Manuel Sosa<\/a>, expert de l&rsquo;innovation notamment dans les domaines industriels, \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation sur l<span title=\"http:\/\/www.mnc.orange-business.com\/content\/xml\/obs_outsourcing_innovation.xml\">&lsquo;innovation conjointe chez Orange Business Services<\/span> \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a title=\"Executive MBA de Fontainebleau\" href=\"http:\/\/www.insead.com\/emba\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Executive MBA (eMBA) de l&rsquo;INSEAD<\/a> \u00e0 Fontainebleau.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\">Intervention sur l&rsquo;innovation conjointe \u00e0 INSEAD (eMBA)<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5702\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5702\" style=\"width: 519px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/yanngourvennec-likeminds_thumb.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5702 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/yanngourvennec-likeminds_thumb-e1600435321933.jpg\" alt=\"intervention sur l'innovation conjointe \u00e0 INSEAD (eMBA)\" width=\"519\" height=\"339\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5702\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">intervention sur l&rsquo;innovation conjointe \u00e0 INSEAD (eMBA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Celle ci fut tr\u00e8s riche dans les \u00e9changes avec l&rsquo;auditoire professionnel (en Executive MBA, les \u00e9tudiants ont une moyenne d&rsquo;\u00e2ge entre 35 et 40 ans, et ils sont tous des professionnels de tr\u00e8s haut niveau, qui exercent des responsabilit\u00e9s dans des entreprises prestigieuses, ou des d&rsquo;entreprises industrielles plus petites mais qui ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;export et l&rsquo;international).<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/insead-emba-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-44729 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/insead-emba-1.jpg\" alt=\"intervention sur l'innovation conjointe \u00e0 INSEAD (eMBA)\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Ma pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 commenc\u00e9 par un petit quiz, apparemment anodin \ud83d\ude09 , qui consiste \u00e0 demander aux participants de citer deux ou trois noms d&rsquo;entreprises qu&rsquo;ils jugeaient innovantes ; sans oublier de dire \u00e9galement pourquoi ils les jugeaient innovantes, et si cette perspective \u00e9tait durable ou non. Cet exercice est moins simple qu&rsquo;il y para\u00eet, et a entra\u00een\u00e9 une discussion passionnante pendant environ une heure sur les points fondamentaux qui guident l&rsquo;innovation : qu&rsquo;est-ce que l&rsquo;innovation ?<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">La cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est-elle la limite de l&rsquo;innovation ou son point de d\u00e9part ? Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une entreprise innovante ? Est-ce que l&rsquo;image innovante d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est suffisante pour la d\u00e9terminer comme telle ? La surface m\u00e9diatique est-elle suffisante pour juger une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ? Doit-on juger la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;aspect qualitatif de l&rsquo;innovation, ou son r\u00e9sultat quantitatif ? etc. Autant de bonnes questions, auxquelles il n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment toujours facile de trouver des r\u00e9ponses, comme souvent dans le domaine, il n&rsquo;y a pas de bonnes ni de mauvaises r\u00e9ponses, juste des r\u00e9ponses adapt\u00e9es plus ou moins aux situations et aux objectifs que nous nous fixons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Et c&rsquo;est ainsi, que j&rsquo;ai pu encha\u00eener sur la pr\u00e9sentation de nos capacit\u00e9s en termes de l&rsquo;innovation conjointe \u00e0 Orange Business Services, notamment dans le cadre des grands projets (projets complexes et outsourcing). Les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 francs et riches, et je garde un excellent souvenir de cette pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Le soir, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais invit\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9ception le cocktail qui nous a permis de faire plus ample connaissance, et d&rsquo;accueillir \u00e9galement les futurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l&rsquo;executive MBA, qui venaient se renseigner sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cole avant de s&rsquo;inscrire. J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;INSEAD en tous points exemplaire, aussi bien en sur le plan des hommes, de l&rsquo;encadrement, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, de la qualit\u00e9 de la richesse des \u00e9changes, et jusqu&rsquo;aux installations (le campus est remarquable, et \u00e0 la hauteur du neuvi\u00e8me eMBA mondial.
