En effet, la MGC n&rsquo;intervient pas pour filtrer les questions ou les r\u00e9ponses donn\u00e9es par les adh\u00e9rents. Toutes les questions, m\u00eame les plus d\u00e9rangeantes, peuvent ainsi \u00eatre pos\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, la MGC a propos\u00e9 \u00e0 tous ses adh\u00e9rents de s&rsquo;inscrire comme volontaires pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions de prospects. Le principe est de permettre \u00e0 ces derniers de recevoir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 r\u00e9ponses d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rents diff\u00e9rents. Ainsi, la personne peut comparer les r\u00e9ponses qui lui sont faites, comparer avec le discours commercial du site et des plaquettes de la MGC, et enfin comparer avec les autres mutuelles. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a, \u00e0 chacun de se faire sa propre opinion.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles seront les retomb\u00e9es de cette initiative ? Il est trop t\u00f4t pour r\u00e9pondre mais elle est embl\u00e9matique d&rsquo;une mutuelle qui veut laisser \u00e0 ses adh\u00e9rents la libert\u00e9 de s&rsquo;exprimer. S&rsquo;ils pourront communiquer leur satisfaction, jouant ainsi le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;\u00ab ambassadeurs \u00bb de la marque, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible aussi qu&rsquo;ils exposent critiques et frustrations. Alors, coup de poker que cette campagne ? Sans doute la MGC veut-elle affirmer la confiance qu&rsquo;elle a dans son offre et la confiance qu&rsquo;elle fait \u00e0 ses adh\u00e9rents. Si des critiques devaient \u00e9galement \u00eatre faites, cela fait partie du jeu. En effet, pour reprendre la phrase du Marketing Experiments Journal : \u00ab quand une compagnie est suffisamment humble pour reconna\u00eetre une faiblesse, elle se distingue imm\u00e9diatement de la concurrence.
