Voici un objet que nous utilisons tous les jours, qui est devenu quasi incontournable sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la plan\u00e8te, et voici que nous n&rsquo;avions jamais pens\u00e9 \u00e0 le rendre plus facile d&rsquo;usage.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><!--more-->Tout ceci para\u00eet \u00e9vident n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;Ideo se met ainsi \u00e0 reconcevoir ce caddie susmentionn\u00e9 en moins de deux jours. Parmi les questions des critiques sur ce processus, on notera celles du type : \u00ab mais pourquoi ce caddie de supermarch\u00e9 ne fut-il pas mis sur le march\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9mission et pourquoi ne trouvons-nous pas dans notre supermarch\u00e9 local ? \u00bb Et \u00e9galement \u00ab s&rsquo;agit-il d&rsquo;un exercice r\u00e9el ou artificiel, notamment au d\u00e9but du processus alors que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe commence l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate au moyen de cam\u00e9ras \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un supermarch\u00e9, \u00e9tait-ce un exercice r\u00e9el ? \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ABC Nightline - IDEO Shopping Cart\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M66ZU2PCIcM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Je me demandais \u00e9galement &#8211; alors que je viens de commencer la lecture du dernier ouvrage de Phil Rosenzweig &#8211; s&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agissait pas d&rsquo;un exemple parfait d&rsquo;effet de halo, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire \u00ab une tendance \u00e0 faire des d\u00e9ductions sur des traits sp\u00e9cifiques sur la base d&rsquo;une impression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00bb (<a title=\"L'Effet de Halo, The Halo Effect de Phil Rosenzweig\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Halo-Effect-Business-Delusions-Managers\/dp\/0743291255\/ref=sr_1_1\/103-2314664-3499059?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1188233781&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;Effet de Halo<\/a>, page 50 ).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Oui c&rsquo;est ind\u00e9niable, la vid\u00e9o est v\u00e9ritablement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussie, toutes ces personnes sont excessivement brillantes et le processus donne v\u00e9ritablement l&rsquo;impression de fonctionner parfaitement. En deux jours \u00e0 peine un nouveau caddie, de conception en principe sup\u00e9rieure, fut cr\u00e9\u00e9 mais la question r\u00e9elle est la suivante : qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable bon design ? S&rsquo;agit-il d&rsquo;un design qui est l\u00e0 pour faire joli, ou doit-il inclure \u00e9galement une notion de praticit\u00e9 par exemple ? (Par exemple, si l&rsquo;on pointe sur ces bo\u00eetes qui s&#8217;empilent dans le caddie qui est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la photo d&rsquo;Ideo, peut-on d\u00e9cr\u00e9ter qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de quelque chose v\u00e9ritablement pratique ? O\u00f9 va-t-on les ranger ? Comment empile-t-on les caddies les uns sur les autres etc.). Est-ce que le design a pour but seulement de s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 un utilisateur final ou est-ce qu&rsquo;il doit \u00eatre \u00e9galement s&rsquo;adresser au responsable du magasin ? Voici une question importante. Dans la vid\u00e9o l&rsquo;accent est mis au niveau de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe sur le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un caddie qui serait plus pratique. Mais plus pratique pour qui ? Peut-on partir de l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se que les g\u00e9rants ne de magasins n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e0 se pr\u00e9occuper du co\u00fbt de leur caddie, de la fa\u00e7on dont ils sont stock\u00e9s, et de leur dur\u00e9e de vie ? De plus, la question du caddie est-elle la question principale, m\u00eame pour le l&rsquo;utilisateur final ? Par exemple, peut-on penser que les clients pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient payer plus pour leur nourriture rang\u00e9e dans de belles bo\u00eetes sur un caddie con\u00e7u comme de la haute couture, ou payer moins pour sa nourriture rang\u00e9e p\u00eale-m\u00eale dans un vulgaire panier \u00e0 roulettes ?<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ces questions restent des questions ouvertes, mais il y a fort \u00e0 parier que la r\u00e9ponse se trouve dans le fait que ces fameux caddies ne sont pas pr\u00e9sents dans nos magasins.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Attention, ne sautez pas \u00e0 la conclusion non plus, et non d\u00e9duisez en aucune mani\u00e8re que le processus d&rsquo;IDEO ne marche pas.
