Il est vrai qu&rsquo;il est plus que difficile en 2011 (voire le commentaire en **) de recr\u00e9er de z\u00e9ro un r\u00e9seau professionnel alors que l&rsquo;heure est \u00e0 la consolidation entre les g\u00e9ants et \u00e0 leur mise en bourse (cf. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/finance?client=ob&amp;q=NYSE:LNKD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn<\/a>\u00a0qui se remet plut\u00f4t bien du creux de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 tout compte fait). <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pourtant, on n&rsquo;a pas de mal \u00e0 imaginer &#8211; en dehors des freins cit\u00e9s plus haut &#8211; quelques motivations de premier degr\u00e9 autour de la d\u00e9mocratie participative, des enqu\u00eates publiques, de l&rsquo;interaction avec les citoyens etc. etc. toutes choses qui demandent une forte implication au-del\u00e0 de la simple \u00ab\u00a0communication\u00a0\u00bb. Pas un sujet facile &#8230; mais quel potentiel !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>** le terme de Web 2.0 ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par O&rsquo;Reilly en 2004, on peut difficilement encore parler de nouveaut\u00e9, mais il faut bien 10 ans pour qu&rsquo;une nouvelle vague technologique s&rsquo;installe universellement, alors &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9dias sociaux : les collectivit\u00e9s pas encore m\u00fbres pour l&rsquo;interaction &#8211; Lagazette.fr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Voirin consultants aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une soixantaine de collectivit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises met en \u00e9vidence un degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s disparate chez celles qui ont investit les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Plusieurs pistes sont par ailleurs avanc\u00e9es pour expliquer l&rsquo;absence de plus de la moiti\u00e9 des collectivit\u00e9s des m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Facebook, Twitter, Dailymotion, etc. 50% des collectivit\u00e9s interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les m\u00e9dias sociaux dans leur strat\u00e9gie de communication externe.
