Les semaines de vacances ont fait de gros trous dans de nombreux ego.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de revenir sur la question g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la mesure de la performance. Dans le cas de Klout ce qui est mesur\u00e9 assur\u00e9ment ce sont les cons\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 : les mentions, les retweet, les partages, les likes, tout ce fratras et cette agitation qui caract\u00e9rise les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Il va de soi que plus on est actif et plus on fait de bruit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[&#8230;] extrait choisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff6600;\">Pour conclure, le v\u00e9ritable souci avec Klout n&rsquo;est pas v\u00e9ritablement dans le choix du mod\u00e8le, mais plut\u00f4t dans ce cancer qui pourrit toutes les agences de notation\u00a0: le conflit d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. L&rsquo;objectif pour Klout est clairement de rassembler la base de donn\u00e9es la plus vaste possible, et les m\u00e9canismes employ\u00e9es sont moins des mesures objectives de performance qu&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de motivation et d&rsquo;incitation. La note n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;autre r\u00f4le que de flatter &#8211; ou de vexer &#8211; les ego, afin de les encourager \u00e0 produire plus.
