Et dans tous les cas, il s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore \u00e0 force que le panier augmente.<\/li>\n<li>Les remises et coupons de r\u00e9duction ne s&rsquo;appliquent quasiment jamais sur le montant des frais de port, qui sont par ailleurs le plus souvent non-remboursables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parmi les quelques pistes de compr\u00e9hension de cette m\u00e9canique promotionnelle, l&rsquo;une des \u00e9tudes les plus int\u00e9ressantes a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par le professeur Yinghi Yang de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Davis de Californie. Analysant l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;Amazon.com, qui au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2003 est pass\u00e9 d&rsquo;un seuil de gratuit\u00e9 des frais de port de $25 \u00e0 $49, tandis qu&rsquo;en 2002 ils \u00e9taient encore de $99.<\/p>\n<p>Le professeur Yang a ainsi pu affirmer que le nombre moyen d&rsquo;articles achet\u00e9s est sup\u00e9rieur lorsque le seuil de gratuit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9. En effet, sur deux p\u00e9riodes de m\u00eame dur\u00e9e sur le site Amazon.com, la quantit\u00e9 moyennes d&rsquo;article a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 3,31 lorsque le seuil \u00e9tait de $49, tandis qu&rsquo;elle a chut\u00e9 \u00e0 2,53 pour un seuil de $25.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe donc un effet li\u00e9 \u00e0 la valeur du seuil de gratuit\u00e9 des frais de port ; celui-ci est un objectif explicite de panier pour les acheteurs et favorise donc l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre de produits achet\u00e9s et le panier moyen du site.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;incidence des frais de port sur l&rsquo;impression de \u00ab chert\u00e9 \u00bb a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de Moritz (1998), qui d\u00e9montre que lorsqu&rsquo;on pr\u00e9sente les 3 affirmations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prix total de $82,90 incluant les frais de port.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prix de $69,95 plus frais de port de $12,95.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prix de $69.95 plus 18,5% pour le port.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire exactement le m\u00eame montant total de commande, les deux affirmations qui s\u00e9parent les frais de port de la valeur des articles, sont per\u00e7ues comme meilleurs march\u00e9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La gratuit\u00e9 des frais de port sur les sites e-commerce, comme dans la vente \u00e0 distance traditionnelle par catalogue, est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment promotionnel extr\u00eamement r\u00e9pandu.
