Ceci rend le marketing mobile incontournable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un support multim\u00e9dia qui multiplie les possibilit\u00e9s de communiquer.<\/strong> Les mobiles permettent aujourd&rsquo;hui d&rsquo;envoyer et de recevoir des messages (SMS), prendre et envoyer des photos (appareil photo \/ MMS), acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;internet mobile (peut-\u00eatre le moins bon service), \u00e9couter de la musique (lecteur MP3), jouer, regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision mobile, acheter,..<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Un attachement des utilisateurs \u00e0 leur mobile.<\/strong> L&rsquo;attachement est double. D&rsquo;abord physique, puisque le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est toujours sur soi, \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main &#8230; L&rsquo;attachement est \u00e9galement \u00ab\u00a0social\u00a0\u00bb puisque le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone fait aujourd&rsquo;hui partie de ces objets qui sont des \u00ab\u00a0marqueurs sociaux\u00a0\u00bb. Pour une marque, communiquer sur ce m\u00e9dia, c&rsquo;est atteindre \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr sa cible puisque on ouvre les SMS \/ MMS que l&rsquo;on re\u00e7oit &#8230; C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement \u00eatre encore plus pr\u00e9sent dans la vie de ses consommateurs via un objet d&rsquo;utilisation quotidienne et engendrer \u00e0 coup sur du Buzz puisqu&rsquo;il est si facile de transf\u00e9rer des SMS\/MMS re\u00e7us, encore faut-il qu&rsquo;ils en vaillent la peine.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Une cible privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e<\/strong> : communiquer sur le mobile permet aux marques de toucher une cible g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement peu captive qui regarde moins la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, utilisant plus les nouveaux m\u00e9dias (Internet et mobile).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Des possibilit\u00e9s de communication diff\u00e9rente et g\u00e9olocalis\u00e9e.<\/strong> Le mobile est un m\u00e9dia permettant de mettre en place des op\u00e9rations d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 ce m\u00e9dia. Google vient de racheter Jaiku, la start-up finlandaise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile. Juste acquisition, \u00e0 mon avis, puisqu&rsquo;en 2007, il y a encore beaucoup plus de personnes qui utilisent plusieurs fois par jour leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone compar\u00e9 au moins de 45% de la population qui surfe plus d&rsquo;une fois par semaine sur internet.<br \/>\nLorsque l&rsquo;on pense e-commerce, \u00e0 mon avis, y&rsquo;a pas photo entre ces deux moyens de relier un acheteur avec un produit ou un service. Et ce sont les clients qui vous remercieront de leur faciliter la vie !<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMais que ce passe-t-il sur le march\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui et o\u00f9 en est l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de la technologie ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.20min.ch\/ro\/\">20Minutes<\/a> (Suisse) propose, depuis quelques jours, <strong>un nouveau service : les diaporamas (tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s des internautes) directement accessibles sur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobiles, par MMS !<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nAyant pass\u00e9 du temps \u00e0 tester ce syst\u00e8me impliquant totalement le lecteur et lui demandant (malheureusement) de bien conna\u00eetre les fonctionnalit\u00e9s MMS de son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone (\u00e0 noter qu&rsquo;en Suisse, actuellement, seuls 35% de utilisateurs de portables savent envoyer un MMS, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la port\u00e9e de l&rsquo;action).<br \/>\nR\u00e9sultat de mes tests : mitig\u00e9, tr\u00e8s mitig\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>Je m&rsquo;explique. Sur six t\u00e9l\u00e9phones test\u00e9s, un seul a pu utiliser le service correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Sinon, j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sur deux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, il y avait le texte qui \u00e9tait tronqu\u00e9 de partout par des caract\u00e8res type smileys, ? ou encore des $.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sur deux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, le diaporama commen\u00e7ait par \u00ab\u00a0format objet non support\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Ceci est d\u00fb \u00e0 la compatibilit\u00e9 des marques et des mod\u00e8les avec les services internet (protocole d&rsquo;\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es). C&rsquo;est surtout les Nokia qui pr\u00e9sentent ce d\u00e9faut et c&rsquo;est dommageable car ils ont encore la majorit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 en Suisse.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sur l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux, le diaporama s&rsquo;est termin\u00e9 apr\u00e8s quatre pages sur huit avec le message \u00ab\u00a0saturation\u00a0\u00bb et son natel semblait comme bloqu\u00e9 (plus de 30 secondes pour revenir au menu principal). Il n&rsquo;a pas pu non plus transf\u00e9rer le MMS (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone bloqu\u00e9).<br \/>\n\u2022 Trois personnes sur 6 ne savaient pas comment faire pour obtenir le diaporama. Ils ont trouv\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure trop compliqu\u00e9e car ils n&rsquo;avaient jamais envoy\u00e9 de MMS.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le client Orange m&rsquo;indique que ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00ab\u00a0cool\u00a0\u00bb de devoir envoyer la photo \u00e0 un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable 079 plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;au num\u00e9ro court 2020.<br \/>\n\u2022 J&rsquo;ai fait une photo qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas super pr\u00e9cise et je n&rsquo;ai rien re\u00e7u en retour (m\u00eame pas un sms d&rsquo;erreur). Par contre, comme je suis sur Orangeclick, j&rsquo;ai pu voir tout de suite sur internet que j&rsquo;avais \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bit\u00e9 de Fr. 1.- (ce qui est un peu frustrant : imaginez ceux qui font 10 essais et qui re\u00e7oivent la facture \u00e0 la fin du mois!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilys poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement un service SMS\/MMS et effectivement, nous avons beaucoup pagay\u00e9 avant de trouver une solution qui ne pr\u00e9sente pas les inconv\u00e9nients list\u00e9s ci-dessus. 95% des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones sur le march\u00e9, ayant la fonction MMS activ\u00e9es, re\u00e7oivent correctement nos MMS. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les aspects techniques \u00e9tant ma\u00eetris\u00e9s, pourquoi ne pas profiter de ce nouvel outil ?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le marketing mobile est d\u00e9sormais incontournable.
