-de-voyage-thematique-50313\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qui a lev\u00e9 \u20ac220k de fonds d&rsquo;amor\u00e7age selon Frenchweb<\/a>) va se mettre bient\u00f4t aux m\u00e9dias sociaux (blogs et <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/TripAttitude\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">twitter<\/a> notamment), et il pense devenir leader des agences en ligne. Le site anglais lui, n\u2019est pas encore lanc\u00e9 mais il viendra bient\u00f4t. Manque encore une version pour les mobiles, mais qui ne saurait tarder je suppose, vu l&rsquo;importance que ce mode d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;information prend aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors des d\u00e9fis habituels de ces sortes de communaut\u00e9s (mont\u00e9e en charge, participations et d\u00e9collage) que m\u00eame des g\u00e9ants comme Google rencontrent malgr\u00e9 leur empreinte dominante, Tripattitude va devoir s&rsquo;imposer sur ce march\u00e9 hyper concurrentiel ; l&rsquo;internationalisation n&rsquo;est pas non plus triviale, dans une Europe o\u00f9 les comportements sont si radicalement diff\u00e9rents, et les acheteurs en grande partie idiosyncratiques.
