Cette annonce co\u00efncide d&rsquo;ailleurs exactement avec la sortie du livre par les \u00e9ditions LEDUC.\u00a0Je connais Fadhila depuis pr\u00e8s de trois ans et j&rsquo;ai eu maintes fois l&rsquo;occasion de me rendre compte de sa comp\u00e9tence, mais aussi de sa gentillesse et de son engagement personnel. Jourdain depuis 1995 ; le jour o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai compris que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais devenu un \u00ab produit \u00bb sur un march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi, qu&rsquo;il fallait que je fasse moi-m\u00eame mon marketing et que je devais pour cela cr\u00e9er un site web (<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visionarymarketing.com<\/a>).<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Le but du personal branding : sauver ma peau !<\/h3>\n<p>Le but au d\u00e9part \u00e9tait de \u201csauver ma peau\u201d, car dans <a href=\"http:\/\/unisys.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui passait de 120.000 personnes \u00e0 30.000 en \u00e0 peine 7 ans<\/a>, il fallait faire montre d\u2019une certaine r\u00e9silience. En fin de compte, non seulement je ne fis pas partie des nombreuses victimes de la crise de l\u2019informatique de 1990-1996, mais je r\u00e9ussis \u00e0 me positionner durablement sur les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019Internet et m\u00eame \u00e0 passer chez Cap Gemini ensuite pour aller y exercer mes talents. \u00c7a c&rsquo;est pour la Pr\u00e9histoire\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>trop peu de gens s\u2019y mettent \u2026<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Mais en 2011 &#8211; soit 16 ans plus tard ! &#8211; encore trop peu de gens sont conscients de l&rsquo;importance du r\u00e9seautage et du d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une marque personnelle dans une carri\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fadhila s&rsquo;explique : lorsqu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait chez <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Air_Libert%C3%A9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Airlib<\/a>, elle encha\u00eenait les plans sociaux en tant que responsable RH (certains <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/tempsreel.nouvelobs.com\/actualite\/economie\/20090227.OBS6580\/air-lib-4-ans-dont-18-mois-ferme-pour-l-ex-pdg.html\">se souviendront des probl\u00e8mes de l&rsquo;ex compagnie a\u00e9rienne sauv\u00e9e puis coul\u00e9e par les m\u00eames personnes dans des circonstances troubles<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Et elle a d\u00e9couvert beaucoup \u00ab d&#8217;employ\u00e9s d\u00e9munis car il ne savait pas faire autre chose (ndlr: que le m\u00e9tier qu&rsquo;ils venaient de perdre) \u00bb. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires potentiels sont ceux-l\u00e0 ; M. tout le monde, mais surtout les jeunes en recherche d&#8217;emploi, et aussi les seniors qu&rsquo;on va bient\u00f4t mettre dehors, tout en leur ayant expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils doivent encore travailler pendant 15 ou 20 ans avant la retraite \u2026<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;heure est grave, l&#8217;employ\u00e9 doit entrer en guerrilla ! Il n&rsquo;est pas en effet envisageable selon elle, de \u00ab cr\u00e9er un compte Twitter, LinkedIn ou Viadeo et de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater l\u00e0 ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Interview de Fadhila Brahimi sur le personal branding<\/h3>\n<p>A ceux qui auront <a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/TuSx_9HUCRk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9cout\u00e9 l&rsquo;interview vid\u00e9o de Fadhila<\/a> (ci-dessus), je recommande ensuite de lire le livre de Dan Schawbel qu&rsquo;elle a adapt\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais ; je salue au passage les efforts de traduction et d&rsquo;adaptation : enfin un livre \u00e9crit en Fran\u00e7ais et non en sabir m\u00e2tin\u00e9 de globish (*) !<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce livre, Schawbel explique, au travers de son exp\u00e9rience personnelle, comment cr\u00e9er et promouvoir sa propre image. Il y d\u00e9crit, sur la base de ses r\u00e9alisations ext\u00e9rieures, comment il a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 le job de ses r\u00eaves chez <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/emc.com\">EMC<\/span> en 2007, devenant ainsi un des premiers responsables m\u00e9dias sociaux dans un groupe am\u00e9ricain.<\/p>\n<p>Et il est d\u00e9sormais reconnu comme \u00ab gourou \u00bb incontest\u00e9 du Personal branding selon le New York Times nous explique Fadhila Brahimi. Le livre tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 lire et bourr\u00e9 de conseils pratiques : comment et o\u00f9 cr\u00e9er son blog, comment d\u00e9passer le CV traditionnel, comment remplir un profil Google+ efficacement (le livre est mis \u00e0 jour avec les derni\u00e8res nouveaut\u00e9s), comment cat\u00e9goriser son r\u00e9seau, \u00e9tablir un \u00ab dossier de presse \u00bb personnel etc.<\/p>\n<p><em>(*) je fais une exception pour le titre, qui ne se traduit pas tr\u00e8s bien en Fran\u00e7ais, il est des cas o\u00f9 le nom original est plus adapt\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>pas seulement un hobby pour ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un dernier mot : entretenir sa r\u00e9putation sur Internet n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e. Je passe personnellement un temps non n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 r\u00e9seauter, malgr\u00e9 un emploi du temps tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9 et bien qu&rsquo;\u00e9tant tr\u00e8s heureux l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je me trouve ; car le r\u00e9seautage me sert de fa\u00e7on quotidienne \u00e0 inventer, cr\u00e9er, lancer de nouvelles id\u00e9es et faire avancer mes projets.
