Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le groupe revient en force avec une offre de convergence qui, comme la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, capitalise sur la richesse de ses contenus mais qui, cette fois, s&rsquo;effor\u00e7e d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les \u00e9cueils vers lesquels Jean Marie Messier avait entra\u00een\u00e9 son \u00ab\u00a0portail mutim\u00e9dia\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Les\u00a0atouts de\u00a0Vizzavi: des contenus riches et un portefeuille de clients \u00e0 prospecter&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>En 7 ans, beaucoup de choses ont chang\u00e9. Vivendi a perdu de sa superbe et a r\u00e9duit ses ambitions mondiales mais il a r\u00e9ussi n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 conserver la part essentielle de ses actifs. Il a m\u00eame renfor\u00e7\u00e9 ses positions sur son m\u00e9tier de base: la distribution de contenus payants.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->En s&rsquo;appuyant sur ses principales filiales: Canal+, Vivendi Universal Music, Vivendi Games mobile, SFR&#8230; le groupe dispose ainsi d&rsquo;une offre de contenus exclusifs et in\u00e9dits et d&rsquo;un portefeuille de quelques dizaines de millions de clients \u00e0 prospecter en priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un catalogue de contenus attractifs et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9es clients significative, voil\u00e0 des atouts majeurs pour se positionner sur le march\u00e9 de la convergence ! Mais les promoteurs de Zaoza sont bien plac\u00e9s pour savoir que Vizzavi poss\u00e9dait les m\u00eames avantages et que cela n&rsquo;a pas suffit pour garantir le succ\u00e8s de la plateforme.<\/p>\n<p>Pour assurer \u00e0 la nouvelle marque un avenir plus prosp\u00e8re que celui de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur bien d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients sont n\u00e9cessaires &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Le r\u00e9alisme en plus, la m\u00e9galomanie en moins et un zeste de \u00ab\u00a0participatif\u00a0\u00bb pour \u00eatre dans le ton. Voil\u00e0<\/strong> <strong>les ingr\u00e9dient<\/strong> <strong>qui pimentent la recette du nouveau portail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vizzavi se voulait \u00ab\u00a0plateforme multim\u00e9dia\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;ambition de Zaoza est plus large. Pour \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0de son temps\u00a0\u00bb , le portail se fera aussi \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9seau social\u00a0\u00bb et proposera \u00e0 ses abonn\u00e9s de partager en ligne et en live leurs contenus et leurs cr\u00e9ations .<\/p>\n<p>Mais attention, tout cela ne sera pas gratuit: Zaoza sera accessible sur toutes les plateformes (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, internet) pour un abonnement unique de 5 \u00e0 7 euros par mois. N&rsquo;oublions pas que Vivendi est le sp\u00e9cialiste des contenus payants!<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau projet de Vivendi\u00a0 est ambitieux et audacieux mais apparemment bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et raisonnable.<\/p>\n<p>Vizzavi n&rsquo;aura \u00e9t\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0brouillon\u00a0\u00bb, un r\u00eave vite \u00e9vanouie.
