Certes il y a eu des essais, des tests, des projets et m\u00eame des espoirs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 n\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, notamment il y a environ 3 ans avec un projet interbancaire et inter-op\u00e9rateurs qui s&rsquo;appelait <em>Pegasus<\/em> et qui comme son mod\u00e8le avait d\u00fb s&rsquo;envoler mais sans laisser de traces. L\u00e0 \u00e9tait la solution, l&rsquo;entente entre les acteurs, l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me en phase avec son march\u00e9, les banques avec les op\u00e9rateurs, et la fin des solutions exotiques, toutes diff\u00e9rentes, sous forme d&rsquo;une multitude d&rsquo;initiatives isol\u00e9es.\u00a0Et c&rsquo;est bien l\u00e0 l&rsquo;inspiration de l&rsquo;annonce d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, la cr\u00e9ation de la joint venture BUYSTER, d\u00e9tenue par un pool d&rsquo;actionnaires : Atos Origin (qui est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du projet, sans jeu de mots), Bouygues Telecom, Orange et SFR (dans l&rsquo;ordre du<a title=\"communiqu\u00e9 de presse BUYSTER\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/48095154\/Communique-creation-de-la-societe-Buyster-par-Bouygues-Telecom-Orange-SFR-et-Atos-Origin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> CP<\/a>, et par souci de transparence, pr\u00e9cisons que <a title=\"Yann Gourvennec\" href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/8460617\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">je travaille moi-m\u00eame pour Orange<\/a>). Nous reprenons donc espoir.<\/p>\n<p>Car cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est une v\u00e9ritable structure avec des moyens qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e, un projet d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9 et une promesse de mise sur le march\u00e9 d\u00e8s la mi 2011, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire le futur imm\u00e9diat. Enfin, nous ne pourrons plus lire ce que le TIME magazine [<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.time.com\/time\/magazine\/article\/0,9171,2043329-2,00.html\">Kenya&rsquo;s Banking Revolution<\/span>] \u00e9crivait encore il y a 15 jours, \u00e0 savoir que le paiement sur mobile \u00e9tait l&rsquo;apanage des pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement (le Kenya en t\u00eate) alors que les pays dits d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e9taient eux \u00e0 la tra\u00eene, malgr\u00e9 une paup\u00e9risation croissante de leurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (30% de mal bancaris\u00e9s aux Etats Unis selon le journal am\u00e9ricain).<\/p>\n<p>Il y a bien des d\u00e9tracteurs, comme l&rsquo;ineffable <a title=\"PCINPACT\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20110906044333\/http:\/\/www.pcinpact.com:80\/actu\/news\/61726-atos-origin-orange-sfr-bouygues-buyster-paypal.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PCINPACT<\/a> qui ironise sur la comparaison avec <a title=\"Paypal\" href=\"http:\/\/paypal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paypal<\/a> (r\u00e9fut\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;interview par Laurent Bailly), mais ce changement est v\u00e9ritablement attendu par le march\u00e9. La preuve, le fait comme l&rsquo;explique tr\u00e8s bien Laurent Bailly que l&rsquo;on sorte du syndrome de \u00ab\u00a0la poule et de l&rsquo;oeuf\u00a0\u00bb qui veut que les clients choisissent les paiements en ligne choisis par les commer\u00e7ants et que les commer\u00e7ants choisissent les paiements en ligne qui ont la faveur des clients (on le voit, \u00e7a tourne en rond, et cela ne favorise pas l&rsquo;innovation). C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que Buyster joue bien, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire en passant d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des accords avec des acteurs majeurs du e-commerce : Aquarelle, Brandalley, Darty, Rueducommerce.<\/p>\n<p>Et surtout, ce syst\u00e8me permet de sortir du syndrome du 3D Secure mal ficel\u00e9 (sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise) tel que nous le d\u00e9non\u00e7ons depuis des ann\u00e9es sur ce blog. Avec ce syst\u00e8me, facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;usage et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 vont de pair, on s&rsquo;en r\u00e9jouira. A suivre donc, mais on peut raisonnablement tabler sur un succ\u00e8s. Il nous reste donc \u00e0 guetter la sortie du service, d&rsquo;esp\u00e9rer que sa convivialit\u00e9 sera \u00e0 la hauteur de nos esp\u00e9rances et voici l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;une nouvelle \u00e8re, celle des paiements mobiles !
